We were a family of 5 with adult children. This property was very well appointed and spacious. Check-in was hassle free. The accessibility to Park City(15 minutes) and the Interstate made it such a great location and the views of Jordanelle Reservoir were truly gorgeous. There is some minor construction in the neighborhood which we never heard but the dirt is everywhere on the road and driveway from it. We did our best to not track it into the house. Aside from that, our stay was perfect. The owners have done a nice job with the decor and outfitting the property with anything you could possibly need. We did discover there is also a nice restaurant located just up the road called The Overlook. It was a nice change from the long wait times in Park City. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit to the area.

Condo was clean and spacious. We had an incredible view of the Jordanelle. We were just about 12 minutes from Park City. Very good location.

This is a brand new and beautifully decorated home. The location in Hideout/Kamas is perfect for skiing many of Utah’s great mountains. There are 2 things you should be aware of- the house is very vertical with lots of steps ( didn’t bother us ) and there is active construction going on next door which can be noisy and active with trucks. I don’t like ending on a negative so I’ll go back to saying how beautiful the home and mountain views are.

This condo has it all! Roomy, great views, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Construction was a little annoying but we knew that going into it. Getting up the driveway in heavy snow eas challenging. Internet & TV were down the last 2 days of our vacation so that was inconvenient. The property manager was nice and attentive.

Property was brand new and beautiful. Tremendous views of Deer Valley and the Jordanelle. Stylishly appointed. Very comfortable and roomy. Nicest place we have stayed in. Loved it and will be back for sure.

Beautiful and well appointed home. Comfortable beds, great amenities. Once the hot tub comes, will be even better. Only complaint is the ongoing construction of the other homes and the street traffic, but we knew this. Overall fantastic stay!

My family of 4 stayed at this property for Spring Break and it was wonderful! The condo is clean, bright and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone to come together but also have their own space. And the views are amazing!! The kitchen is great - I love to prepare meals even on vacation so really appreciated the high end appliances and work space. There is construction around that starts early on weekdays, but not a big deal at all. Check in and out were a breeze. We loved that it had a garage for our car and gear. Location is great as well - close to Deer Valley gondola, Park City, and a quick jump onto the highway to go over to Alta/Snowbird. Would definitely stay again!

The house is spectacular and the views are incredible. About 15 minutes from Park city. No shuttle bus so you need a car.
