Property was cozy home with all items we Needed for our stay. We were short drive to Parris island, grocery and shopping short drive. Quiet safe neighborhood .host so helpful and responsive

This house worked great for our group. There were 7 of us all together. There was plenty of room. The property was clean. It is about a 15 minute drive from Parris Island.

Property was extremely clean and well equipped. Great yard as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the property and was VERY PLEASED with the property as well as how accommodating the property owner was! We stayed here for a marine corps graduation and this property was easy to get back and forth to the base as well as restaurants and grocery stores! We would definitely stay here again! We had a fantastic Father’s Day weekend at Mimi’s! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, with a well appointed kitchen for all of our cooking needs. The beds were the most comfortable in which I have slept! The home is convenient to all Beaufort shops and restaurants. You could not ask for a better location. Thank you Mimi, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to the next!

We came in town for a festival and the home was very convenient. The home was in a great location and we were able to get around to town and all the festivities. The home was clean and adequately stocked. Mimi was a great hostess.

What a wonderful experience! Such thoughtful touches (motion night lights in hallways, enough coffee for the next morning to relax with, subtle tasteful decorating, humorous notes, solid, QUIET stairs, comfortable seating everywhere, etc.) make this house feel like a home. Our trip was perfect thanks to Mimi. What a lovely home. A peaceful setting, friendly neighbors, quality throughout. Cooking was a pleasure, and the large, sturdy rockers on the porch, to enjoy the daily deer "show" was such a welcome respite to our busy schedule. The heavy dining room table is just right for family meals, nightly board games or just relaxing around. Each room is inviting, comfortable and feels like a home away from home. The woods and water are so calming. We would LOVE to visit here again...soon :)

This is my first experience doing something like this. The whole process was easy. They got right back to me when I booked the reservation. The house was super clean. We had 9 people staying. We all had enough room for sleeping arrangements. The living room area also had a nice area for visiting. Check out was also easy and the property manager sent an email during the visit and also a nice text when we left. I would definitely stay with them again.

This property was so lovely. Tucked away in a nice quite little neighborhood. Super friendly neighbors. It was equipped with all of your basic needs. Very close to stores and restaurants.

The rental is 25 minutes from Parris Island and was perfect for our family of seven. The sofa in the living room could comfortably contain all of us - it is enormous. All of the beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. It is the perfect rental for Family Day/Parris MCRD Graduation. Publix is 4.3 miles away, along with other shopping opportunities. Definitely 100% better than any hotel!

Nice quiet home with large (comfy) bedrooms for a large family or a group! Very clean!! And an easy drive to Parris island!!

This was my first VRBO rental, property looks exactly as presented in the pictures, clean beautiful home. Great communication with mimi, she was very responsive to my questions. We had one small issue, which happens, she was quick to respond and resolved the issue immediately. As a fellow property vacation rental property owner I was very impressed with Mimi's attention to detail, she provided all the extras, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of tp, hand soap, dish soap, and COFFEE! After driving 16 hours straight to attend our son's Marine graduation we were exhausted and delighted to have a hot cup of coffee in the morning. I have two more children interested in the USMC, we would definitely stay with Mimi again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Mimi was a great host. The house very clean.When we arrived it was dark out but there were lights on in the house which made it very welcoming. There was a problem with the heat and mimi had it fixed right away once she was informed. I highly recommend staying here if you have someone graduating from the Marines, it was very easy to get to Parris Island. Thanks again for sharing your house!!

Really nice and comfortable house. Beds were very comfortable which in my experience is unusual and the bedrooms had black out shades. The large couch in the front room was ideal for all 6 in our group. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owner thought of everything. Enjoyed the Keurig. It provided something for our diverse group. The frothier was an added bonus. The house is in a well kept neighborhood and very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We rented for our son's graduation from Marine Boot camp. The property was perfect for our party of 8 adults. Mimi was very easy to deal with and communication was easy. This was our first time using VRBO and I would again.

We stayed here for USMC bootcamp graduation. It was about 15 minutes from PI. You literally can not get better than this place for a large family. The homey feeling, the couch, the pillows, the beds, the porch, the deck, everything was great! Grad events wear you down. You get back and you have everything you need and more. All the touches. Toiletries. Condiments. Necessities. All there! Mimi was great, although we barely needed her bc there was everything there! It's a must book! Enjoy your stay and Thank You Mimi!

We had an amazing stay at Mimi’s on the Marsh. Mimi was great and very accommodating. We all comfortably slept abs had a comfortable stay. All the left condiments were super helpful and feeding the ducks every day was awesome. Thank you Mimi for your hospitality and making us feel so Comfortable.

This property fit our needs perfectly! It took 25 minutes to get to Parris island. Great host and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property!

Mimi's house was ideal. I rented it for 9 members of my family & we stayed there for a Marine Corps graduation at Parris Island. House was beautiful and super clean, just as advertised, with plenty of room and in a cute, convenient, & safe neighborhood. Host communicated with us throughout the visit & made sure our stay was perfect. And it was. Would not change a thing. Highly recommend.

The property was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town to watch our son graduate from Marine Corps boot camp. It was close to the base and served our needs. However, when we checked out we notified the owner (which we were to do) and she came at us saying we broke the rules, that we clearly had pets in the home and she was charging us an additional money for extra cleaning. She claims she saw all this on her ring doorbell; us bringing in pet carriers and referring to "bring in the pets." No where on the video were there pets being brought into the home because we did NOT have any pets in her home!!! She claims she can see us bringing in pet carriers but it actually was our luggage we were bringing in. One of the reasons why we choose this home was because no pets were allowed and my husband and daughter are allergic and we didn't want any issues. After going back and forth with her, she did decide to take the $200 charge off.

We stayed here so we could be close to Parris Island when our daughter graduated boot camp. The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was adorable! Mimi was so attentive in checking in on us. Having such a nice place to stay was a huge blessing in what was a stressful and emotional time. And the price was very reasonable!

The house was wonderfully decorated, location was great to base and anything else needed for our stay. There is an ice machine right up the street that we found perfect for filling our cooler for family day and graduation day. I would rate this house as a 5 star. Only complaint and it wasn’t even really a complaint, the TVs didn’t work after day one. Not sure why but we couldn’t figure it out and we’re too tired to try. There was only small roles of toilet paper left in each bathroom so we bought our own. The ease of the keyless entry was perfect. We would definitely recommend this to any of our friends or family and if ever in the area again would consider renting from Mimi again!

A convenient 25 minute drive to Parris Island made this a perfect place to stay. The open kitchen and dining area was ideal for our family gathering, and the four bedrooms with comfortable beds let each of us have a quiet place to rest. We had excellent communication with our host, Mimi. It was a good stay.
