View and location were nice But bring your own kitchen supplies if u plan to cook anything.

This was a cute little hideaway that was perfect for a friends getaway. Our goal was to rest and relax and we did just that! If it wasn’t for being able to hear the traffic from the balcony I would’ve given this place 10 stars!

This was a truly amazing experience. This property was beautifully located near the beach. Lots of space and updated furniture. This condo has two balconies facing the beach and you could watch the waves from the comfort of the mater bedroom. It was nice to have three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, this made everyone’s stay so much more pleasant. Would go back again!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this condo, and it was perfect. It is a nice size for a couple or small family. The walk to the beach was so easy and convenient. The only issue we had was the front bedroom was freezing at night- barely any heat was coming out of the vent. Otherwise it was a great trip at a great location! We would definitely stay there again.

Poor communication and unsatisfactory customer service with property manager-Vacasa. If you book this rental make sure to verify check in procedure. Made our busy fun weekend of travel lacrosse stressful and frustrating. The rental is adequate but the beds are not the best. Also some additional issues that probably need attention such as microwave and coffee pot. Location is amazing for beach access, great food and great neighborhood.

Dunescapes Villas 236 was a perfect "home base" for 3 day Atlantic Beach trip. We were in town for a wedding that took place on a beach in Pine Knoll Shores (just a bit south of AB). The reception was in Morehead City (just over the bridge and a few miles up the road). Unit 236, located in building #3, all the way at the end, was perfectly located to be close to both venues as well as vacation staples like restaurants, grocery store, (Food Lion is only a mile away), and fun destinations. (The beach is right over the dunes!). The amenities at the villa were ample. The 3 bedrooms more than accommodated our group of 5. (There was an air mattress stored in the one of the bedrooms for a larger group.). The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linens. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms with a few extra stored in a closet if needed. The kitchen was had plenty of plates, cups, silverware, etc. The single cup Keurig was a nice plus and very convenient. I can definitely recommend Dunescapes Villas 236

Fantastic location! This is the first VRBO I have rented that I know I'd never rent again. Living room carpet was old and felt dirty on bare feet and had lots of stains. Balcony off master bedroom was very dirty. Corners of the bathrooms needed cleaned. Ruko TV in the first bedroom didn't work. Ruko TVs are complicated, and they moved slowly and sometimes had long delays when changing channels or media which was annoying. Lamp in twin bedroom did not work. You should provide instructions on overhead lighting and fans noting they are operated by remotes. The lighting remote for the twin bedroom was under the TV with TV remotes - need to put it on the wall next to the switch like the other rooms. Condo did not provide a hair dryer. Every other place we have rented had all the rules and information needed in the unit when we arrived. We did not need to run them down. Most of the dishes were chipped, Teflon pans were all scratched up and there was a hodge podge of glasses & coffee cups. It shouldn't cost much to invest in new sets of each. I guess the problem was it was an assortment of so many things that made this place undesirable. Pool and hot tub were closed - it should be noted in amenities the fact that it closes on a certain date.

Access to the Atlantic ocean is incomparable! Comfortable beds! The living room carpet and upholstery needs to be cleaned but our visit was right at the end of prime time. We look forward to visiting again! The other cleaning in the unit was very good.

Nicely redone. Adequate seating, tv & internet. Being an end unit on the main road, traffic made it too noisy to sit on porch.

Our stay was wonderful! Only had one day when Idalia kept us off the beach. The Vacasa group did a great job of letting us updated on the storm and what to do to keep safe.

Master bedroom balcony door very hard to open.

Everything was great. Nice, clean, good views. However bed in en-suite bedroom was very uncomfortable. Sags to middle and noisy. BUT, a very nice place.

We booked this villa for a weekend to celebrate my graduation and Mother’s Day and it did not disappoint! Upon entering the villa, we were impressed by how clean and cute the place was. We love that the balcony was screened in so it was safer for my kids. We also love our view of the pool and beach. This place is in a nice and quiet area. It’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other beaches! This place made us feel at home and we can’t wait to go back! We are already planning our next stay!

Weather was cold, wet and windy. This property provided a cozy, relaxing time. Minutes away from area attractions. Ocean Views from patio are great!

This would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for one very major thing, the bed in the master. It is easily the worse bed I've ever slept on in all the Dunescape Villas I've ever stayed in over 27 yrs. renting there. I felt every single spring and it was so loud. I wouldn't be surprised if that mattress was over 25 yrs old. I didn't have one good night's sleep. As much money that was easily spent renovating the condo, the owners couldn't spring for a decent mattress? The place looked very nice, but that mattress made me forget about all the renovations. I'll probably be back next year and may even rent again at Dunescape Villas but not at unit 236. I need a good night's sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach. As a family that cooks in our units the condo could have more dishes for cooking. In addition it could have been a little cleaner, we rewashed all dishes before using them, the shower was covered on soap scum and the couches needed a good vacuum.

We loved the view from our condo. It was very spacious for our large family. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. It was clean. The only problem we had was we were told we were in building 2 but our room was actually in building 3. We figured it out after a lot of walking. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at Dunescape Villas in Atlantic beach. The condo was up to date and nice. The mattresses need updating to more comfortable mattresses. We very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend and plan on returning.

Nice view of ocean and clean

Wonderful condo; easy access to the beach and pool. Plenty to do in the area and some of the best restaurants on that side of the state.

I liked the price and the location. The beach was right outside of our balcony. We even saw dolphins swimming in the ocean off shore.
