Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. Was totally disgusted as this went on for our 3 day stay. Asked for compensation and what they gave I don't feel was adequate as we rented cabin based on amenities offered and being ready to occupy property on check in time after driving 4 hours and had to throw out some perishable food as we couldn't get into cabin that was not cleaned or ready for guests, Property was very nice and would have liked to take full advantage of all that was offered. Also the staff was very nice that I called but no return solutions were transmitted back or calls returned.

We had a group of friends (mainly couples) come up the weekend for Retroweekend. The house was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. Each couple had their own private room which was convenient. The pool room and the game room is really nice to have with all of our friends gathered around. We could not get the movie theater to work when we were there but that wasn’t a problem. No guest bathroom /half bath in the house so people had to walk into someone’s private bathroom to use bathroom. Overall the place had everything we needed even when it rained this weekend. Would be fun to come back in the summer and enjoy the deck!
