Die Räumlichkeit, die Lage.

Ich wusste nicht das Zimmer hätte keine eigene Toilette. Die einzige Toilette war ein Etage tiefer, schmutzig, ohne Seife, ohne Klopapier. Licht Schalter im Wohnzimmer kaputt. Man sollte das Bett selbst beziehen.

The location is ok. It only takes around 1 km to the downtown. You can park on street. They leave the clean bedding set on the bed.

This is the first hostel that I need to put the clean bedding set on. No trash bin.

Die Lage ist eigentlich gut und es gibt Parkraum in der Nähe. Ansonsten bleibt eigentlich nichts, außer dem grundsätzlich günstigen Preis.

Was für eine Bruchbude. Tür lässt sich von innen nicht verschließen (lange versucht). Das Fenster fällt aus dem Rahmen beim Öffnen. Nur ein Handtuch im Zimmer, keine sichtbare Heizung, aber extrem warm. Die Tür war irgendwie mit einem selbstgebauten Rahmen versehen. Der Fußboden ist dreckig und wellig. Es liegen Socken von einem Vorbewohner unter dem Bett. Der Schrank fällt beim Ansehen auseinander. Bin wieder abgereist. Auch wenn es nur ein Hostel ist, nicht akzeptabel.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Der Weg in die Innenstadt war kurz.

Fehlendes Bettzeug bei Anreise. Auf Nachfrage gab es zunächst keine Antwort. Das Bad auf dem Gang hatte einen Wasserschaden und war nicht nutzbar. Darüber keine Info vom Verwalter. Im anderen Bad funktionierte die Warm/Kaltwasserregler nicht. Schlechter Allgemeinzustand des Hauses. In der Küche und auf den Fluren hat es gestunken. Schade um das schöne Haus.

It was a disaster. 1. The room was a complete mess: torn mattress covers, stained walls in cracks, furniture with scuffs and traces of use (for example, the seat cushions of the chairs were not screwed to the base). the overhead lighting in the bedroom did not work and the bedside lamps did not work reliably. the icing on the cake was the cobwebs above my bed. 2. The Wi-Fi was working. Without internet connection. 3. My friend’s bedsheet was covered in some sort of fur. 4. The room didn't lock from the inside so we slept with the door unlocked which felt unsafe. 5. In general the room didn’t match the photos on booking.com 6. The biggest issue is that there was no one from the staff in the hostel to talk to. They didn’t answer the phone calls as well.

I would like to report my bad experience during my stay at this facility. Unfortunately, there were several problems that greatly affected my stay. Firstly, I had to wait over an hour to receive the room key from the staff. Additionally, upon arrival, the room was not ready. I was informed by the staff that the cleaner was absent that day, resulting in a delayed cleaning of the bathroom and changing of the bed linen. This took a significant amount of time and made me feel very uncomfortable. As a result of these circumstances, I spent most of my time outside the building to avoid the chaos and only returned around 8pm. Consequently, I was unable to fully enjoy my stay. I must admit that I am extremely disappointed with this experience.
