I’ve been visiting Palmer every few months for the last couple of years, staying at local hotels. No more! On a whim, I looked for a B&B for this trip and found Time Travelers. What a wonderful and amazing place. Everything was so much more interesting than the VRBO listing, and the accommodations were genuinely first class. Conveniently located, and a great introductory video from Carol that left nothing to have to ask about! A timeless treasure! No more local hotels for my trips to Palmer!

The house was amazing. The breakfast was good and plentiful. She supplied anything you may need in the house. Someone in our group needed nail file and it was in a bathroom drawer. She thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again. The "Back To The Future" memorabilia throughout the house was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable.

There is no other property like this, anywhere! But you must visit and stay to appreciate the detail, the wonder and amazement of it all. Perfect for kids or kids at heart! In the perfect location for adventure. You will not regret it!

My family and I were absolutely charmed by Time Traveler's B&B in downtown Palmer. Our overnight stay was brief, but the attention to detail, cozy beds, and thoughtful (and creative!) touches throughout the B&B made our experience a great one. It was a journey through time and imagination that we thoroughly enjoyed — thank you, Carol!

The Time Traveler's B&B was the perfect place for a weekend away with my kids. We all enjoyed the sci-fi decor, breakfast, and movie selection. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private breakfast room, there was a ton of space to relax in. Bonus points for the backyard swing set and tree house!

The Time Travelers B&B was amazing! Our host was so fabulous. We had homemade cookies and cocoa! Every need was anticipated and met! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!!

this place worked nice for us, plus it included breakfast. very clean. we went to talkeetna one day (90 min drive). then reindeer farm the next day. ate at palmer ale house, very good. also ate at AK philly sandwiches, again very good. this place was close to downtown. no complaints

Time travelers is an adorable place to stay. Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen in a great location. Be prepared to do a lot of reading and enjoy the movies and displays.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was quirky, creative, clean, and cozy. It was the sort of experience we look for. Thank you for a lovely birthday weekend.

We just overnighted but it’s such an adorable little find. You could spend a whole day there reading all the cool stuff Carol has done or exploring the various movie rooms and seeing something new.

One of our favorite parts of staying at the time travelers B&B was the breakfast selection. The freezer and the refrigerator were fully stocked and we even had fresh baked cookies to welcome us on our first day. The kids loved to explore the backyard, and we all thought that the treehouse was super cool! All of the inside decor was so unique, and we enjoyed reading a lot about time travel. The kids especially loved the luggage lift. It was a great spot to rest after exploring all day. We all slept great! The only downfall was there was not a large shared space for the four of us to watch a movie together, but just for a couple days, we made it work and it was okay. The host was super responsive, and that was greatly appreciated! Laundry worked great. Plenty of hot water.

Carol Dorman has created an Unbelievable B&B in the Time Traveler’s B&B in Palmer,AK. The Charm and the Detail is on another level. A Guest steps back into time with a Back to the Future Theme….Wow!, I’m glad our stay was longer than a day, so we could really feel the Charm of the B&B. Wonderful Breakfast in the Paradox Parlor. The Views of the Nicely Appointed Backyard and the Closeness of Mt. Peak and the Palmer Airport. We Totally Enjoyed Our Stay and Would Highly Recommend the Time Traveler’s B&B. It’s a Stay You Won’t Forget in a Wonderful Way……

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were comfortable and also fun, especially as a fan of time travel. My 5-yr-old son was obsessed with the typewitter in his room! We appreciated the variety of delicious breakfast items provided which made our morning before departure that much easier. There was so much to look at and do there, I only wish we'd had the time to stay longer than 1 night so we could have taken better advantage of the full experience.

The property owner lives in the downstairs area so we didn’t feel very private at first. After the first night, we kinda forgot she was there. The place was spotless and the location was great!

We only stayed one night, but with all the things to investigate we could have spent a lot longer.

An amazing experience wonderful place

This place is an ode to all things time travel, primarily Back to the Future with touches of other fandoms as well. It is what drew us to the property. The host has thought of everything, there is soap and shampoo/conditioner fully stocked and lots of food stuffs. However, it very much felt like we were staying in a time travel museum both the and the bad. We never felt completely relaxed because there and lots of warnings about antiques and not breaking things so we approached the property with kid gloves. I realize that even though it’s our nature to be incredibly respectful of other people’s space doesn’t mean everyone else is - so I understand to a degree. However, with all of the labels and signage warnings we were never able to fully relax. I still think if you’re interested in time travel or quirky venues? Absolutely stay, so much thought and care has gone into every detail. I just would have liked to know a little more what we were getting into.

Our stay was great. Loved the luggage lift and the quirky decore. The main bed and bath are spacious. The second bed was small for 2 adults but fine. The location and view out the back window was fabulous

Had a really awesome TIME at the Time Traveller’s B&B! Carol has taken a lot of pains over this very interesting space - so many cute things to discover at every nook and cranny, overnight was not enough! The luggage elevator was so innovative and fun! The beds were comfortable and lots of choices for breakfast! This place has everything but the kitchen sink, but we didn’t miss that at all as Carol has thought of ways around if! There are so many puzzles, books, games, DVDs, it’s a vacation in itself. We’ll be back!

Carol has put a lot of thought into this unique BandB. The 2nd B is for breakfast, which is all prepared and able to be microwaved or toasted in the little kitchenette. We didn't interact with Carol in person, but everything was ready when it should be. I did 4 stars for description, I was under the impression that the host lived in a separate building and not downstairs. This did not present any issues, but just should know before booking. Everything is clearly labeled and instructions are easy to find. Carol has a very strictly enforced no shoe policy, so if that's an issue for you (I have bad arches), then please take note and bring house slippers, or something. Would stay here again.

Carol is an outstanding host. Place was very clean and extremely interesting themes throughout the house.

The time traveller inn is a great little space in Palmer. One of the most interesting rentals we've ever rented. Carol has done an amazing job of creating not just a "place to stay", but also an experience. Not huge, but plenty of room for our group of 4. Palmer is a great location for exploring more of the interior of Alaska, and this is a great spot to use as your "base" to explorer.

We spent a lovely two nights at the time travelers inn. Carol thought of everything! All day was clearly labeled and well thought out! Great location in Palmer! Thank you, Carol!

We loved staying here. This was a fun experience with an excellent theme and an INCREDIBLE breakfast. The host was very understanding when we added another guest at the last moment. We definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Quaint little place, everything very clean and organized. Everything well labeled. Instructions clear. The host thought of all needs.

We stayed one night and found our stay to be pleasant. The host was responsive and offered many conveniences including breakfast, cocoa, cookies, tea and more. The house was quirky but fun. We loved how clean it was.

Everything was great! Fun experience with expansive breakfast options. So clean and the beds were comfy!

It was the perfect place for me and my four sisters to get together and participate in Palmer’s annual Who Let The Girls Out. In the evening we played board games listened to music and caught up with each other. Very comfortable place with everything we needed. Great views of the mountains and good location in the city of Palmer.

We had a great time looking at all the movie and tv items throughout the house.
