We were very happy with our stay.

Great from start to finish! Family had an amazing weekend, plan on doing it again! Very beautiful home. Amazing garage parking! Cold a/c, hot water, amazing views quiet beach!!

Close enough to town but far enough for quiet. The only complaint we have is that we should have stayed longer. Very nice place. Omar was amazing!

Our stay was great! We have never stayed anywhere other than sandy beach or los conchas, so we weren’t sure what to expect. The house was awesome. Lots of space and ocean views. We really enjoyed the patio, watching the sunset and sipping on cocktails. The host was very responsive when we asked about the grill needing propane. I will say we did not love the location. It was nice to be closer to town but the surrounding area was not as nice as los conchas. Locals partying on the beach at all hours of the night. We found used condoms laying on the sand right in front of the patio. That was pretty gross. Overall, we had a great time and the house was perfect and as pictured.

We left the home clean. Only linens need to be washed. Thank you for sharing your home.

It was a very nice house, right on the beach. Since it was closer to town, there was more party activity in the vicinity, but during this first week of December, there weren't a lot of people around. There are steps up to the 2nd floor bedrooms that one of our party had trouble with, but normally it wouldn't be an issue. Take extra TP and paper towels - there isn't enough on hand for more than a couple days.

This property was clean, beautiful, and we loved sitting on the patio in the morning with a magnificent ocean view. I would definitely recommend and I hope we can stay here again in the future.
