It was walking distance from our friend's house who we were visting. The place was clean and comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed for our anniversary and Sarah was nothing but incredible! I had asked if we could even extend our trip an extra day because we enjoyed being there so much, which Sarah graciously worked out. House was adorable and the rooftop deck had the most amazing views, especially at sunset. Sarah’s sweet kitty Selva would join us outside to hang and get as many pets as she could (which we were happy to give of course)! Overall an incredibly enjoyable stay and a great location.

We had a lovely three night stay at Sarah’s casita. She’s really thought of everything to make your stay comfy (including a cloud-like bed). All cabinets are clearly labeled with various supplies and she even has a little alterations nook in the bedroom closet (complete with a steamer). It took me a second to understand the Nest thermostat but Sarah thoughtfully responded and reminded me of the video included in her digital welcome booklet sent after booking. It was a breeze after that. There’s a domed skylight in the hallway that’s frosted - during the day it looks like a conventional light. So, I felt pretty silly searching for a switch to turn it off. Be careful of the metal air intake grate located in the hallway. It runs most of the width of the hallway which makes it a little awkward to avoid, and the corners could be a problem if walking around barefoot. It would be a good idea for the owner to cover the corners with a little bit of vinyl to protect fragile feet exiting the bathroom. But we placed a bag over it to remind ourselves to step around it. I reduced one star for check-in because I had not received our entrance code by the day of our arrival and had to ask for it. Also, the cleaning person was not ready for our 4:00 pm check in and we had to wait a little longer to enter - but it was on Mother’s Day, so we understood.

Really nice property close to the UNM campus. Only stayed a couple of nights but it was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time in this Kaseeta. It was very clean and everything was organized well. I loved that everything was labeled so you could find whatever you needed and there was extra supplies that a traveler may have forgotten. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect. Communication with the homeowner was frequent and very helpful. I plan on staying here again if visiting Albuquerque again

We were in town for the Southwest Chocolate and Coffee Festival. The casita was conveniently located near the festival grounds and several other city attractions. The casita was very cute, well decorated and well kept. Our host was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We had no issues and would gladly stay at the casita again!

Sarah is an amazing host

Hostess Sarah had everything smartly set up - keyless lock, all the equipment you could need, and comfortable, cotton linens and towels. It was a perfect get-away, thanks to her smart planning and arrangement.

Great communication with owner. Owner thought of everything! It is a small space, but she has everything you need (even if you want to cook a light meal). Very clean. Good location for my needs. 4 blocks to public transit (free at this time!) A few good restaurants withing walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed staying at the Spanish Casita so much. It came with everything I needed for the week that I stayed. Also, the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was centrally located so that I could get to the parts of Albuquerque where I was visiting family and friends with ease. Thanks Sarah!!

This was a great little casita. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and a nice location. The best part were all the outdoor areas including a roof top deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sarah who lives at the same property was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

The most beautiful, quaint Casita in Albuquerque. She has provided everything a guest could need plus more. The hit of the stay was the rooftop deck at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful!

Loved our stay in Albuquerque! Sarah's house was the perfect place for us to recharge and relax after a long day of exploring. We had our own private entrance and a no-contact check-in which was much appreciated! We had a drip coffee machine and a mini fridge in the kitchenette which came in HANDY. The bathroom was also fully stocked with essentials - which was much appreciated. The bed was out of this world comfortable, I considered messaging Sarah to ask her what mattress/mattress topper and pillows she bought so I could buy them from my home. We both slept so well each night. Thank you for being a wonderful host, Sarah!

The casita was very comfortable and attractive. I highly recommend it. Sarah provided a lot of nice extras that were much appreciated. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Albuquerque.

Very nice 1 BR/1 BA place in an excellent location for UNM. The couch bed worked for my teenager, and the whole place was very comfortable. The rooftop deck was a great bonus. The host was available for any issues and made checking in and out very easy, even letting us park in the driveway. The location was super convenient for the university and you could walk to some restaurants in Nob Hill

Sarah's property was a good fit for me & my ABQ activities. She was very responsive with the few inquiries I made, & the property was well-located. As mine was a business-related trip, being able to enjoy the upstairs deck was a treat @ sunset!

This property is very clean, easy to find, well-equipped and not jammed with too much stuff for the space. The decor is lovely and charming. It was just right for two people! The host was prompt in communication (there were no issues to resolve - just needed to confirm a detail about how to take care of our clean-up) and always helpful!

Casita was very clean & comfortable! Quiet, safe neighborhood. Host was excellent as responding to us. She thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. Lots of games! Would definitely stay here again!
