The house provides space for the entire family. Adults and children can enjoy their own areas and activities. They provide many games, floats for the pool and the TV in the family room has many channels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property is beautiful. The house felt spacious and clean; however we did find a couple large roaches. Maybe there is no getting around that in Florida rentals, but it was a little discomforting.
The management company was very responsive and helpful. Our biggest problem with the house was the distance from Universal studios. I knew it was about 20 miles from universal, and I know traffic can be rough in Orlando, but I was not expecting the 2 hour drive we had one morning and 90 minutes the other morning.
The kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was nicely maintained. Lots of towels were provided, but we did have to buy additional dish detergent to be able to run the dishwasher each day. Only 3 pods were left for a five night stay.
This would be a great house if you’re not in the area for the parks or can go off hours.

This house was wonderful! Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The house was very clean, tons of dishes, cookware, coffeemaker, Keurig which was great because we ate at home almost everyday. Neighbourhood was quiet, clubhouse pool was lovely and only a short walk from the house. The pool at the house was a good size and we loved using the outdoor grill – so convenient to also have an outdoor fridge and bathroom off the patio. There were adequate amounts of bath towels for all of us and 2 dryers and a washer to do laundry. One thing to mention is the upstairs dryer takes a really long time to dry clothes, downstairs dryer worked much better. I would suggest some new frying pans are in order and also a couple of standing fans for the upstairs bedrooms would be useful to regulate the temperature. Overall, an awesome place to stay, we would certainly book again!

This is a very nice house; however, work needs to be done. Several outlet covers were broken or outlet didn't work, door knob casings not tightened, and other cosmetic issues. It would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms, but not that big of a deal. The house was freezing like the thermostat was preprogrammed. The temperature kept dropping under 70 degrees. The outdoor grill needs a thorough cleaning. The Hot Tub didn't get hot at all. There was green scrum all over the pool that we couldn't use it. The outdoor furniture cushions need to be cleaned. Door to Garage wouldn't open, so never confirmed if there were games in there.

We love staying at this house it was large enough to house all 16 of us. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to family and friends.

We had two families with a total of 12 people. There was 4 parents and kids aging from 14 - 20 yrs old. The house is very large and accommodated everyone comfortably. This house is almost perfect. We found only a couple things that could be improved on; it was hard to regulate the temperature to suit everyone and some people were cold in their bedrooms while others were very hot. There was only a sheet and a very thin quilt on the beds. It would have been nice to have extra blankets. Also, there was extra pillows in some rooms but no pillowcases for them.
The pool was great but the spa got extremely hot on times, almost burning your back if sitting in front of a jet.
The only other thing (and most important) that should be addressed is there’s a section of flooring by the BBQ area that’s extremely slippery when wet. This is the same area that the kids had to walk by when using the outdoor washroom while swimming. We had one person slip and fall and bang their head on the ceramic tile and several other people almost fell.
The traffic in this area was a nightmare most days. It would take over an hour to get to the SeaWorld area.
Overall, everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay.

Pros: Beautiful big house with pool in great location. It was great that toys and other childcare equipment were available for kids.
Cons: HVAC system upstairs can’t keep up with set temp. HVAC unit needs repairs and home owners will adjust the thermostat temperature you set. Most closet doors were broken and not safe for the kids. Queen beds were extremely hard. Lack of kitchen towels.

This is by far the best & most accommodating Vacation Home we have ever stayed in & feel vacation home sick since we left, we never wanted to leave. Besides all the well thought out hidden resources & useful vacation items provided by the home owners ranging from Grill accessories, swimming ass3essories, toys & floats, games, comics, air hockey, pool table, fooseball, i mean the list is endless. There was so much to do there & there is an INCREDIBLE Coffee shop 10 min away, plus All of the Theme Parks & Disney is so close by, we went nearly every other day for our 3 week stay. Will be returning possibly on a yearly reunion now! AMAZING place if you have a family, kids &/or a large group! Dinky hotels near Disney cost more & we have stayed at the Swan/Dolphin... Incomparable!

Spring Break 2022
Plenty of room for multiple families!! Nicely updated home in gated community. Close in distance to major theme parks- but traffic is a big factor. May have just been since it was spring break.

Our gas was shut off for non payment while we were in the middle of vacation. No hot water for 2 days…not a good thing!!
