We had a wonderful girls weekend for 8 of us! The town home was perfect for our group and within walking distance to almost everything we did! The property was very clean and had a lot of towels and wash clothes and 2 washer and dryers! There were also a lot to amenities there which was very nice. A few negatives (that were manageable) there are only about 5 forks in the kitchen, the bunk room mattresses are so bad we thought they were air mattresses at first, and there are a LOT of stairs just fyi if you have guests that cannot do stairs well. These things didn’t deter us from having a great time!

The location of the property is the best thing about it. The house itself needs some work. The bunk beds are super uncomfortable as there is no support under the mattress, so whoever sleeps on them feels the cabin like logs under the mattress all night. Also, to get to the top bunk you are squeezing between the wall and the bunk, which is maybe a 6inch width. The tiles in the all the showers are coming lose and there is mold on the grout. The beds and pillows in the bigger bedrooms are worn down. Almost all our friend group were getting “allergies” while in the house but as soon as we left we all stoped sneezing. Looking at the ceiling, it looks to have had some water damage, which probably contributed to us sneezing.

The property is perfectly located and great for a large family get away. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room and the puzzles we found in the closet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the convenience of not only 1 but 2 washer/driers was lovely. We couldn't have asked for a better rental! There is so much to do in Helen year round. We will definately be back!

not towel rods to hang bathroom towels, no cutting boards for the kitchen. but a nice place to do Helen things.

Great location- you can walk all throughout Helen with no issues. Parking is easy and accessible. Very clean and well stocked. Perfect for our large family.

The condo was clean, we had a lot of space and the hot tub on private balcony was nice and relaxing. Location was great, loved that we were able to walk everywhere. We definitely will be back

This place has plenty of room for the whole family and is located in the middle of Helen GA. We walked to all the shops and restraunts! It's right across from the country store so you can pick up anything you forgot to grab on the way there!

Property was nice and in the perfect location.

We love staying here because it’s so simple to check on and get situated. The grocery store is right next to us and Cimmi’s is literally the back yard! It’s right off Main Street so while you can see the road you’re not staring at people walking by. Feel like taking a stroll- you’re right there!

This was our second trip to Helen and our first stay at this property. The reviews were very good, so we took a chance, which paid off. The location was perfect, close to everything. The home was very clean and spacious, with three floors of living space. The older kids loved they got their own king bed. Younger boys liked the bunk beds. All aspects of this home exceeded my expectations. We will be back to Helen, and we will stay here.

Nice and easy walk to town. Having the store next door is great. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Would recommend.

This property is amazing. Great location to downtown but even though it was so close it was very quiet.. We walked everywhere which was so convenient. The house had plenty of room to spread out over 3 levels. Every detail was well thought out and the house was very clean! Hope to stay again I. The future

We really enjoyed location- hot tub was nice, lots of room and very comfy beds. Didnt have any dish detergent/dishwasher fluid- would suggest having that as we were only there for weekend. The beds were very comfy. Only complaint is smell of cat or mildew was very strong on low level and second level.
