It Was perfect location to visit Key West and Islamorada. Saw some amazing manatees and tropical fish right from house.

A wonderful time was had by the whole family! We enjoyed watching the fish and manatees in the canal and using the outdoor pool and space for cookouts. The house had plenty of room for all of us and was centrally located along the Florida keys. Our first time visiting the keys and we are already looking forward to another trip in the future!

The property was perfect for us. We loved the tiki hut and the pool. The host was wonderful and very responsive to our questions. Everything was very clean and newly renovated. We would recommend anyone to come here. December 7, 2023.

We loved our stay, the home was perfect for our family of 4. The outdoor area was our favorite, a lot of pool time and did a little fishing in the canal. We also really enjoyed Marathon. Great restaurants and the Aquarium was wonderful. And lastly the offshore fishing was awesome, Capt Ariel Medero was a great guide. Can’t wait to come back again!

Was a great stay house was great location plenty of parking an great dock an canal on the water. Could use some shade over the pool is only thing that could be better.

House was in great condition and had recently been updated. Communication and check-in/check-out process was superb. Dock was large enough to accommodate our 31 Jupiter and there were no depth issues at low tide. We would be happy to stay here again.

The house had everything we needed. All big beds in the rooms (they were very comfortable), a kitchen with all the utensils. Ice machine and deep freezer for our drinks, bait and fish. The dock was great for my 20ft boat with plenty of extra room left and the front of the house very large for my truck and trailer.

We arrived early and luckily we were able to check in early. We loved the house! It’s perfect, nicely updated and decorated. It has everything you would need. The outdoor kitchen is a huge plus. There’s a ice machine in the utility room that definitely came in handy. Plenty of room for our 25ft boat. Super easy access to the Gulf and Vaca cut. I would definitely rent this house again!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean and beautiful. We loved the pool and dock for our boat. The guys were able to fish every day. We even did a day of family fishing. The location is close by to everything you need… restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The property manager was very responsive when I contacted her. Our family will definitely be back for another week in paradise!

Great amenities and location. Restaurants and groceries were nearby. This property is close to Crane Hammock State Park and Sombrero Beach. The pool was used daily and the canal had interesting life. Parrotfish, barracuda, needle fish, jellyfish, crabs and a lobster were seen. A manatee actually stopped by the dock to say hi. And the resident iguana visited daily. Lovely property and tastefully decorated.

Loved our full week of relaxation. Great home and pool. Location is great and close to many fun things to do. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are able make our way down to the Keys once more 🙂

This home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures! My husband and I spent endless hours lounging by the pool, watching the fish and pelicans on the channel. We rented a small boat to explore the area a little more...plenty of room to secure the boat and easy to maneuver in the channel. The outdoor grill area was a huge bonus...loved eating dinner under the tiki hut and enjoying the beautiful weather. Daileny was extremely responsive and helpful with questions and took great care to make sure we had a stress-free stay at her lovely home. We will be back!

This was the perfect location for us to be for our son’s beach wedding down the road. Very clean place. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. We loved sitting the patio drinking coffee each morning by the canal planning our day’s adventures.
Daileny is awesome! Very attentive. Quick to reply. Top notch all around!
Will have to come back and enjoy more of what this place has to offer.

Centrally located in Key Marathon. The house was clean and decorated well. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a nice walking trail. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was well dressed and nicely appointed. The pool was exactly what we needed on those hot afternoons. Marathon is centrally located in the Keys. Our adult children enjoyed daily fishing and events in Key West. Dailney was very helpful and made staying @ 1700 Yellowtail perfect for our family. We hope to stay again.

Me and my wife stayed here on our honeymoon, it was perfect ! The house had everything you could possibly need. Everything looked recently updated and very clean. Also in a great location!

The home had everything you needed. The pool area was beautiful loved tiki hut area spent so much time out there there was always a breeze sitting out there. Comfortable beds and host was great.

This property was very nice! It was immaculate. Great location for water access if you have a boat between Vaca cut and 7 mile bridge. Very close to shopping and dining. The property manager, Daileny, was awesome. Very quick to respond to questions and requests. Will definitely go back again in the future!

We have been coming to Marathon for over 25 years for lobster season and have stayed in Hotels, Duplex's, Villas and homes. This place was very nice and super convenient.
The ice machine was a huge help! Not running to the store at the last minute to fill coolers and returning with half melted ice. Pool was a big plus as well.
Property manager was quick to respond to any questions! Will definitely be back!

Amazing Vacation
Daileny was an amazing host! She is so helpful! The home is so beautiful and comfortable! We enjoyed the backyard between the pool and the tiki everyone was happy! The outside kitchen and ice machine are such great amenities! We will definitely be back! Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation Home and Host
We had a wonderful experience with the host who was very responsive and informative. Check in/out was easy. The property was cozy and just what we were looking for. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyed the views of the iguanas. Also saw sharks, lobsters and a manatee in the canal. Attention to detail was apparent with the interior of the house. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Perfect
This place was excellent.. Very clean and updated. It was perfect for the kids to swim and enjoy the afternoons. Outdoor kitchen was great for some afternoon fun after being out on the boat all day snorkeling within a few hundred yards of the house. Will be back next year.

Great Vacation House!!
First of all the host and owner of this property is fantastic!! If you have a question or a request better not put your phone down because she's answering you in minutes! Mrs. Perez was very accommodating and super pleasant! That means alot to me and makes for a great stay.
The house is very comfortable with nice furnishings and up to date appliances. Beds were super comfortable, big tvs every room.
The back yard has a nice pool, tiki hut to escape the sun, and a great outdoor cooking setup, and a outdoor ICE MACHINE!!
The location was great, nice dock 2 minutes from open water and 5 minutes from Vaca Cut to reach the Atlantic.
We had a great week here and would highly recommend!

Family Vacay 2021
This house was perfect! Excellent location with snorkeling just outside of the canal! We saw manatees, a barracuda, shark, crab, lobster and jellyfish from the dock! Nicely renovated with a large outside living area, pool and tiki area!! Dock held our boat and jetski! We will be renting again! Thank you for a memorable week with family.

This house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. Being able to dock your boat to go out whenever you want and having the pool to come back to were awesome. Having access to the ice machine made it even more awesome, definitely recommend this one!!
