Cozy and comfortable in a fabulous location

We rented this unit for 2 weeks in July and really enjoyed it. The proximity to everything was perfect and we walked to and from all restaurants and entertainment. This unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was also nice to have the portable ac units in the bedrooms. I can't express how much we enjoyed all aspects of this unit and will definitely book it again.

We had the most perfect stay at this property. Being able to walk to Aspen Mountain and downtown was a massive advantage - particularly during the snowstorm that happened during our stay. I would definitely recommend this for a party of 4. The owner could not have been nicer, was very thoughtful and accommodating!

This place was perfect. Little extra touch items like a jewelry cabinet and great drinking glasses made this a little more special than usual. We had a coffee maker malfunction and we had a new coffee maker the next morning. Hard to beat that service!!!

The condo is right in the center of town which was extremely convenient as we could walk to restaurants and shops. It was also nice that it has a dedicated parking spot. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Having the air conditioners in the bedrooms was a big plus! We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great, but sandwiched in-between a parking lot and busy evening/nighttime street. The heating in the bedrooms is so bad that you need to open windows for air, and then all you hear is Aspen's night time maintenance trucks. This would be a serious problem in the summer when open windows will be necessary.

The condo was very comfortable and lovely. It was conveniently located to restaurants, market, stores and transportation, which made our stay that much better. Mark, our host, was great with suggestions and ideas and didn't seem to mind when I had questions...and I had alot!

Our family of four for the first visit to Aspen was impeccable! The condo had everything that we needed and beyond. Abundant supply of towels, toilet papers, detergents, dish washing soaps, ample storage space, and condiments in the kitchen cabinets. The host even sent us a gift basket filled with gourmet cheese and crackers and all the goodies to enjoy with family! Thank you Mark!!

Great Condo 2 Blocks from the Gondola!
We had a really nice week at this property! It was so convenient to walk 2 blocks home after a day of skiing. The Aspen supermarket is a block away and a gourmet coffee/breakfast spot across the street. Mark was a great host and was accommodating with any questions. The 4 of us would be happy to stay at this property again.

Outstanding Location!
This unit met the needs of our family of four perfectly. The unit was well accommodated and clean, was on the first floor, and included a parking spot. The best thing about this unit though is the location. You are about two blocks from the Aspen Gondola, a block from the market, and within a few blocks of all of Aspen's great restaurants. Additionally, the owners were great, communicating with us prior to, and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent location - very nice property
We spent two lovely weeks in this unit over Christmas/New Years. This location has proximity to the Ajax gondola, grocery store, shopping, restaurants and bus to other ski mountains. We were very happy here and would return.
