Property has a lot of potential, but wasn’t what we hoped it would be. - Had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke - Found a Green unknown pill on the bedroom floor (could have been very dangerous as we were traveling with a child) - Could do a better job with pest control (saw multiple spiders and other bugs inside home) - Hot upstairs and cold downstairs (like others have said)

This property was super cute and comfy! The location was in close proximity to Golden and Denver.

Overall a great place to stay. The downstairs was cold and the upstairs was hot. Temp regulation was difficult. Everything else was just fine! would stay again.

This house was just as shown in the pictures. It is decorated very smartly and the basement area is perfect if you have a separate couple that may need a little privacy. BIG PLUS: The supplies provided (towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags,etc.) are plentiful; which is wonderful compared to other places we have stayed where they give you one trash bag and one towel per person. You can also wash a load if necessary. The only reason that I did not give a 5 star is that there was quite a bit of dog poop in the backyard when we got there. Also, the House Guide did not mention how to turn the shower on or when garbage day was. Both containers were overfull when we got there (which is understandable arriving on a Saturday) and the recycle bin was never picked up. Not sure when that was supposed to happen. But those were minor. We had a great week there and the location is close to Golden and not too far from Estes Park and Downtown Denver.
