We came down for a long weekend with 3 other couples and this house gave us all our own space, but also a nice living/dining room where we could play games and enjoy each other’s company. The property was clean and we walked surprisingly quickly to and from Virgin River Casino!

This is our second time at this house. It fits nine adult woman comfortably. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. Lindsay had been great to work with. Of course, the pool is the perfect cherry on top. Well maintained and some floaties provided.

My family and I stayed here for spring break. The house met our needs beautifully; it’s spacious, welcoming, and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for swimming, eating, and relaxing. We also brought our bikes and went on several town rides. Being within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and playgrounds was also really great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house is centrally located and very comfortable. It is on the other side of the fence from a commercial area, which you can see, but the back deck is very comfortable looking. It just happened to be an unusually cold week, so we stayed inside when we were home. There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable.

Great spot for our golf getaway. Loved the outdoor patio and pool.

We loved this place. It is clean and spacious and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and the a/c runs nice and cold in the hot Mesquite desert. Lindsey is a super attentive host! We would love to stay here again in the future.

House was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was nice and clean. The kids loved the slide and basketball hoop. The outside areas were nice and big so the kids had room to run and play. We liked that it was all fenced in! Communication with the host was very easy and quick. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

This property is perfect for a golfing foursome as each can have their own bedroom. Spacious and clean. Several couples with kids would work well, with kids sleeping in the carped front room with day bed and plenty of floor space, also sofa in living room. Very spacious ranch design with lg. well furnished covered outdoor patio outside the gated pool with lg. gas grill. The lg. heated pool has a roomy pool deck with plenty of Sun loungers and lots of pool toys. The AC, large TV (with subscription to Roku and all ancillary iewing platforms), great kitchen, combo drip pot/Keureg cups coffeemaker, good lighting, good plumbing, we’re all in good working order. Enough gated parking for 4 + SUV’s . Combination of residential & commercial properties bordering this property, well screened by by vinyl fencing and we experienced absolutely no annoying noise night or day.. Gas, groceries, fast food/restaurants very nearby. Lindsey Boggess (very profession and pleasant to work with) and her staff were very responsive to all our questions/needs. VRBO's can be a little challenging with 9 adults. This property had something for everyone. The layout of the house was perfect to give everyone a little room to spread out. When we initially arrived we found the pool to be very unclean however, the pool crew showed up the next day to clean and it was as good as new. Our only comment would be to include pool heating in the cost of the rental instead of an add on. Otherwise, we enjoyed the pool and the beautiful weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

For doing this for the first time, I really enjoyed the house. We had plenty of room and was very please with the amenities.

The property was exactly as described. I would happily reserve the house again as it was great for our senior softball group. Close to everything and in a quiet little neighborhood.

This property met all expectations. 6 people in our group but could of easily been comfortable with 8. Plenty of outside space which was enjoyable. Very quite even though it was across from a park and baseball field that had tournaments both days. Will recommend this vrbo and plan to rent again. ~~ Thanks Lindsey

clean, neat, well decorated, easy to find, locaated near entertainment and resturants, pool very nicely done, and i liked parking inside the gate. didnt like vrbos pricing system, you get one price, then taxes and cleaning fees, OK, then it wont let you boods unless you agree to a damage fee. Just tell me the price for heavans sake. keep adding on, and on ,and on, drives me crazy, Also TV vewing system is not easy to understand, we were looking forward to watchi ng a basketball game, and count figure out how to inport our viewing system xfinity.

Was a great trip, if you need a place to stay for any local area tournament or just want a get away and have a house with a pool this spot is great. I’d rent it again for sure.
