The property was super clean, check in and check out was very easy. It had everything we needed for a quick stay. The elevator was out when we were there which is not the hosts fault, so I don’t hold that against them. That was the only though part of the stay. An added bonus was the check out process was easier than most. Most hosts have a whole page on what they want you to do before you leave. This property had none of that, the instructions were just, make sure to take all of your things, our cleaning crew will take care of the rest. Awesome! If I’m ever in the area again, I hope to get this place, and I hope I can stay longer next time. The city is beautiful and full of good restaurants and fun things to do.

We rented this VRBO for two couples, selecting this property as it was advertised to have an elevator. One couple would not be able to access the fourth-floor property without it. Unfortunately, we were informed that the elevator was not operational, making access impossible for them. Additionally, upon arrival, we found the property uncomfortably warm as the AC was also not working. Our contact instructed us to lower the AC temperature incrementally, but this did not resolve the issue. After multiple attempts to speak with our contact, all we received was a suggestion to open a window. Despite being told a maintenance order was placed, two days later, the contact confirmed the AC issue had only just been reported and had no timeline for a fix. Our requests to cancel or find an alternative solution on the first night were ignored. While the property itself was clean and well-stocked, and the contact was responsive to other inquiries, the lack of resolution for these critical issues overshadowed our stay.

Great location! We biked to the marathon and walked 1.5 miles to the downtown. The condo is beautiful and clean.

This adorable condo was perfect for the four of us on a mother daughter wine tasting weekend. It had everything we needed, and the location was just a mile or two from all the downtown locations we wanted to go to. I would stay here again.

This is our second year staying at this location for the Mud, Sweat and Beers mountain bike race. The location is perfect: a short drive to the downtown area, the beach, and the race at Mt Holiday. The condo is lovely and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and very comfortable beds - a must for me! I am sure we will be back again next year!

Three of us enjoyed our time in TC. This location perfect and seemed close to everything. All appreciate the easy departure and no need to do extra upon departure.

The Unit that we stayed in was clean and safe. It was extremely noisy area with all of the traffic. The elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana.

Loved the size of the rooms and the additional sleeper sofa. Close proximity to downtown was a big plus. No fussy checkout obligations was a pleasant surprise! Only complaint is the bed was a bit hard but would definitely stay again!

The condo was great for our stay-super convenient to visit our family. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Building was very quiet-great having the elevator. Riley was easy to communicate with.

This listing was very accurate to the online description and pictures. It felt very much like entering a hotel with good parking lot lighting and security code for entrance into the building & your individual room. The condo is perfect for 2 couples especially with individual bathrooms in each room. The beds were very comfortable & the condo was very clean. My only suggestion would be to make the bathroom sliding barn doors be able to shut fully and lock well. (personally I would have installed pocket doors instead) It felt a bit vulnerable to use the bathroom outside of the dining area when everyone was so close and the door didn't provide a adequate sound barrier. Close to bike trails and downtown

Near town, easy parking, great 2 bed 2 bath layout. Cute morning sun balcony. Good location to hub your day out of As it’s just a short drive to all local things to do.

The apartment was clean and everything was neat inside. Really nothing to complain about. The building feels like your regular apartment building. Bath appliances were all available, so were the kitchen ones, even coffee. Only thing we wish the place had were the blackout curtains, because once the sun rises, it hits right through the windows on that side. The location is about 20-30 minutes away from the downtown area if you walk, and 5 minutes if you drive. Overall, a 5 star stay. Overall a 5 star stay.

This was our second time staying at Trailside 45 and first time in this unit. Very nice unit, clean, comfortable and so close to everything. Host is very responsive and proactive with communication in advance of our stay.

Overall, the place was great. The building is clean, the room was clean, the smart TV's were nice, and having a full kitchen was nice. I would recommend putting patio furniture on the deck so that guests can enjoy sitting outside. We found a dirty sock inside of our bed on the second night. Which worried us that the sheets were not washed. We pre-heated the oven to cook dinner and the room then smelled of fish that a previous renter must have cooked. The place honestly was great, I am just giving some constructive criticism. The property manager was wonderful and was quick to respond, they also helped us re-arrange our booking so that we could come a day early. Thank you all for everything!

Great place to stay. 3.0 miles away from our destination. Initial Email communication w mgmt was spot on. Exceptionally clean atmosphere from the hallways to our condo. I will say the mattress and the pillows were EXTREMELY firm. Horribly uncomfortable. If you like that then this place is for you. Both rooms FIRM. Aweful. My body ached and I was stiff where I had to sleep on the couch the rest of our stay. Beautiful huge couch by the way. My family in rm #2 stated the same. Poor sleep due to bed comfort. W/o me saying anything 1st. I joked you could bounce a quarter on the bed. Suggestion: Plz Consider changing matresses or add a foam topper this can be accommodating to all guests. Want firm remove topper. Quality sleep after traveling and while vacationing is a MUST!!!! Repeat: Comfortable matress is a must. Otherwise great stay.

Our only wish was that the sliding door next to the dining room table was a solid door!
