Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We checked in on Saturday and the air conditioning did not cool the house at night below 80 degrees. We call the office the next day and a maintenance person came, there was an error message on the thermostat which he tried unsuccessfully to clear. He told us he would arrange for an air-conditioning company to come the next day, Monday. No one came and we called the office again. We were then told someone would come the following day...and, no one came. The pattern continued every day (i.e. "they will be there night the heat on the second floor would go as high as 85 degrees which was unbearable. If we knew it would have never been repaired we would have left. Some days we were given the time slots when the air conditioning company would be there but they didn't show. It was finally fixed on Friday, all it needed was some coolant and it took less than an hour to fix. We felt the office people were being less than open with us about the situation and not telling us the facts. They then offered us a 10% discount for our stay which was an insult as the value of a rental house without air-conditioning was close to zero if they were trying to rent it. We also felt the renters before us must have also had issues and we should have been informed and asked to reschedule our vacation. We had rented the same house twice before and had no issues.

We cooked as a group. We thoroughly enjoy the fire pit on the back patio. We were a bit disappointed when the neighbor asked us to go inside at the stoke of 10:00 pm especially since we were very subdued. We enjoyed playing pickle ball and using the pool at the community rec area. It was a very successful get away. Thanks!

We liked that we could peek out the window to see how busy the pool and hot tub was. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed which has never happened in a rental property. Winterfest in Chelan and Manson made for great daytime activities, and then hot tubs and pool in the evening.

The rentals at the beach were a top hit. Convenient rentals gave the teens and adults a lot of pleasure. Having the second pool and the beach for swimming was very nice. Older guests appreciated the transportation down and up the beach hill.
We’ve stayed house rentals in many states and these home were by far the best equipped for all the cooking we like to do. The house facilities were excellent (w/d) etc.

The kitchen and large dining room table was a bonus. We used the outside area for CrossFit in the mornings and BBQ’s at night. The deck was a faviorite with the kids. They loved the hammocks. It’s was a perfect house.

***The only change I would make is some kind of gate blocking off the stairs that are in the kids room. Not the safest for the littles.

Bedrooms were big, but which means lower living space was smaller. We didn't use the upper living space. Probably a family with older kids - the older kids would use the upper living space. Problems with the ice machine not making ice, and the fridge freezing our food. Problems with garbage disposal button. Nice hammocks on deck. Other homes (prob more expensive) have better views, but we still had a great time!
