Two years from our initial visit, and this is still a beautiful home. However, this visit there was debris siting on the bottom of the pool. I messaged during our stay, the problem was not resolved, nor were items on-site to clean the pool. Additionally, the pool heater that was advertised, is only available during the winter months (per the owners response). Additionally, there were leaking insect bait traps on the kitchen countertops, the kitchen floor was sticky, and there were no available cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Since our initial stay in 2022, there appears to be a decline in the care given to this property. It is unfortunate; it truly is a beautiful home.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home oss really gorgeous and has a great layout. Perfect for three couples. Three bedrooms all with king beds and their own bathroom. Very well stocked kitchen. The speaker system is awesome and we really utilized it. Great a/c. Big fridge, nice grill etc. The pool… wow! Perfection. The shallow area was very popular for just lounging. Location i’d incredibly convenient to the wilton manors strip. A block from bars and restaurants. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Our family had to stay in this home for 3 weeks due to our home having a flood and we had to move out. We loved that there were 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area were completely open which was perfect for our family. The kitchen had all of the pots/pans/blender/coffee pot/crockpot/etc. The only thing that was lacking was storage containers for left overs, which we just went and purchased at Publix. The backyard was incredible with a Beautiful pool with sundeck and chairs, a gas grill, and artificial turf!! The area is wonderful for going out to eat too. Many different restaurants in the area. We really felt like we were at home for our stay.

Pictures are 100% accurate and the location is hard to beat just a short walk to Wilton dr. That said, the property is setup more as a party house than as a place to vacation. the backyard/pool area abuts a church parking lot and a busy street which leads to it being very noisy most of the time. The house is immaculate, with nice bedrooms/baths. That said this is not a great place to work remote (not advertised this way, but we hoped it would work). With the high ceilings and open balcony on second floor every tiny sound reverberates throughout the house. The manager responded quickly to initial text relating to the pool being heated, however when i sent a picture showing the heater was not on, and informed him the pool was not warm he went silent for 3 days then responded that i was wrong. Overall this is a great place if you are celebrating an occasion, or heading out with friends. That said if you enjoy quiet time, or plan on working during your stay this is probably not the place for you!

Beautiful home in a great location. Overall very clean, though the property is a little tired but still in a good state. Extremely comfortable layout that is perfect for people who are traveling with someone who is mobility impaired. Some of the things we would change are that the two gates leading into backyard are rotted and one does not latch. We could not get second story den tv to work. But, perhaps that is our own technical failing. The primary bedroom’s patio furniture was severely mildewed and dirty. The bedroom’s patio drain was clogged and had to be cleaned out during a heavy rain as water was collecting. Also, the primary bedroom had no bulbs in ceiling light fixtures. Primary bathroom’s left wash basin drain is slow Downstairs bedroom wall had slight damage. Plus, the downstairs bathroom toilet seat is damaged. There were two old burn marks on the toilet seat. Back patio furniture was mildewed and dirty. While we think the property would benefit from some property management love, it was a terrific vacation spot and we would stay there again.
