The picture’s don’t do this justice! The home and views are amazing. Kathy and Jim made the check in/out process super easy. They were wonderful hosts and provided great accommodations for our large Family group including our RV. You have a gorgeous home and surrounding area. We will definitely look to stay again when we return.

several US states (we are from the UK) and this is without a doubt the nicest
property we have experienced with so many thoughtful touches and little extras.
The only downside was that we had to leave at the end of the week!

Two couples on a visit from Atlanta for hiking and wine tour. The Hilltop property really helped to make this a memorable stay. We hiked couple trails in the morning back to Hilltop for lunch and then another trail. Later after a quick shower, a soak in the hot tub was just what we needed. The views in the morning with coffee were awesome. Home was clean and had all we needed. A Red Rock pass was a surprise and greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend a stay at Hilltop Hideaway. My friends and I found the house to be very clean and comfortable, stocked with any and every amenity you could ever need at a rental home. I loved the digital guidebook we received after booking - it was incredibly helpful. The views from the back patio and hot tub are unbeatable! We had a wonderful stay with absolutely no complaints.

We loved our stay at the Hilltop Hideaway. The house was great! Very clean and organized. We had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and both my boys enjoyed having their own room. The hot tub was great to use after a day of hiking. The views from the balconies were amazing. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Sedona. Kathy was great and was sure to check in with us and make sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

This was the perfect home for a ladies weekend! It was spacious, beautiful, and accommodating. Some of us ran the Sedona 5k or 10k, and the hot tub felt amazing on our muscles. The views are stunning and we enjoyed every minute! This is the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at!

The house was close to town with stunning views of the mountains. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Hosts were readily available, provided us with an abundance of info for things to do as well as snacks, water, and a beautiful crystal for each of us. They also left a park pass, so we could park and hike everywhere. Hope to stay at this lovely home again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. It was the PERFECT place for the 6 of us to spend a week together. The house was spotless, check-in was easy, the kitchen came very equipped and having the oils, spices, etc was a nice touch. Kathy and Jim had everything prepared or set up that we weren't left for wanting anything else.
The photos do NOT do this place justice. Waking up every morning to spectacular views was *chef's kiss*.
The only negative was that our time was up and we had to leave :(

As VRBO hosts ourselves, we hold a high standard when it comes to staying in other rentals. This property is exceptional- love all the extra touches and features. Home is exactly as described and then some! The stocked coffee pods and other necessities is a very nice touch for arriving late and unable to get to grocery store before the morning. Great place.

Our stay here was flawless. The property is smack in the middle of everything we wanted to see and do. 90% of it in walking distance. The house was clean, gorgeous, the views are exceptional and the hosts are extremely friendly and great communicators. If we ever come back to Sedona, we will absolutely stay here again.

Celebrated 60th birthday with friends in this amazing home. Owner Kathy was easy to work with from beginning to end. The views from every room in the house are breathtaking. What an amazing spot in Sedona! Hilltop was, by far, one of the cleanest VRBO’s I have stayed in. The views were stunning. The front deck, hot tub deck, downstairs living area..there was room for all of us to gather and soak in the views. Great location, close to town, hiking, delicious restaurants and a 2 hour drive to the south rim. I cannot wait to come back!

We stayed for 3 nights with our young children, 5 and 3 years old while on an epic road trip! This was a perfect home to use as a home base for a day trip to the Grand Canyon and hikes in the local parks. The home was clean and very comfortable. We felt that the home was safe for our young kids. It’s fairly easy to secure the hot tub and the porch. The home had absolutely everything we could have ever needed plus a dozen more things! Communication with the owners was really easy and friendly. They left a wonderful welcome basket that our kids LOVED! Oh… and THE VIEWS!!! Such a great location in town, walkable if you want to. Super good spot at a more than reasonable price. 10/10!

We enjoyed our visit to Sedona and our stay at Hilltop Hideaway. The home was immaculately clean and we were surprised how close it was to the uptown area. We will definitely stay again next time we visit Sedona.

We had a great stay. The views were beautiful and you could enjoy them from every room. We found the home to be very clean. The location was a short drive from town.
The inaccuracy we encountered was just that the sleeping arrangements were not as expected. The listing said it slept 7 people. We are a family of 5 and they only had 2 beds. The sleeper sofa is not comfortable and pulling out a rollaway is inconvenient. Saying it sleeps 7 is a bit of a stretch.
Also be aware if you have a large SUV it will not fit in the garage. We had to park ours in the driveway and the slope is very steep so we had to put a rock on the tires to keep it from possibly rolling into the garage door.
10:00 am checkout is a little too early.
Overall we would recommend it to our friends as a lovely place to stay.

We had three generations staying here to celebrate my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. The accommodations were perfect for our family of five. You could walk to town (big hill on way back so we drove) and the views off the deck were amazing! But its close to everything! Shopping in town and some great hikes! We ALL had a great time!! I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Sedona.

This house has 2 balconies with simply amazing views - but if that's not enough, it's super well equipped for not only cooking a nice dinner, but with a cooler and towels for whatever outdoor activities you're planning to do in Sedona. The property owners were always very responsive and could not have done more to make our stay in Sedona just perfect!
