Location, Location, Location! Easy access to home, grocery store, and gas. The river and gameroom was a highlight. I just wish we had more days to stay. Coming back very soon.

The home is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the combo to the door would not work. We called in and they gave us the owner's code to the lockbox which gave us access to all locked owner closets. Being I have STR I did not unlock the owner's personal closets, but someone else might would of. This is just a fyi.

We loved this house! Beautiful, spacious cabin style house on the river. The kids loved the game room. Comfortable beds, hot showers. We had a lovely dinner out on the patio looking out at the River. Peaceful, quiet.

It is a fantastic place! Hours of fun in the giant stream behind it, great golf course within a mile, and perfect for a large family! Loved the fire pit, the outside deck, the location! Easy drive to Mount Hood and a great grill on property plus fantastic near by restaurants!

We were attracted to the house because it was the right size for our family, with room for the kids to play downstairs. The pictures of the yard and river out back didn't do the scenery justice! The moss covered trees, ferns, and old chimney gave the outside a charming and woodsy feel that was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect place for our wedding trip. Thank you so much!!

This is a comfortable home with open, sunny floor plan and a stream through the back yard, a great kitchen, and lots of room. We look forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The loft was a hit with the little ones. And space for everyone to stretch out and have fun. We were disappointed that there was no kindling small enough to start a fire. And that meant we couldn't roast marshmallows outside. Otherwise we had a good time and enjoyed the space.

We loved our stay at River Hutte. The loft was wonderful for kids and we loved the open living room and all the sitting areas. We did however have issues with the cleaning company and informed the rental company as soon we we got there and we’re pretty disappointed in their response. The dishwasher was packed with dirty dishes that hadn't been rinsed, I swept up at least 10 fries between the kitchen and dinning room floor, the table in the basement had cup rings and was sticky and the basement stair, door to the garage and floor were covered in a brown sticky solution. Disappointed to go somewhere to relax and end up cleaning for a good 45 min.

Me and my friends traveled all the way from Los Angeles and everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you very much!

So much room absolutely loved the game room. Comfort of the master bed was as I called it sleeping on my cloud. Definitely worth the money 💰. Trust me treat yourself

The entire house is extremely well-appointed with gorgeous decor that blends with the deep beauty of natural wood and great stone fireplaces. The kitchen and pantry are perfect. The bathrooms are gorgeous. The beds are relaxing and cozy.. It's a place of dreams. Our family visiting from New York absolutely loved every minute...and the children all slept in the loft. Thank you for this wonderful experience that we will never forget. Note: We noticed a large number (hundreds) of beautiful Monarch or similar yellow butterflys all gathered together on a log across the river. They were also flying across to hopefully nest in the trees and bushes. One landed on my water glass and climbed on our daughter. So beautiful!!!! We did our best to leave them alone and felt grateful to see them in such huge numbers just on the bank on the other side of the river.

My family had a great time staying at the beautiful property! Our only regret is not staying longer! It was as advertised and prefect for our little family get away

This house is amazing! Gorgeous views. Right on the river. Perfectly located near Mt Hood Skibowl. Grocery Store and wood are just 5 minutes away. Kitchen stocked with everything from an Instapot to plenty of cookware. Lots of space for the 9 of us to be together AND to be alone for downtime. Beds super comfy. Loved all the pillows! Lots of thoughtful touches. Had a blast playing the movie game. Will definitely return!

We loved staying at this house. The furnishings are modern and very stylish. There are lots of comfy beds and pretty much all the amenities you need. Fun game room, cozy fire place, tv loft and more. Hopefully one day they will add a hot tub to achieve perfect rental status :)

We loved the location of the house with the view of the river. The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable couple of snowy weeks on the mountain.
