We stayed here for 3 nights to attend a wedding. The location is great...downtown T.C. is a short walk away. Other restaurants were nearby as well. The place was super clean and the host was very responsive to questions. We didn't have any issues that needed to be taken care of during our stay. I would certainly recommend staying here.

City Lofts is a very clean, quiet and convenient place to stay. Just what our family needed for my daughter's skating competition.

This was our third stay at Cityscape. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood walking distance to downtown TC. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was clean & comfortable.

We stayed here for the 2024 Bayshore Marathon -- it was perfect for me to walk to and from the start / finish line. Clean and quiet, easy walk to downtown. Of note: we were on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator (this was not a problem for us, but worth flagging for others -- I probably just missed it on the listing). Two comments: 1) the wifi signal was weak and a bit glitchy; and 2) the parking spaces are EXTREMELY narrow -- made for some interesting Tetris among the guests with a full building and a lot of larger trucks.

We had a great time. Parking was a concern but in emailing Riley. We came up with a solution. Parking lot is too small for big Trucks. Riley was quick to respond to any emails that I sent during our stay. I sent him pictures of a few things that I had concerns with and he assured me these things would be taken care of. The place is in a great location. There is construction going on now and through the summer so be prepared for some outside noises. I would not use Stocked again. That is the company you can order from and have things brought in. Is not worth the headache I have been dealing with. I recommend these lofts to others.

The unit was very nice and clean and spacious. We were close to a lot of things although with the construction, which couldn’t be helped, made things difficult. The wifi was not strong and was cutting out too much, making work impossible. All in all though, I would definitely come back.

Super nice, the only complaint we have is the construction on the roads going around the place now. We had a great day, and the place was very clean.

The condo was a great location. Perfect size for four. Extremely clean! Excellent communication with the management team. We were very impressed with all the immensities that would make an extended stay so helpful. Loved the binder with all the information we could possible want. When we come back in the summer, we would try to stay here again!

OVERALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. It is loud from the street and other units. Other than that an amazing trip and place. Love how clean it was

The proximity to the beach was great. We had a large group so it was nice being able to walk everywhere. I appreciate the extra directions about where to park if you have more than one car as well. The host was very responsive and it was so nice to not have any tasks to do for checkout.

Our family had a great time at CitySide Lofts. The accommodations were in excellent condition and the location was close to everything Traverse City has to offer. Communication with the manager was timely and informative. We highly recommend!

My husband and kids stayed with me while I was at a conference in the area. Very convenient for them to downtown, the beach and other activities. Very clean accommodations, exactly as presented. Would definitely recommend.

Place was really good. It is in a really good location, close to the beach. Given description about the place is very accurate. Property manager was very easy to reach via app/email, his response was very prompt.

Nice clean unit and enjoyed being there with 2 adult grandchildren. 3 rd floor stairs are pretty difficult when you bring luggage in without an elevator.

We came in for the weekend and it was the perfect location to everything. We snowshoed, went downtown and hit some wineries. The description for this condo said 3 bedroom and said 2 sofa sleeper/futons. This is a 2 bedroom with 1 sofa sleeper couch. It had everything we needed and checkout was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall great experience! Although we didn’t end up bringing our dog, the condo is set-up nicely to accommodate one. Would suggest a shoe/boot tray by the entrance.

The building itself is clean, very convenient location. Parking is ridiculous spots are way to small, plus only allowed one vehicle per unit. Beautiful kitchen but not enough cooking pans. Main bedroom very nice. Spare bedroom ok, but the bed was just ok. The real issue we had is the sleeper sofa is broken so we had to go buy an air mattress for my son to sleep on. For the price we paid, you would think sleeping arrangements would be better. In this case we did not get what we paid for!!

We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen and bath amenities were adequate (i.e. enough towels and kitchen utensils). Most especially appreciated the check out policy whereby we did not have a list of cleaning chores and laundry to complete before departure, but an assurance that things would be taken care of and we should depart without worries.

Property was in an awesome location very close to everything downtown. The property was also very clean and the management was excellent in communicating the check-in and check-out process. They also did a great job with recommendations and preparations for everything a guest could need.

The CitySide Lofts apartment was perfect for my son and I during our visit to Traverse City. It was comfortable, clean and convenient to downtown and surrounding attractions.

Our stay was great! The amenities were very nice! It truly is a fantastic spot! It is a quick walk to downtown, which we did for dinner and drinks one evening. Also suburb to get to the local wineries. We look forward to going back next year!

The unit was exactly as described. Although we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. But more importantly the Mitten Group sent computer generated emails with check in and out details which was great but I twice individually emailed Riley thru an email address and the VRBO and didn’t receive a response to either email, quite disappointing.

Excellent condo to book for your stay in Traverse City. Conveniently located right by the beach. The communication with the booking staff was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I was up in the TC area for work and every hotel was $200+, found this on vrbo and couldn’t have been happier. Great condo with plenty of room, in a great location close to town and beach, and all for less than the hotels. Thanks for a great getaway!
