This house is a hidden gem in deep East Texas. We were in town for a 3 day baseball tournament and the house was perfect. Great place to relax in between games, the shop/game room was a big hit for young boys and men. Great location within a short distance to numerous restaurants. The hosts were great, stayed in communication with any questions and even let us have a late checkout. Oh and the fish were biting in the pond! Highly recommend

This property was absolutely beautiful and had everything you needed to insure a weekend of nothing but fun and laughter. The fire ring was a bonus as our younger children loved to roast marshmallows for smores! The home was VERY clean with very comfortable bedding that allowed everyone to have a great night's rest. The home was decorated with little Memorial Day goodie baskets that made us feel very welcomed the moment we arrived!! Also, the "MAN CAVE" aka game room was the selling point of our stay. The HUGE metal shop had our whole group star struck the moment we walked in. It had a pool table, air hockey, basketball nets, big screen TVs, poker table and so much more. This really allowed my family to bond even more while on vacation!! I will defiantly book again and will always give it a 5-star review!!!!

Great place to slow down and enjoy family during Thanksgiving!

The land was breath taking and secluded. House is beautiful and plenty of room for kids to run free. Caught a catfish and released it. Firepit was built to accommodate many on a cool night. We will be returning here every year. Scott was so easy to work with and a made the experience even that more pleasant

What's to review? It was perfect for our family. Even the pillows on our bed were exactly like the ones in which we accidently left at home!

We definitely enjoyed our time at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean. Just a few minutes from the mill creek boat ramp. Communicating with Mr. Scott was always easy and he responded quickly. The game room was definitely a hit with our kids. Will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Thank y’all for providing a clean and inviting place for us to enjoy with our kids.

The property was awesome.

The house was very clean and spacious with all the amenities of home even the same coffee maker. We were there for the big bass splash tournament and there was more then enough parking for 3 boats close enough to charge overnight. The game room awesome! Tons of room for all of us to hang out, restring rods, sort tackle and watch the game. Would most definitely recommend giving this place a try and I will be back for the fall and next years tournament.

This is the best cabin I have stayed at on sam rayburn. The location is great the cabin is clean . The main kickers are the stock pond ,and the game room is awesome. This is a great cabin for a guys trip ,or family vacation it has everything . I liked it so much went back with in two weeks of my first stay.

Exceeded our expectations. Great property - clean, lots of space, fun and helpful amenities, and convenient lake access. Owner was helpful and responsive as well. Highly recommend this place and would come back again.

My buddies and I have an annual fishing weekend up at the lake we have been using vrbo for booking our accommodations for five years and this has been our best stay. The golf course and the lake are really close. We could have had a blast staying right there on the property. We will definitely be booking this place for our next weekend at Sam Rayburn.

Beautiful property, peaceful and quiet. Great communication with host and very accommodating. The game room was awesome! House has pretty of room, clean and comfy beds. The fire pit outside was perfect to gather around in the evening. We will definitely be back!

I am writing this review as I’m sitting in the house. We are very pleased with our stay. We are here for a high school fishing tournament on Sam Rayburn. It’s an excellent location for those with boats. Drive through access, ample parking space, turnarounds and everything! The house was very clean, it’s well appointed and plenty of space for the 8 of us. Boys had their own room, team captain. Had his own room, both sets of parents and our daughter. It was a fabulous stay and we highly recommend it. Scott was quick to reply to any messages and he even allowed us to check in early and check out late. Not saying that will always be an option, but if it is an option, he will allow it. Also the pictures don’t show it yet, but there is a separate metal building that is a game room. Boys loved this in the evening. Thanks for a great rental Scott.

In town for a high school fishing tournament. Great place with plenty of room for two families. Plenty of room to park boats. It was a chilly weekend, we enjoyed the fireplace inside the house and the firepit outside. Owner provided plenty of wood and accommodations for both. The house was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. The teenagers enjoyed throwing a line in the pond, shooting hoops and hanging in the soon to be available game room. So much outdoor room and close proximity to Lake Sam Rayburn and the Rayburn Country Resort Golf Coarse. It was the perfect place to stay, we will be back!
