The property is perfect for 2 people. The host Beverly is so nice and easy to deal with. Beverly is very quick to respond to any questions that you have. The check in process was so easy. Everything that you could think of that we needed as soon as you looked it was already there. The space is decorated so nicely and everything is just as it appears in the photos. We hope to return again very soon and possibly stay at this same property provided that it is available when we return. It was so relaxing.

Never been to Atlantic Beach we will return. Beautiful immaculate, and very quiet. It was nice not to have to travel with beach chairs, and towels all were provided. The beach was quiet, not crowded and very clean.

My husband and I stayed here from 5/31/24 - 6/9/24, and what a fantastic find! Beverly has anticipated every one of your needs while you stay. The studio is beautifully decorated, cozy, clean, and well thought out. The location is perfect, located in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from the ocean. We enjoyed walking to several restaurants and shops (it's nice to have drinks and be able to walk home!) and also a short drive to Morehead City, Beaufort, and New Bern as well. We plan to go back and would def recommend it to others.

Everything was great with our stay. Perfect for 2 people. My only complaint : the quiet hours start at 10pm but the owner of this property called the sheriff on our neighbors at 9pm. I thought that was inconsiderate. As far as her property is awesome. She has thought of every detail.

Perfect location (easy oceanfront access) and just what we needed for a few days away to relax and reconnect. The efficiency is very well appointed and we felt comfortable and cared for. We will be back! Thank you for the anniversary cupcakes Beverly!

We enjoyed staying in this cute and cozy studio. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the rain shower. We will stay there again.

The apartment was set up beautifully and well appointed with all of the accessories to make for a pleasant weekend away at the beach. Very quiet and direct beach access. Beverly was a wonderful host and made us feel right at home. It was just what we needed.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Beverly’s place for an extended weekend and had an incredible experience. The space was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and the private walk to the beach was so convenient. We had some issues with figuring out the washer during our stay and Beverly was quick to respond and come downstairs to help get things resolved. She even shared some cookies with us before leaving! Absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be staying here in the future!

Arrived late at night Fantastic setup and design. Everything was new appliances, design well thought out, bathroom was new and wonderful Easy beach access, great sitting area outside, compliments the ocean front property. Kudos!!!!

This property, which is an efficiency unit, is comfortable and well designed. Beverly, the owner, has thought of all the amenities that one could need. And, she is a lovely woman. My husband and I enjoyed every minute including great restaurant suggestions from Beverly.

Property is lovely. Beverly has done a great job decorating and utilizing the space. It is very convenient to dining, shopping and the beach. Sparkling clean and cozy. We will definitely return.

Cozy and secluded

My time at the studio was so relaxing! Beverly has thought of everything, I don't think I would have changed a thing. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome! She has done a great job with the décor. I opened the windows and I could hear the waves! The property is very quite and me traveling alone I felt very safe staying at the studio. Check-in was a breeze and any questions were answered quickly. The outside area was peaceful watching the sun go down, enjoying the birds, butterflies and hearing the waves in the distance. I did enjoy the beach with hardly anyone being there, off season was great. Beverly also provides beach towels & chairs! There were no long lines at the restaurants, the food was great! If you are looking somewhere to relax and unwind this is the place for you! Beverly was so nice and accommodating, she made my visit one to remember!

The owner,Beverly could not have been nicer. The studio apartment was beautifully appointed & had more than we needed. This is truly a “bring you clothes & stay awhile” beach house. We loved every minute.

There was no better way to enjoy our 40th Anniversary than a stay at Beverly's quaint getaway. I was certain she made our stay special because of this but it's obvious all her guests enjoy the same benefits. Her attention to detail with the amenities and décor reflects just how much she enjoys having guests. It was quiet, remarkably clean and very comfortable. Three days of perfect weather and quick beach access was just the right recipe to end the summer. Sipping coffee on the deck watching sunrise each morning is our Anniversary memory to cherish. We will definitely return.

I came to attend a beach wedding and didn't want a hotel, instead found this gem! Terrific location and the unit is in immaculate condition. Despite its size it has all the features of a house rental. Very comfy bed, nice linens, and a great TV watching couch! Very thoughtful amenities all around, including the niceties one often forgets - chip clips, pot holders, salt/pepper, etc. Very quiet location and the owner lives upstairs so no problem with neighbor noise. Private covered parking is a bonus! Highly recommend it.

Are stay with Beverly was better than we could have imagined! The location was perfect. We enjoyed our morning and evening walks on the beach. Beverly was very helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do in the area. The accommodations were perfect. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Looking forward to coming back.

One of the best places we’ve stayed on VRBO & other Apps, out of 20+ in the past few years. Incredibly comfortable & well designed. Never felt cramped up & the ease/distance to the beach is unmatched.

My Husband & I loved this location in Atlantic Beach. So happy I got to walk on the beach with Beverly & Robbie. She has adorned her property with love & warmth. We loved the blues & greens everywhere. I particularly loved the Oyster painting! It was so cozy & precious...Thank you so much for a wonderful oasis :)

This is the second time our family of 3 (2 adults, 1 child) stayed here, and we are so happy we found this little gem. The studio has everything needed with a newly renovated kitchen, and is super cozy, with a quaint back patio to listen to the waves. Best part of all is the location. Steps away from the beach with private acces, close enough to walk to the circle, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Thanks again for another great stay!

Studio was exceptionally clean and neat with all the amenities you could ask for, and even some you wouldn’t think about!. Personal touches of the property owner were noticed and much appreciated. The location of the property is great as it’s where I would consider private, but not far from the main areas. Beach area is also semi-private as there are no closely located public accesses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back soon!

Beverly is an amazing host! She thought of everything we would need for a comfortable and fun getaway. The studio is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. She included beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a Shibumi canopy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect and quiet. Could not have asked for a more comfortable and delightful place to stay! Beverly is a fantastic host and so Robbie. Clean, many conveniences, and a nice private patio for chilling and watching the sunset. The beach is a nice walk over the dunes and not crowded. Plenty of beach chairs, an easy shade shelter, and lovely towels. I hope to be back soon! Thanks for a great beach visit!!
