Great house

Property was extremely cleaned, well decorated very close to Bucknell. My family and I really enjoyed our stay while we moved our daughter into her dorm.

Great location! Right next to Bucknell campus. The house is new, clean and well organized. Terrific aesthetic and finishes. Plenty of room. Would definitely return.

This house is so cute and charming. Our entire group was taken with the remodel of this home. It was a perfect spot for our getaway and the homeowners were great to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

We visit PA often to visit my husband's family and have always stayed a Best Western. We chose to use VRBO this year and we were so pleased with our choice. It was everything we expected and more. It was so clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for our family of 6. We were able to have people come to visit us and they all loved the place. The area was quiet. Even though it is by the train tracks we only had it come by 2 or 3 time the whole week. We even saw deer in the yard. I had a question and Donna responded quickly. We will definitely book again for our next trip.

The VRBO was great and so well done. I was particularly impressed with the finish of the construction and upgrades. The floors, tile, cabinets, walls, etc were all done by real craftsmen. Cudos to you and your team.

Spent the weekend reconnecting with friends with whom we had lost touch over the past 10 years. The home was the perfect size with all the comforts needed that we found ourselves spending most of our time staying "home" and conversing rather than venturing out. Though, downtown Lewisburg with all the shops and restaurants was a short1/2 mile walk away. The Susquehanna flows just off the back of the property; it was wonderful to meander along its banks.

The property was clean, modern, and meticulously maintained. The house was equipped with everything and the owners were accessible and lovely.

We rented this place as a half-way point between Pittsburgh and Jersey to meet with family before the holidays. We had an amazing weekend. It was spotless clean and well equipped throughout each room with relevant necessities. Donna’s communication was excellent. She was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to do it every year moving forward. Our entire family was very impressed and happy with the place, it was an unforgettable weekend. We stayed here as a home base while dropping our son off for his first year at Bucknell University. It was THE perfect place in absolutely every way. It is clean, tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished, QUIET (even though it's right on the edge of campus), and walkable to both town and campus. We couldn't have asked for more. Truly a gem. Right after I finish this review, I am going to go into the calendar and try to snag this home for the next four years' worth of family weekends, plus homecomings, and graduation in 2026. I only hope that Reuben and Donna have a calendar that lists out that far! :-)

We spent a few nights at the Brown street house in Lewisburg this fall. Very pleased with how well done the house was. Modern but comfortable, with very tasteful furnishings that allow one to easily feel at home. Beautiful kitchen (gave us some ideas to implementin our own home lol). Comfortable beds. My young son enjoyed running around the large back yard, where we also enjoyed lunch. Only hiccup was that the wifi wasn't working, we couldn't even find the home wifi name but not a huge issue since a very short stay and owners were very receptive trying to help. Would definitely stay again!

Yes. Worthy of all caps and anyone visiting Bucknell should put this at the top of their list. Great location. Space was pristine and included everything anyone would need. Communication was excellent. Underrated at 5 stars!

The property was beautiful, very clean, well equipped and even had extra supplies (paper towels/toilet paper/toothbrushes,etc). Bed in Master bedroom was so comfy!! Close to downtown Lewisburg and Bucknell. The owners responded to questions quickly and we’re so polite. Will definitely come back!!

We had a great weekend at this house before dropping kids at camp at Bucknell. It is right across street from the university and about a ten minute walk to downtown. The place has been completely gutted and redone in a very tasteful and modern fashion. It was well stocked and the perfect size for two couples and two teens. It has a lovely back yard, which had more fireflies than I have ever seen in my life. The hosts were very responsive with recommendations for things to do and local restaurants. Would highly recommend staying in this property.

The photos do not do this property justice. The home was immaculate, the appliances in the laundry and kitchen were all "top of the line," and the owners thought of every little touch that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The kitchen was well-equipped with anything you would need. The patio in the backyard made visiting with friends a relaxing experience. The location was perfect for our short walk to the Bucknell University campus. Although we were concerned about the parking in front of the home when we read the description, we found there was never a problem. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owners provided everything that would make the stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and would certainly look to stay there if we are ever in the area again.
