Comfortable and clean place to stay for us and our son/DIL. Good location to explore Richmond.

The place was really cute and comfortable enough. I’m not sure if the details had mentioned pets were allowed or not but I will make sure to look for that next time. We enjoyed our time there but the only thing was all the furniture and carpet rugs were covered with pet hair. There was hardly any place I could sit without getting pet hair all over my clothes. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My whole family loved our stay here. The house was perfect for family of four and our dog. My husband and I were able to walk the dog to get coffee and to a local brewery. The whole family was able to take a beautiful walk to the James river. Everything was perfect and we hope to come back again.

The house was great. It worked well for my husband, my daughter, my baby grandson, and me. The kitchen was well equipped and came with coffee. Parking was on the street but we had no problem with getting spaces close to the house. The fenced-in yard worked well as we were traveling with our dogs. Christian ensured that everything was OK. He was helpful with an early check-in, stopped by to bring more coffee, and messaged us to be sure that there were no issues or concerns. I would highly recommend this house for a brief visit or a longer term stay.

We made some small requests, and the hosts responded immediately. It is a very well kept up property and easy to stay in. And everything 1 needs is there, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. It is a very well furnished two bedroom, two bath VRBO.

We stayed here for 9 days in September. This place had everything we needed to explore all the history in the area and come home and relax. It has off street parking but we ended up parking in front as that was a little easier. The beds were wonderful. We slept great. There were two bathrooms which is nice even for just two people. We didn't do a lot of cooking but when we did, everything we needed was there. Everything was provided: laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. We've always brought those things along in the past so it was nice to have them all provided and enough for the stay. We used the washer and dryer several times. We only ate in the area the last night at a bar/grill called Ironclad Pizza Grill. They have great pizza. The hosts were fantastic to work with. I needed a straight-back chair for some medical issues I have and they had two very nice ones waiting for us when we arrived.

This house is a true gem. Everything was inviting, clean, updated, cozy, prepared, modern, sublime! The hosts were INCREDIBLY helpful, kind, welcoming and connected. 2 couples in town for a family wedding and the two primary bedrooms with their own full baths was perfect for us. The furniture and beds, sheets and towels, tech and homey couch throws were just cherries on the top. Additionally, the home was really close to the cool downtown food and fun scene and by all means please don’t miss breakfast at Pearly’s!

Our stay was really good. Location is okay, not a ton in walking distance and the yard was shared with neighbor so not as good for dogs as I thought. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. More towels in bath would have been nice. You have neighbors above you, they were quiet but the dogs would bark thinking someone was in the house. Without dogs highly recommend!

Roomy, pet friendly, safe neighborhood and just three minutes to downtown by car. Helpful owner.was so nice to be able to find a nice spot that takes dogs!

Great location to work during the day and explore the city's great restaurants during the evening. Back patio is a nice place to set up your office.

The house was so comfy and agreeable! It was well laid out for having a couple of friends over, and had everything there you could possibly need.

This is the best VRBO I've ever booked. The duplex was immaculate. The beds were super comfy. The two bathrooms and two bedrooms were super clean. Having two bathrooms was essential as my teenage son traveled with us. The couch was also amazingly comfy. The TV was great. The location was wonderful because we could walk to shops and to the river. This is a part of Richmond that used to be a little dangerous, so it's wonderful to see the revitalization taking place. From the little kids at preschool holding hands to the young couples of many races gardening and shopping and just chilling on the porch, it was fantastic. We super enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Oh, and the owners of the VRBO responded to messages immediately. It was also easy to get inside and the door locks on its own after 90 seconds. We used the back yard a lot. Some friends of ours brought their poodles over (I hope we weren't too obnoxiously loud with the dogs carrying on), but they only stayed for two hours. It was by far a great trip. We will be back.

This property was perfect for my husband and I and my in-laws! Plenty of room, large backyard for our two dogs, and so clean. We would absolutely stay again!

Had everything we needed, neat and convenient part of town

This delightful gem in a quiet neighborhood was exactly what we wanted for our Richmond stay. The stocked kitchen had everything I needed to cook (and host guests) for a few nights, the washer and dryer and two bathrooms came in handy. Great internet, relaxing back porch/yard space and lots of room to lounge and veg after a long day. It was clean, neat and nicely decorated. .Christian was super responsive for all questions and we'll look the place up again on our next trip!

This place was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean, and there were restaurants within walking distance that were fantastic! The owners were responsive and accommodating. We will be back. Excellent experience all around.

My sister and I met up in Richmond for a weekend getaway and this place was great! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. We walked to the James River waterfront park and spent an afternoon exploring. A little city, a little nature. It was perfect!

We would stay here again when in Richmond

Condo was very clean, parking was easy to find on the street and the off street parking was also an easy option. A few minor housekeeping issues but Christian was very responsive and took care of everything right away. All of the furnishings and kitchen supplies looked brand new. My step sister and I came out for a friends celebration of life. This place was amazingly comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. The owner, Christian was great to work with. He can brought us coffee grounds which was greatly appreciated after a very long red eye flight. If we ever come back out to Richmond we will definitely try to stay again!

The condo and location were great for a family trip. We were able to go hiking by the river and to Belle Isle very easily and also to make trips out of the city because parking was so easy. Very nice set up for a family, and appreciated that we could bring our dogs. I would definitely recommend it!
