My friends and I really wanted to love this home but we ran into several issues. It was over 100 when we were there and the swamp cooler at the property is pretty much useless (and there are no directions to operate). We wanted to open the windows to get the cooler air in at night but none of the windows or doors have screens, so a lot of bugs flew in and we quickly had to close them. We also were excited about using the river but no where in the listing does it say that there is not really any access on the property to the river. It is riverfront (the main reason we rented this property) but there are no stairs, etc so it's pretty dangerous to get down and up, especially for my pregnant friend. Lastly, the house needs some more comfy furniture inside and outside. There were only 2 chairs outside that were not broken so all 4 of us could not sit outside together. Inside, the sofa is comfortable but the other living room furniture is not suitable for adults so a couple of my friends were always sitting on the floor. Beds were comfortable, we liked the location and there is a definitely a charm to the place, but some minor adjustments to the property would make it much more enjoyable.

The Host was very responsive, the stay was cozy and exceeded our expectations.

It was an amazing river house, only downside is that it was a bit difficult to get in and out of the river and there were deflated floats scattered around the river bank and hot tub area.

Beautiful riverside property within accessible distance to downtown Healdsburg. We enjoyed daily runs into town from the house (testing our legs on the hills). The deck was perfect for happy hour and charcuterie with ample shade for the already warming days. Perfect for 4 close friends/family.

The house was great and overlooked the river. Neighborhood was quiet in April. We had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. About 10 minute drive to Healdsburg.

This cabin is in a great location on the east side of Fitch Mountain and along the Russian River. It feels remote but Healdsburg is ten minutes away.

Perfect for a fall getaway. We’ll-appointed, lovely, private setting. All as advertised.

Very sweet river cottage. Loved it!

Bed comfort terrible. AC not working. Very Hot interior despite trying to use provided fans. Deck very close to neighbors and noisy. Slid on door map, and fell. Hit head on clothing rack. Overall lacked comfort and good atmosphere of getaway we were hoping for.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is airy and comfortable with a large deck that really allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Direct access to the river was also fantastic. A great way to spend a relaxing week.

My wife and I and adult kids celebrated my birthday at the cabin and enjoyed every minute of it. We spent tons of time on the deck enjoying the weather and great views. The cabin is on the river and we used the kayaks and swam almost every day. The cabin is also very close to town and all the restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf etc. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and bbq’ing on the deck. We would definitely recommend staying here its a great place.

Easy walk down to the riverbank from the back deck. And 1/4 mile stroll down to the dead end of the quiet street & onto footpath to river beach. I fished every day! House was equipped well enough for our week stay. Quick drive over the hill into town when needed. We loved it and hope to stay again!

The house is very cozy the two queens beds are comfortable. But the inflate one needs to be replaced. I tried to make the bed for my son at first we had a stressful time we tried four outlet and nome of them was working so we thought the air bed was broken, but them my son asked me to try again finally it worked, but it’s was loosing the air very quickly . Hum!!! The cleaning lady need to pay more attention she didn’t wipe out the cabinets drawers and knobs they had caffe spilled all over and hair inside the utensil drawer one of the wine glasses still had wine inside but with the clean ones . With COVID-19 Everything should be wipe out . The hot tub was not clean and not working the water was smelling bad . With out those issues the house it self it’s cool the deck is big and the view is nice .
