While we were initially impressed and excited about the location and property review, upon arrival, we were blown away that it was even more impressive in person! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely opt to stay there again!

We had an amazing family vacation at the Licklog Lake House! Brian was very responsive to any issues we had. We ran into water pressure issues, but Brian was able to quickly provide simple instructions on resolving them. While it was raining we enjoyed the Rec Room in the basement, but we spent pretty much all of the good weather time on the dock. Our kids had never swam in a lake, but after I did a cannon ball off the top deck of the dock it was game on for the rest of the week! There are no child size life jackets, so make sure you bring your own if you are brining children. We also had a lot of fun exploring the surrounding area. One bit of advice I would have for anyone visiting is to call every place (restaurant or attraction) that you plan to visit before you go to make sure they are actually open. We showed up at 3 different places expecting them to be open based on their posted hours only to find notes on the doors that they were closed for a few days. A group of 8 old retired guys looking to fish and play golf. The house was clean and accommodated us beautifully. We enjoyed the game room for added competition. The host were very responsive. Only draw back was that the dock did not have power. As a result we had to pull our boats out to recharge the batteries. We would rent this house again next year if they hook up power to the dock.

Lovely home, views, and decor. Hosts were very fast with communications. The space worked well for our two families. The downstairs area with bunks and games was a HUGE hit with the kids.....they were very sad to leave.

Came up to spend the weekend with a group of friends to see the fall colors! Loved the house and great location on the lake! Everything was clean and exactly as the listing said! Sabrina and Brian were great at helping with any questions we had! Would definetly stay again!

The owners have great customer service. The house is in a great location on the lake. The owners provide all your family needs to enjoy the game room, lake and plenty of bedrooms for the entire family. The kitchen was well stocked. We love the free soaps 😃. Thank you so very much.

We had a wonderful time soaking up the lay days of summer on the dock. We enjoyed the kayaks and the fire pit. The bunkroom was perfect for our kids too!

The property was great and we would definitely stay here again. The only thing that was lacking is the water pressure within the house. Everything else was very enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Licklog Lake House!! My family is picky....and our family LOVED this place!! So much quality family time with incredible views of Lake Chatuge!! We loved swimming and fishing off the double decker dock. The noodles and life jackets were great! The kids loved the lily pad! The kayaks were used once maybe, because we did not stay long enough... We hope to return soon because this place is the BEST!!!

My family and I had an absolute blast at this property!! The house and lake are perfect. The kids had so much fun swimming and must have jumped off the dock literally a thousand times. The hosts made the stay that much more enjoyable with how helpful and accommodating they were. Would definitely recommend and would rent again in a New York minute.

Amazing home for our gathering. The lake and dock was beautiful, however the trek from the house to the lake was a little much, overall a very good family weekend

We had two families (4 adults and 6 kids) and everyone had a great time. The house had plenty of room, and the lower level was perfect for the kids to have their own space to either play games, watch tv or just relax when they weren’t down at the lake, which is where everyone spent most of their time. The dock was a lot of fun, whether it’s jumping off either level or hanging out on the floating pad. The kayaks were also a big hit to check out other parts of the lake. Brian and Sabrina were very responsive and generous hosts, from check in to check out there were no issues with communication and the house was well equipped with supplies to be able to cook and/or grill. Overall this is a great place to stay!

We had a fabulous week with our children and grandchildren. The bunk room was perfect! The kids had a good time jumping off the dock, paddle boarding, kayaking, playing ping pong and games. Nana appreciated the golf cart to go down and watch the fun! Thank you for sharing your wonderful lake home with us!

We had an amazing time, house was clean and spacious. The game room and bunk room was a huge hit with the kids. And the double decker dock was amazing! We will be back for sure.

This is a very nice house on the lake. Our grandchildren ages 3-8 loved the bunk room and play space in the basement. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean with plenty of room for our family of 11. Great view of the lake. Would be a great place to spend in the summer as well to participate in water activities. Brian and Sabrina were great to work with and very accommodating. Would recommend this property for a family getaway.

We had the BEST time!!! This property is absolutely beautiful. We traveled with my parents, sister, my two girls (15 & 12) and my 3 year old nephew. The lake and trees were breathtaking. We made smores at the firepit and played alllllllllll the ping pong! The beds are comfy, everything works wonderfully. Overall, a perfect location. Thank you for opening up this beautiful home for us to get away to the mountains for a couple of nights. We'll absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Licklog Lake House. We didn't have to drive very far to get to Hiawassee and Hayesville. The cottage was clean and well equipped. The floor plan worked for our family. Beautiful view of the lake. We will stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay! The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking. The downstairs is the perfect setup for children with a bunk room, phooze ball table and ping pong table. The lake is beautiful, we brought kayaks and had a great time playing in the lake and paddling. I had a few questions for the owner prior to our stay and they were very helpful and responsive.

This property is amazing! 10/10! The owners were super accommodating and very easy to get in touch with. There is plenty of room for our crew with plenty of things to do to keep us all occupied, especially with the lake right outside. This home is absolutely gorgeous and we would LOVE to come back!
