The home was nice and clean. Yard was beautiful. Just a few minor things such as not having an adequate amount of toilet paper for a week long stay, no dishwasher soap, no laundry soap, no paper towels, no hand soap in the bathrooms. That created us having to go shopping immediately when we got to town. The dryer only heated but did not rotate. And a little disappointed in being woke up at seven in the morning, one day with the yard crew. Other than that it was great.

The property was great. It had everything that needed. I wish the pool was heated but still an amazing stay.

This is a beautiful well-maintained home in a desireable location. We were close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and it was a nice distance to our weekend venue. Good communication with property manager. Highly recommend.

Change of scenery for the kids to enjoy a nice pool & mom to relax peacefully in a beautiful backyard. Spacious & clean, the washer & dryer is definitely an added bonus for all those swimming clothes, Thanks again for making my Birthday 🥳 Special!!

We did. My family wanted to vacation with some long distance friends and found that Bakersfield was a reasonable halfway point for our two families. The house was lovely, clean, and dated, and comfortable for two families with young children. The pool was large and clean. The backyard had multiple seating areas, a bar with fridge, and a variety of fun areas for the kids to explore and play. I can report that the kitchen is rather sparsely equipped for cooking and/or baking, but it has the necessary basics and stores are close by for anything else you my need. Our families had a lovely time staying here and our kids are now asking, "When do we get to go back to Bakersfield?" :)

Great location with a beautiful and relaxing backyard
A beautiful, we'll maintained home in a great location. Beds were comfy, house stayed cool in the hot Bakersfield heat, and pool was so refreshing. We will rent here again.

Happy vacation home
Happy vacation home well me and my little family we live in Bakersfield but we do not have the privilege of a pool and this was so awesome and so pleasant full so beautiful the landscaping everything about the home was awesome my grandchildren loved it my daughter and I we had so much enjoyment just watching them I do wish there was a little more cooking ware but I did leave two pans behind all in all it’s a very beautiful and lovely home everything was well kept it’s nice it’s cute we had friends come over on the fourth they loved it they wanted to know how to go about on renting the home for themselves I told him I didn’t wanna know if I would give my secret away but it’s a lovely home I enjoyed it so much I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday with my kids thank you so much for letting us use your home God bless

Backyard Fun in the Sun
We enjoyed our stay at this property. House is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the backyard and pool all week. There is No Hot tub. Inside is a little old fashioned which you can tell from the pictures ( older appliances and showers) but still a very comfortable place to stay! Great location for everywhere we needed to be. Would definitely stay here again.
