Place was very nice, scenic. Host is terrible - there was some wind damage when we were not present and host instead of taking accountability is blaming it on me and even held my security deposit. It is unfortunate after a nice trip to deal with this nonsense. Even vrbo representive tried to calm the host down and explain that it is not negligence on my part, but rather an accident/wind damage and host is not agreeing. There was damage cause by the umbrella on the deck that was OPEN PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL and neighbors even said they were surprised that it was open ALL week after last resident had left end of August. So obviously the host, Jay should do additional checks after people leave his property!!! Completely ridiculous. And then host says he will give ME a bad rating instead of taking responsibility for HIS negligence. Vrbo is trying to help me.

Loved our week, Jays house was just as described. So many water toys ! Loved the SUP’s, kayaks, crabbing and fishing. Upper deck was perfect, grill was also great. Great area for walking and biking. Union Market was close enough to bike, food and coffee were delicious! LBI only about 30min, we loved it, went twice during the week. Would definitely return to this house !!

We were very pleased with everything about Jay's house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The linens and all towels were supplied, the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and even a bunch of outdoor recreational items. I wish every owner paid as much attention to the details that Jay does.

Everything was perfect, the house, the area, the view and the weather! Can’t wait to book again.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very Clean and Decorated very nicely . Great neighborhood. We Had everything we needed at our finger tips from a home away from home. We would definitely come back.

This was our second year renting a property from this owner and once again it did not disappoint!! The house had everything you could need for the perfect relaxing getaway. When we weren't crabbing we were kayaking and paddle boarding. Our nights were spent grilling and hanging out by the fire pit. Making dinner was a breeze in the open kitchen/dining area, but when the weather was right it was best to eat outdoors overlooking the bay. Sunset cocktails by the bay were second only to coffee in the am watching the sunrise. Whether you're looking to stay for a weekend or a week this is the spot for you!
