Located on Main St in town, with 7-11 right out front, restaurants across the street, supermarket 5 minute walk or very short drive away, Okemo 5 minute drive (max).. Not the most beautiful building from the street view, but this unit faces the back where there is a streaming river. Too cold to hang outside to enjoy the view but still much better than facing the street. Once we were inside we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a small place but very clean, good quality, had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 15yr olds. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Stocked kitchen. Owner Brian very receptive, super helpful with suggestions on a couple things I asked about. Felt very comfortable letting my 15yr old daughter and her friend walk to the supermarket, etc. Would stay here again.

Perfect spot in the center of downtown Ludlow. Okemo parking was a nightmare due to the crowds, so I wish I listed to the owner who recommended taking the shuttle that runs frequently and stops right in front of the property. The condo was cozy, super clean and stocked with everything you might need. Property owners were very responsive and genuinely lovely people. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to my friends or family.

Enjoyed the stay at Okemo. The unit was located very close to the mountain and had all the space we needed for the 2 of us. The fireplace was a really nice thing to have after a long day on the slopes. The unit backs to a river which would be a nice thing to sit outside and enjoy in the summer. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Located right on the main street with most things in walking distance. Only difficulty was trying to find parking at night. We got lucky to squeeze into a spot but it would be helpful if a backup parking area can be identified for guests if the lot is completely full. I read that street parking overnight is not allowed and will cause your car to be towed. As far as Okemo mountain is concerned, I recommend that skiers get to the mountain early to get parking in the first lot otherwise you will have to park in the blue or red lots and walk uphill a distance or wait for a shuttle. The parking in Jackson Gore is much closer so I went there in the morning. Unfortunately the lift connecting that area to the main mountain was out of service for 2 hours so skiers on that side were stuck on green terrain until they finally opened the lift.

My family and I had a great stay at this cute condo. Had everything we needed and so close to the mountain. Owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information. We hope to be back again soon.

Great place to stay! Loved it - very clean, comfortable hang out area, comfortable beds, great fireplace, excellent location, and loved the sound of the river. The hosts were also fantastic- incredibly responsive and available.

My family (husband and teenage sons) had a nice weekend staying here. The location is great for skiing (of course) as well as enjoy the location restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make great meals. The place is super clean. The bed sheets are quite nice too. Lots and lots of towels. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend booking here.

Great location. Shuttle not running due to Covid, but quick drive to Okemo. Clean. Appreciated all the clean towels and firewood. Parking can be tricky. Do not park on street between 1-5am. If you do, walk to police station to pick up your vehicle. Cash only.

When we first stayed at this rental a year ago, my two teenage kids and I had a marvelous time. This year, my daughter dropped out at the last minute so it was just me and my son. The property was just as we remembered it - super cozy, good WiFi access, plenty of power, great location for skiing at Okemo, etc. The only bummer was the Cafe at DeLight - the wonderful breakfast place at the end of the property. Saturday morning was okay but Sunday morning, we sat at our table for 45 minutes waiting for our a breakfast sandwich and an order of French Toast - after waiting 30 minutes for a table - because without telling us, the kitchen put our order behind dozens of phone-in orders. Ultimately we wasted 90 minutes of skiing time and left without breakfast. Next time we’ll order by phone and eat in our room!

Location is great, close to grocery store, Dunkin’ Donuts and great pizza. The kids loved the unit - the Wi-Fi works well and the smart TV allowed access to or movie catalog at night. I loved the shuttle which drops and picks up on the corner. And it might be the best unit in the building: back-facing without a unit above.

Absolutely loved the condo - comfortable, well equipped, and warm. Great communication with owner, immediate access to Ludlow attractions, and super convenient shuttle access to Okemo. Only problem we had was parking - I found no spots in the lot one night during MLK weekend & parked on the street, but I didn't see the sign further down road announcing that the town tows all street parkers at 2am. Found out after skiing the next day & had to walk in the dark, in the snow, and in the traffic uphill to police station with my cash fine in hand. Not the property owner's problem per se, but still relevant - might not be a problem on non-peak weekends (we were there MLK weekend).

Great location in Ludlow; walkable to all of the restaurants and stores. The free Okemo shuttle made getting to the mountain easy and avoided the hassles of parking. The unit is in a converted Mill and has a vintage charm right on the river. Put the kids down and enjoy the rest of the night by the fire!

The place is in the center of town and walking distance to everything in town. Shuttle bus stops out front and takes you directly to the mountain. The place is beautifully renovated, equipped with all the essentials and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, clean and fully functional apartment in a quaint old Mill structure. Shuttle bus to mountain stops right out front 2x per hour (although its one of the last stops and during the Christmas/NY week it was often full by the time it came to us - no problem we crossed the street and walked 2 blocks and caught the bus earlier in the route). Okemo was a very fun mountain for families with a range of skiing ability, and good snow making. Walk/shuttle to everything - Apt is walking distance to surprisingly good restaurant and high end cocktails scene in Ludlow. Never moved the car once we arrived until we left. No laundry in the unit (coin-op in the building) but we planned accordingly after owners informed us, so was not an issue. Owners were easy to work with and check/out was super easy. Would come back for sure.

This condo really is right in the middle of everything in Ludlow, walking distance from bars, restaurants and stores. The condo itself is cozy and clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again!

Easy access to Okemo ski area with ski bus.

We loved our stay in Okemo and this place couldn't have been more perfect! It was super clean and cozy and in a perfect location. The owner was great to deal with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here while you are visiting Okemo. You won't be disappoInted!

Lovely apartment that was perfect for a ski weekend for four. Close shuttle ride to the mountain and in walking distance of all the restaurants and shops Ludlow has to offer. The only addition I would ask for would be another mirror or two. There's only 1 in the whole apartment which made getting ready for dinner at the same time a bit challenging! :)

This is a great 2BR condo to stay in for skiing at Okemo and the surrounding area. The shuttle bus was very convenient (though be out there 5 minutes early, ours came early and left while we were still walking over). More importantly, the condo was well stocked and VERY clean and orderly. We played the games together that were provided, our kids slept well in the bunk beds, there were more than enough linens, and my wife forgot to pack coffee but they provided coffee and filters (phew!). And the welcome gift was a nice touch, to top it all off. Would absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it.
