We stayed during the holidays and the house was decorated with Christmas decorations. Everything is available in the house and we had a fantastic time. Nice restaurant and bars nearby, you can fish on the dock and rent a boat locally.

This home was just as listed. The kitchen was this best stocked of any home we have stayed in. It had everything you would need. This was just the restful week we needed.

This was our first time renting a property in this area. No doubt that we will rent this home again. Barbara was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The home was very comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook meals. The outdoor area was very nice. Loved the screened in patio area with the pool. All sorts of activities for families to enjoy. The attention to detail to make our stay enjoyable was very much appreciated. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

House was clean and exactly as presented. Super hot in August, even the pool was quite hot. We were centrally located between Tampa, Clearwater, Anna Maria, and Siesta Key. Expect to drive 45min-1hour to any of those places. Nice to have access to chairs and coolers to use on beach trips. Very good selection of restaurants and bars close by. Neighborhood is super quiet and nice.

Pool was dirty, Grill with cooked meat from previous guest, Linens dirty, mattress soiled and more
Overall upkeep
Lounge chair dry rotted, bed frame bent and uneven, master bed headboard not attached, sliding glass door closure broken and so much more .
We spent a lot of time cleaning and making it more comfortable
We left a day early and are apprehensive going forward with a vrbo property

Properly was excellent Barbara and Dan were very responsive. Perfect for our family vacation. Saw manatee from the dock, followed us in kayaks. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

The property was nice and clean. Great location to the bay for fishing and nice restaurants. The host (Barbara) was fantastic. We had a few issues not related to the property, just lack of experience (boat lift) and the heated pool so I messaged Barbara and she messaged me back within minutes. We had a great experience and will most likely be staying in this house again.

Our family had such a wonderful time and Barbara was most accommodating! We all enjoyed the view and the kids were in such awe of the dolphins, rays and other fish we watched swim by. If you are looking for somewhere to fully enjoy all Florida has to offer, whether it is just relaxing by the pool, or visiting the surrounding community, I highly recommend this property. Thank you for allowing us to make such beautiful family memories!

Very clean first impression! Interior very well appointed & clean! House provided everything to enjoy the property as a vacation home, including pool, outdoor games, grill & canal access with kayaks! Enough room to spread out, but large spaces for gathering - the perfect combination for a fun week! Thanks, Barbara, for an amazing trip to the Apollo Beach/Tampa area!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owners have provided for nearly every accommodation you could ask for. I from outdoor games and dock and poolside activities, to the well-stocked bathrooms, and chefs kitchen and coffee bar. We hope to come back again, but this time with our boat.

This beautiful home was everything that was promised and then some. It is located on the water in a quiet, friendly residential neighbourhood, just a short drive to all that Apollo Beach has to offer. It features a heated pool surrounded by a lanai that offers sun and shade throughout the day. The house is well maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything guests would need for a stay of any length. Just imagine sitting on your own dock or taking a kayak for a paddle and watching dolphins and manatees swim by.

Home is beautiful, peaceful and relaxing by the pool and on the channel. Kayaks are definitely an added bonus! Home has all you will need for a wonderful time in Florida.

Barbara is a very thoughtful host and has seemed to think of everything. There were water bottles in the fridge and lots of activities. The kayaks were a lot of fun with direct access to the bay. Great spot for the family to relax and enjoy.

The house was beautiful, and we felt at home from the very minute we walked through the doors. We lacked nothing the entire time. The kitchen is beautiful, and has everything needed for cooking and baking. The kayaks were fun and fishing off the dock was great for catching some catfish. The pool was simply amazing - even to hang out in and catch up on tV shows with the outdoor tv. We are very, very grateful you were so accommodating on our extending our stay. A very memorable vacation and we look forward to returning! Thank you, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home and the hosts were great too! Their home has about everything you can think of which makes it feel like you are at home! Very tastefully decorated and clean! We loved the back yard and all the extras that the kids could play with! The neighborhood is fantastic with a lot of friendly people. We will be back!! Thank you!!

We both really enjoyed our stay. Good communication with the owners. House had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed being outside swimming, kayaking and using the BBQ. We like how the switches were labeled and they left great instructions with information about the area. It was hard to leave and we definitely want to come back!

Excellent. Everything you could ask for plus 100x’s more. They thought of everything you would need. Even filled pool fridge with water. Who thinks of that? Barbara that’s who. Did I mention every remote, every light switch, every ceiling fan is all labeled. So accommodating, so courteous, so nice . I searched and searched a lot of places and last minute went with this property. Best decision I ever made. We took advantage of everything in the house and had a blast. Can’t wait to next rental.

The home was tastefully decorated and clean. Everything you would need in the kitchen was available. The location was excellent with easy access to the Bay from the backyard canal. It was easy to load the boat from the dock and a big plus to have the boat lift. I would highly recommend this VRBO for the Apollo Beach area.

Spectacular place
We loved our place! The hosts thought of every detail from included beach chairs, Kayaks, beach towels, phone chargers, inflater for pool floats! Lots of stuff to do at the house. Thanks for a great vacation. Our 21 and 16 year old had a blast.

Lovely home
Beautiful home in a lovely area. Everything was just as described in the listing with many activities available. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Hope to come back again in the future!

Family/Friends Get Together
There were several of us meeting to celebrate my youngest sister's birthday and have a nice relaxing get-away. We definitely found it! What a wonderful place to stay. We usually head to Naples to visit, but decided to try something different this year. Would consider doing this again.

Excellent stay
We had an awesome time! Lots of space inside and outside for a family of 5. Kids loved the pool and its water toys, pool table, darts, etc - lots to keep themselves busy. Took the kayaks out a couple of times - some beautiful scenery close by! Quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent waterfront restaurant a short drive away. Did a couple of day trip to St Pete's and Clearwater.

Hostess with the mostess
Barbara was the absolute perfect host! She has literally thought of everything! Pack a suitcase, you will need nothing else! The kitchen is fully stocked including a mixer and a blender; so you can bake a cake and wash it down with a margarita:)
The attention to detail in this home is like no other, the light switches are even labeled!
We had a fantastic stay and only wished we could have stayed longer.
