The inside of the home was bright, clean and well stocked.
This is a two level house with no hand rail on the stairs. I was uncomfortable going up and down the stairs especially with luggage so the lower level was unusable during my stay. This also discouraged my local friend from staying with me which was our original plan.
The upstairs bathroom had a nice jetted feature but the tub plug was not working properly so that was also unusable.
Upon check in I called the contact provided by the host and left a voicemail but never received a return call.
I opted to rent a house instead of a hotel room for use of the outside space. However, unlike the inside, the outside was unclean and I didn’t use the patio furniture for fear or ruining my clothes. The chair cushions had debris and bird droppings.

Had a lovely time and this house was great. Clean, cute and perfect for what we needed. The back deck was wonderful and enjoyed the hot tub. We accidentally locked ourselves one day and the hosts responded quickly and got us back in.

We had a great weekend meeting up as a family and staying at this property. Decorations were cute, accommodations very comfortable, all the amenities were covered. I would stay here again.

House was definitely recently renovated, spacious and comfortable. There is Great family space with plenty of games. Kitchen’s supplies so great, we didn’t have to think about anything. Hot tub helped with muscles sourness after long days of skiing. I would give more than 5 stars for this property if I could. Thank you.

Cleaning crew did an excellent job entire property was spotless
Living room was laid out nice with three couches around the TV and work for our family
Minor issues:
Jacuzzi was cloudy, but still hot and nice
They use very very cheap toilet paper, which is unfortunate because for a property like this it’s just unnecessary to get that kind of a corner. It gives a nice property kind of a cheap deal.

Weren’t able to figure out how to work the fireplace, otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you for having the kitchen so stocked.

We had some hiccups at the beginning of our stay but Tammy and Zach were available and fixed the problems. We were very appreciative of that, especially it being over Thanksgiving. The home is beautifully done, very clean, and the location was perfect.

SANDY HOME LARGE & COOL AMENITIES
Having 5 bedrooms & spacious couches for our group of 15 gave us plenty of places to rest. Large kitchen & 2 family rooms gave us room to visit with each other.
The amenities of having a hot tub, fire pit, plus a huge closed in back yard; for the kids & dog to run around were added bonuses!!
Overall our stay here was a whole lot of fun!!

This property was recently renovated with very nice furniture and amenities and is in a great location to access the cottonwood canyons
