The property was everything that we expected from the pictures. There were 12 of us and everyone had plenty of space. The house was beautiful and the back deck with the spa was throughly enjoyed!! We had a few issues, one of the bikes had a tire off the rim and this was taken care of by the next day. The A/C unit quit working on our last day there, it got to over 80 inside the house. It was fixed by late afternoon, so glad it was our last day. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Seagrove Beach!!

The house was exactly like the pictures. The house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone and I mean everyone we brought my in laws this year. It was spotlessly clean. It was very very comfortable. The backyard pool was so clean it sparkled. Close to everything, the teens rode the bikes to Seaside several times a day. I didn't need to go to Publix, 30a beach girls did it for us again this year. They also brought us a second golf cart. Everything was perfect. A perfect house and a perfect host. We would definitely stay there again and again!

Ever have that moment where you walk into a rental house and realize it is so much nicer than you could have imagined? Stop looking and book this house now. My sister has stayed here twice and can't stop talking about it, so we finally booked it. Only we got to enjoy it with new furnishings!! Everything is clean, modern, and new. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING! The most comfortable couch I have ever sat on EVER! The best part of the house is the backyard. Pool with lots of space! We almost never left the property. The house is perfect for families - high chair, pack-n-play, no stairs anywhere! 30a beach girls is so attentive to all needs! They brought us a cake for moms birthday and balloons!! They text frequently and have lots of ideas on what to do and where to go. You feel like you're staying at a friends home! They obviously care about you having a great vacation. I was worried the location was a bit remote, but it's a very short golf cart drive less than 5 minutes to the beach and about 16 minutes to seaside. Grocery store 5 minutes away. Situated near the end of a peaceful street, this home offers the perfect backdrop for that sanctuary you may seek, while also being so close to the beach, and all the fun spots 30A has to offer! With all of the amenities that “Straw Hat” offers and the 30A Beachgirls team can provide as well, it is an easy decision to choose this vacation home! This house is well decorated, wonderfully maintained, and in a fantastic location for walks to the beach or Seaside. The neighborhood is a lovely area with stairs down to the beach, offering amazing sunset and water views. The bedrooms are all comfortable and well appointed with pretty art on the walls and clean comfortable beds. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need and a wonderful deck with a pool that gave the teens some room to play. Plenty of space for everyone. The team at 30a beach girls was very helpful and knowledgeable. They included a golf cart, beach gear credit, bikes and a bonfire for our stay. The bonfire was right at the end of the road making it super convenient and fun. Our kids stayed longer than we did and had fun playing spike ball and corn hole along with eating I'm sure their weight in smores! We had a pontoon Hollie helped us coordinate but the water conditions weren't ideal so we received a refund. She lined us up with a bike tour instead. It was fun, kids though got bored with it. We will definitely be back!!

This was our second time here and hard to believe it was even better! 30a beach girls was very professional with all of the planning and check-in process, this year they held a bonfire for us it was such an fun night. House was very clean. Great location and overall spot, your to seaside quickly and the beach is straight down the street. Hours spent in the pool relaxing and letting normal life melt away. lol!! Would definitely rent again, look forward to it.

We are blessed to have called this great property our home! A fun, fabulous, and welcoming retreat we could all enjoy together and yet have some space of our own. Besides the beautiful rooms, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor paradise with pool/hot tub, beach close by, bikes, a golf cart and the most amazing paths through the woods by the house the location was very convenient to restaurants and SEASIDE!! Bucket list check off we finally made it to SEASIDE!! The little touches like welcome note, fresh foliage, well stocked kitchen, pool towels, the bonfire with corn hole and all you could roast s'mores were so greatly appreciated. Already planning our return trip! Thank you for such an incredible time!

4th trip with 30a beach girls and 2nd time at this house. Some amazing upgrades! Our family loves this house, its on list to own one within 10 years! Layout is perfect because there is no stairs and rooms have so many private baths. There is nothing better than a beach day and coming back to spend time together at this house. Clean, pool is refreshing then a hot tub when the kids go to bed! Everything you need is here all you have to do is order groceries online beachgirls puts away order a 2nd cart and you are set! See you next July!

Great house. The pool is smaller than the photo let’s on but a great size for what we needed. Two blocks to the beach! Easy walk or golf cart ride. Several small issues with the house were fixed the first night. And any issues that popped up were handled by 30A beach girls quickly. House might have some spooky spirits though. Doors opening and closing on their own, lights getting turned on and off in the middle of the night, blankets moving on their own. But nobody in the family was bothered beyond that. The kitchen was well stocked but bring a kitchen knife, steak knives only and some limited seating in the living room for the number of potential guests. We had 15 in our party and 4 separate families but didn’t feel tight or squished into the house. Also some beach gear at the house that we were expecting so we overpacked some.

What a great time we had on our annual family Christmas vacation! Older teens, young 20 somethings, 50yr olds, Grandma and pooch all enjoyed staying at Straw Hat last week. The location was great - secluded at the end of a road that leads directly to the beach. Straight golf cart/bike ride or walk to easy beach access. House was beautiful - perfectly stocked, appointed and laid out. Tons of room for everyone to gather or be alone. Everyone had a bed and the back deck was awesome! Location - we've met in Ft Myers for the past six years but thanks to Ian we had to relocate this year. Hadn't been to Emerald Coast before and was extremely pleased / impressed with the area. Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor all short trips (bike, golf cart or car) and tons of fun. Service - this is the biggest area of praise in this review. I'm a frequent renter and the key to a great stay is definitely service. Something always comes up...the great hosts take care of issues immediately. The staff at 30A-Beach Girls immediately solved the two minor issues we had during our stay and are the definition of great hosts! Loved the home and the area and will come back again.

This was the perfect house for entertaining the family while celebrating my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The big open kitchen which connected to the living room was the perfect setup for relaxing, cooking, eating and playing games. The chef that Hollie introduced us too was so incredible!!! He even commented how great the kitchen was. The bedrooms were laid out ideally for us, and we all felt like we had enough space and privacy for personal down time. The patio with the fire table was a nice touch to an already beautiful house and the pool deck was super fun. The location was superb as it gave us some separation from the heavy tourist areas but still had quick access to the bike path, beach. The beach is right there by the house and on our first night we caught some fish and grilled it up for dinner. Everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend booking this place and anything with 30a beach girls they kill it!!! Can't wait to plan a return trip.

We have stayed in other lovely parts of 30-A but this spot is more accessible than the others, via golf cart and bikes. Our group was 3 generations of family with teens and a friend-family, so we were many. The kitchen is wide open for easy prep, serving and clean-up. Dining area is ample for dining and games. The pool was perfect for conversation any time of day and had partial shade in afternoon. Back deck is fenced and private even though neighbor houses are close on both sides. Restaurants are not far in both directions, and we found multiple handy access points to beach. The house appears modest from the street but it is lush and large inside. We were misty-eyed when we left. Great time. Compared to prior 30-A vacays, it was also a great value.

For starters, the rear outdoor area is unique. Nestled against a wooded area is a large deck with pool, games and grilling. We spent most of our time in this wonderful area; during our many hours there, I cannot recall hearing neighbors, automobiles or anything except for birds. Your perfect 30a hideaway within walking distance to San Juan beach access and our favorite Santa Clara access. The house had been immaculately cleaned before our arrival. The ensuite bedrooms were large; I loved the master that had the tub The kitchen was large and very well stocked; I've never known owners to provide skewers for roasting marshmallows over a fire or maybe a guest left them either way we enjoyed them for our bonfire. The large dining room table comfortably seated us. We had no need to use the bunk rooms, but it would have served as a great place for kids. The managers delivered our groceries and set up our bonfire and boat outing. They texted frequently and answered all our questions timely. We had a cake delivered for my sisters birthday and the card also wished us happy 22 year anniversary to 30a. They were very thoughtful and considerate the entire trip! Like the beautiful candy colored 30a sky, we hope to return.

Booking was easy, communication was easy, and it allowed for such a great vacation! The house is perfect for elderly parents, single floor home, walk in showers. The backyard pool made for hours of entertaining!! A neighbor was a little wacky but all was good. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely be looking to stay here again. Thank you!
