The house was great . We had an amazing time. Our favorite part of it was the tiki hut. We spent afternoons and evenings lounging in the hammocks, and we ate our dinners at the table under the tiki hut. Cooking was especially easy, because the kitchen was well stocked with condiments, spices and basic necessities. That made it a lot easier to buy groceries at the nearby Publix, and create wonderful dinners to serve in the tiki hut. We enjoyed fishing directly off the dock and swimming in the swimming pool. I brought my own tacklebox, but the host has fishing rods available in the Tiki hut. Just be sure to buy your saltwater license before you come. The sunsets were beautiful. The host was great. We had an incident with the air conditioner and called him and he was on it and helped us immediately. All in all it was a fabulous vacation location.

The family loved the pool, tiki hut and fishing from the dock! Beautiful view of the sunset from the tiki hut over the water. Very convenient dock space for the pontoon we rented. The home was very lovely and well stocked. Thank you to the host Sean for sharing Kon-Tiki!

We bypassed a snowstorm while vacationing in sunny Florida. The online pictures were very accurate, and the outdoor areas are amazing! All our needs were anticipated. Can’t wait to go back!

The house was clean, very well stocked, and in a great location. BY far the best property we have rented (we rent for 1 to 2 weeks each Jan and 1 week in Feb). The owner was very accommodating. Can't say enough good things about our rental experience. We're looking forward to next year.

When you see a five star rated location, you want to immediately check it out and read the comments. That's exactly what I did before I booked this location for a family of nine. Truth is, what I actually discovered was this location is a 10 star home on a deep water dock and an owner that gives you10 star service. When you visit, just pack your bags and bring a grocery list. It's really that simple. EVERYTHING is here for you, especially in the kitchen where I spent all of the mornings making breakfast and the evenings making dinners for a week. Kids in the pool, adults with beverages under the tiki-hut and tunes being played on the outdoor sound system. This can't be anymore relaxing for a "do nothing' getaway! Board games galore, laughs, fun and memories. That's what I took away with me and the reason why I'm coming back. Sean...you are a true gentleman.
