Sacred Vista was the perfect setting to celebrate my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary with extended family! The house is beautiful! We absolutely loved the gorgeous view and amazing pool! We will absolutely be back!

This is our second time staying here and it never disappoints. We love the space and the fact everyone has their own bathroom. The house comes with everything you need for a great stay. The only issue we had was the water would not get hot, however in the middle of summer in the Texas heat, it was not a big deal. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a ladies weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay at this home! It was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable! The location was wonderful with nice views and was close to great restaurants and food trucks! We didn't have to go further than 4 minutes from the property. Would consider renting this home again!

First and foremost, this home is beautiful in one of the most beautiful settings. While it is in the country and not completely secluded it certainly can feel that way. Very peaceful and beautiful to watch the deer grazing around the fence line. This home was more than enough for our family visit, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The outdoor space is what we really came for and it paid off in spades! Beautiful patio with so many places to gather with family. The pool was amazing, even though we didn't get to use it. It is not heated so if not warmed by the sun during the warm months don't expect to swim if not a polar plunge. This was a huge disappointment to my kids, but they loved having the upstairs loft area to themselves to watch TV and play games. We did have an issue with the water heater not working initially but contacted the property manager who requested we try switching on the breaker that for some reason had popped off, quickly resolved the problem. The biggest drawback for my family has nothing to do with the actual house. This is a remote area with limited places to eat. When we vacation, eating out is a huge part of our trips and this area did not provide a lot to desire. Once we decided we were better off preparing our own meals, life was easier. They have a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to grill. Overall it was a nice relaxing escape.

I began our stay with great trepidation. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her. All would have been so much easier for me if they did, she was lovely. Something I will remember to ask for in the future!! The house is wonderful!! We had 8 family members from all over. Everyone throughly enjoyed their stay. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The view was stunning!! Too cold for the pool but we were all able to take a few long hikes in the hills. House is close to airport you do hear a few small airplanes taking off and landing. We have boys who love planes and they enjoyed watching them. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen for baking a full meal & to store leftovers, spices, and other basics were available. Everyone voted to book this house again for next year!

House was great, fully furnished, kitchen stocked with everything you would need to cook whatever you want. We had 12 people staying for a family gathering for my mothers 80th birthday and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms. there is an upstairs and downstairs living room. outdoor space around pool. There is a firetable as well an an outdoor fire pit. view from the back patio is amazing. 2 refrigerator one in house one in garage, Full laundry room if you need to wash clothes while there.

We had a great stay, the property was well equipped, great location and very comfortable. The lake was perfect and had fun playing the putt putt corse at Horseshoe Bay resort.

This is a fabulous house. Our family gathered there - 3 daughters & their husbands, 3 grandkids ages, 17, 15 and 2, plus my wife and me. With the intense heat in Texas, 100+, the pool provided great respite. The pool has morning shade and late afternoon shade. Great seating areas are all around the pool. We enjoyed the tall table with stools. It was a great place to drink coffee, enjoy the view and watch the deer. The kitchen is very well stocked. Many extras including 2 ovens, 2 coffee makers, and 2 refrigerators. Lots of dishes and cookware. The only thing we needed, but no big deal was a cutting board and plastic containers. Great seating through out the home. Wonderful bedroom suites that provided great rest. Plenty of places to get personal time when you needed a little solitude. The internet is slow, but it is the fastest offered for the area. While we didn't utilize them, lots of TVs and other entertainment options were available. Lots of board games were there for our utilization.

Fabulous home for a family vacation. This home easily accommodated our family of ten. The kids loved the bunk room. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool, enjoying the beautiful view of the lake.

Although we reside in Horseshoe Bay, this was the first experience for some of my family to the Texas hill country. Needless to say, it made it very difficult for them to leave, and were blown away by the quality of customer service that we received from the management. Will definitely be staying at this residence again whenever family and friends come to visit!

Well maintained house and beautiful outdoor living space

Sacred Vista was an awesome retreat for our annual family September birthdays celebration. We loved the house, the pool, and the view of Lake LBJ. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed everything about this lovely location.

This is such a pleasant get away for families or couples. Owners are very nice and caring. This is like a second home to us. We love to recharge here. So many eating venues and things to do nearby. By the time you leave, you’ll be planning your next stay again. What a gem and a blessing!

We had an annual family get together. 22 total people. 6 Kids and 7 adults. Space for all with room to spare. Spent most of the time on the pool and grilling poolside. Good pool with lots of pool toys. Great view of the lake.

The area is very quiet, tucked in a residential area will tons of roads and hills for morning walks. There is a problem with bugs in the house. We encountered several light brown scorpions both upstairs and downstairs along with a variety of different bugs. We had to shoo away 3 very large tarantula looking spiders away from the pool area. So my only suggestion is to have pest control treat the house and outside pool area more often.

Overall we had enough room for our large party, enjoyed our long Memorial Day weekend and would recommend this home to friends.

We really enjoyed the house and the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were nine of us and we were all very comfortable.

Great place

Very private, great place overall with a few minor updates needed. Had issues with the downstairs plumbing in the master bath the shower and sinks weren’t draining very well. There is a problem with bugs in the house but it’s not an infestation it’s just that this house is out and away from everything so we would find crickets and beetles sporadically. The pool is also not heated and it’s actually very cold, watch out for the wasps when the heat comes. They won’t attack but they are intimidating. Overall if you want a quiet atmosphere and nice home this place is spacious with a great view. I’m happy overall just wanted to make others aware and or the owners so they can take care of a few minor items. Also there is a skunk living under the foundation on the side of the house, his name is Charles and he’s cool there are lots of deer and Turkey in the area.

I stayed at Sacred Vista for a weekend retreat and it was beautiful! It has a lot of space for people to have their own areas for quiet time and also wonderful gathering spaces. The view of the lake was amazing and I especially loved the outside patio area and barbeque/outdoor kitchen. There were special touches that made the home unique like being able to stay in the St. Francis room, I loved that and would love to stay again!
