We had a great weekend trip. Condo was very clean and finishes were well appointed. Location was ok perfect, once we parked the car we never got back in it till we left. We plan on coming again in the fall and will request the same suite. Checking in and out was painless, instructions and directions were on point.

We had a great stay in the National Parks condo in Helen! It is the perfect little spot right on the river to relax and have fun.

Very nice condo, however there was dirty towels left in the washing machine & the large burner on the stove did not work. But overall was a nice condo. Guest above & next door were very loud. At check in lady in the office was extra friendly & very helpful. We would recommend this condo & stay there again.

This one-bedroom condo is perfect for a couple. It was very clean and recently remodelled. Restaurants are within walking distance. You can wave at tubers from the back deck!

Great property within walking distance to everything.

This was a great location...within walking distance to all of "downtown" Helen and a nice lounging backporch. Agree that the water is not very hot, in fact, it is barely warm. Also, pack your own iron. Otherwise, VERY nice place!

Property was clean and locates in great area. Wishing there had been a hot tub.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and location along side the river. We only had one situation occur. On the hottest day the HVAC was no longer working, but the temperature was still bearable. I called and reported it when we checked out. Convenient, comfortable and great location. We enjoyed the town and surrounding towns.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alpine!! It was very very nice and the view was an amazing experience. The only two problems we ran into was there wasn’t an iron and the shower did not get hit at all!! Other than that we were satisfied, wonderful getaway. We will be back

If I was to define what a short term rental property where the owner is just making money off of it because people don't really care about a nice place, this would be it. If it was ever broke and needed repair, the repair was BARE MINIMUM. The bathroom floor/shower had water damage at some point a while back. The floor slants towards the door and they just "slapped some tiles back on". If your hands or fingers touch it, it is loose. Door, handles, cupboard doors, kitchen faucet (leaks too) everything needs to be tightened. The furniture is either REALLY worn, or belongs somewhere else. We are pretty tall people and the bed is WAY too high. There is no coffee. A maker and filters but no coffee grounds. The refrigerator was in need of having the "feet" addressed. It is way off balance. The good: Location on the river was nice and parking was good. Parking in back allows you to bring your items up the back door and is quicker.

Overall, my wife and I loved our stay in Helen. We chose Alpine River Suites because of it's location off the main street but about a 7-minute stroll from town. There's a lot to do and we didn't spend a lot of time in the rental, but it was a perfect base of operations and a wonderful space to clean up and sleep. Given the opportunity, we would certainly be back and likely stay in the same place! Our only suggestion would be to install another digital lock entry to the back lot of the property. We stayed in a first floor suite with back porch to our parking spot. But because we didn't have a key for entry, we had to leave through the front door if we wanted to take the car. I think that was the only real suggestion for improvement we had about our stay. As a heads up, the short road to the back of the building from the front did have a rather large hump in the middle of it, which was really just an obstacle the 2-3 times we took our car out driving to hiking locations. Any 2-4 cars might scrape like ours, but SUVs would have no issue. Again, that's more of a heads up than anything we saw as "wrong" with the property itself. It's a beautiful town with a lot to do and the property was really nice - a wonderful way to spend our 1st Anniversary together! Thank you!

We were sent a check in code a couple of days prior to our arrival as promised. The price for the room was very reasonable compared to other properties in Helen for Octoberfest. The room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed it so much we have booked for our next trip. Check out process was as easy as check-in. We recommend this property hands down.

The bed is very high and would be very hard for a lot of people to climb up on. Should include a step stool. Apt could use some updating.

Beautiful town and so much to see and do. Property is conveniently in walking distance to the heart of Helen. Property was clean and had everything we would have needed. Loved the river out back so peaceful and tranquil. We didn’t spend much time inside as we love to chase waterfalls and be outdoors. Bed was comfortable but almost too high for someone as short as I am so be prepared to do a run and jump in. We loved the fireplace at night and it’s 2 sided view from living room and bedroom. So pretty having on before we slept. People upstairs might had a heavy walk or the floor was thin so we had to drown out the sound when we were trying to sleep . The shower has a weaker shower head , would recommend a better one but it was suffice . Also you might want to tend to the front of shower landing and fill In with grout or chalk as water will continue to damage in openings in tile and wall under shower door. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks for your hospitality and your cute house to stay in!

Property was as advertised, slightly worn but met our expectations. A slight delay on checkin for late cleaning, but good advanced communication was received. Very pleased with the location and layout of property. Nice back porch close to the river with private parking. All rooms and amenities were very comfortable. Double sided fireplace was very nice although a bit temperamental on turning it on. Easy keyless access to the building and front door of condo was very convenient. Would certainly return for another stay.

The pictures perfectly capture the location. Sitting on the patio watching the Chattahoochee with some decent fall weather was perfect. An easy walk to downtown without the hassle of traffic and parking. Would stay here again!

This property was very clean and nice. It is located within walking distance to town and I had a blast. I would recommend this condo to others.

Cozy and quite place to unwind...we enjoyed the deck and watching the tubers coming down the river.....walked to restaurants and tubing ! Plan to stay again

We had a really great experience at this rental and the town of Helen. The bed was comfortable so I was able to get plenty rest and the whole place was very roomy. The location on the river was so relaxing. I do wish we had brought folding chairs with us to sit closer to the water. We sat on the back patio every day watching the tubers float by. At night, you can see firefly’s! The parking spot for this unit was right outside the back door so unpacking and packing is easy. It is a short walk to Big Daddy’s Restaurant, tubing, the park, and the coaster. We went during a heat wave, so we drove more than walked, but during a cooler month, you could park and walk all over. The town seemed safe with friendly people everywhere we went. Entrance was a bit confusing at first until I found the door to get in, but the office lady was friendly and helped me figure it out! PS in the middle of the front porch there’s a door than goes into a foyer. From there you can get into the unit. While visiting the area, we hiked to Anna Ruby Falls and Dukes Creek Falls which were both beautiful and easy hikes. We went to Innsbruck Golf course which was really fun, just bring plenty balls because the course is narrow. I mostly rode along on the cart while my husband played. Driving up and down to the different holes was like a golf cart roller coaster! The tubing here is fantastic! It’s like miniature white water rafting in your own tube! Plenty rocks to go around and small falls. Be sure to get a stick to help navigate around the rocks and get yourself unstuck! I’m ready to go back already!
