This is by far the best VRBO we have stayed at!!! CLEAN!!! Anything you may need is provided!!! Host is the sweetest ever!!! My family of 7 enjoyed every minute of memories made!!!

Great property, super clean and comfortable. Host was great as she met us on check in and made sure there was nothing we needed. Would highly recommend as a place to stay. Outdoor arrangement was a nice touch and allowed for a relaxing stay!

Stayed here with a few friends on a weekend fishing trip, and had a good time. We left the boat tied up to the dock all weekend and no issues. Host is very nice and accommodating. Nice clean house and everything works fine.

Earlier in March of this year, we spent spring break using this property. we met the owner for check-in and she provided a thorough tour of the property. The lake house was very clean and well managed.
We made use of the fire pit every night and we enjoyed the dock as well. It was easy to put our kayak in the lake from the lake banks. The water was perfect for kayaking.
We will definitely be returning to this property.

We had a wonderful time at this camp/home. It is an extremely clean home and very well stocked. All utensils, pots, pans, plates and etc are high quality. It was so peaceful and pleasant. Great firepit by the lake. The porch was very comfortable. The property has alot of shade and some fun outside games to play. We barbecued on a well kept
and clean grill. All rooms are a wonderful size and the master bedroom and bath are outstanding. The only thing better than that is Christi. She is an amazing property owner and will be there if you need anything. Thank you for your hospitality. ❤️

We had an amazing time in Toledo Bend, and the surrounding area fishing/water fun. The home is very clean, enormous amount of amenities, well maintained and decorated. We hope to stay again in the future.

We rented this unit for the week of the 4th of July and it had everything we needed. It was well stock and had extras that you don't get such as water and drinks. The owner is very attentive and even meet us at the home to check in to give a personal walk through. I would recommend this owner and home.

The owner was so nice and the property is spotless and comfortable! Nice secluded back yard and dock. Lit walkway down to the lake. Very nice place. Will definitely stay again!!

The owner was a joy to deal with and was available if there was any issues (no issues). The house was spotless clean. The back porch was a great place to sit and relax. BUT, the fire pit was awesome!! To sit down there by the lake and have a nice fire was great.
There was parking for a big bass boat and the boat ramp was only a few minutes away. We pulled boat out every evening but you can tie up to the dock and leave it in. Just need a few extra extension cords to reach dock
Overall this was a great place.

Amazing property that came with amazing owners. While the temperature was over 100 degrees outside, the home had no problem staying cool at all times. The house was decorated in lovely colors that was pleasing to the eye. It was a very needed and nice vacation for us all and I feel very blessed to have chose this property, Christi is very personable and professional.

Christi was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to our needs and helped ensure our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and provided great views of the lake. The dock was in excellent shape and made fishing and kayaking very easy. We will definitely be back.

Lake effect on Toledo bend
Thanks to Christi and Matt for allowing us to stay at their house. It was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The fire pit area and pier was a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. We will definitely be back. We also had a great time on our guided fishing trip with Gaylon from southern fishing adventures. We caught a lot of fish and we are already planning our next trip.

Our stay was amazing. The owner was very nice and made sure everything was perfect. This house will pass the white glove test, very comfortable and modern. The fire pit and lights are so much fun and one of many extras that made our stay amazing!
