We stayed here while some work was being done on our house. The house was well apportioned with everything we needed. It's very centrally located so easy to get everywhere and the property manager was great with anything we needed.

This is a nicely decorated, clean home in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we were looking for, to be close to our family nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was lovely.

Such a comfortable home for our long family weekend. The house was well appointed, including plenty of supplies to make cooking convenient. The backyard was FABULOUS! We spent every morning enjoying the beautiful Bird of Paradise blooms and greeting the little bunny living in the banana grove. Convenient location for our trips to MCAS Miramar, UC San Diego and of course, the zoo. I’ll choose this place again!!

We used this home while our son was in Sharp hospital. It was a delightful place to rest up and still be so close by the hospital and everything else We needed. Communication was excellent! The house was clean and very well stocked! Note: You will need your own shower soaps and shampoos.

This house is 15 mins from all San Diego tourist spots. We enjoyed our stay with a clean house, packed kitchen and awesome and responsive host.

We were able to spend some quality time with our San Diego family while staying at this great rental. We just so happen to be here when the historical hurricane came for a visit too but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay! The backyard provided some nice outside time with our grandson. Very pleasant quiet neighborhood and great location. We will be back!

Home was as described. Very comfortable and spacious. Only feedback to consider is Fridge didn’t get super cold. But overall the home was clean, comfortable beds, great location, spacious backyard (and a great surprise with the seesaw for our little ones). They loved it! Would definitely stay again! This home was absolutely beautiful and was perfect for my family and I. It was conveniently located to everything you would possibly need. The owner was super responsive and pleasant. I would stay here again and again.

The property is really nice — it appeared newly remodeled and tastefully decorated; it had everything we needed and more. Beautiful private yard with grill and fire pit. Features like smart TV, fast internet, AC with Nest thermostat, HE washer/dryer were a nice touch. The bed in primary bedroom was particularly comfortable (possibly, Memory foam mattress?). Aimee was super easy to communicate with and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay — thank you!

Loved our stay! Clean, comfortable, great location!

We enjoyed staying at this home that was conveniently located to all of the major attractions in San Diego. Overall, we had a good experience and the property manager made herself available to help us with issues when needed. We did have a few challenges but the manager worked hard to rectify them and was very responsive to our questions throughout the planning of our trip and during our stay. - The air conditioning didn't work for the first few days of our trip. Initially, we thought we just couldn't figure out how the thermostat worked. Finally, when it got really hot, we contacted the property manager and she was able to get someone to the property to fix it two days later, after which the property cooled down. - My kids loved sleeping in the bunk beds, but the top bunk is squeaky which caused the other kids sleeping in the room to wake up every time the child on the top bunk climbed down. - The home had ant traps set up in numerous locations in the kitchen, and there were a steady stream of ants in the bathtub that we continually killed. There were other signs that this same bathroom hadn't been thoroughly cleaned by the cleaning crew, so I wiped it down myself with chlorox wipes when we arrived. I am sure the property manager would have sent someone over to clean it had I asked, but I didn't want to have to coordinate having a cleaning crew come over during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and our time in San Diego.

The house & neighborhood was very quiet! Very cute & comfortable house. The only problem was we had to wait 45 minutes after check in because they were still cleaning. Everything else was nice! Very close to everything around San Diego.

This property was exactly like the pictures. Very beautiful, spacious, warm and welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again and have recommended it to friends! The back yard is awesome,the grass is like carpet. Aimee was fast to respond and accommodating ! Highly Recommend.

He whole process to rent and use the home was smooth. The owner went the extra mile to provide a crib and high chair, even bringing in a playset for the yard. It was a great experience.

Great place to stay and great for families with young kids

We loved staying here, the house was clean and the backyard was amazing. Whenever we were at the house, the kids went right to the backyard and we had to always convince them to come back inside hours later. It was right off the highway which was nice and close to everything that we went to.

Our family had a great time staying at this home. It was very spacious, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds. One of the main things I was looking for in a property to stay at in San Diego was guaranteed parking and I loved that this house has a garage. I also felt like we were not to far away from all the major attractions in San Diego. The property manager was very responsive when I had a question. I felt like I could reach out to her if there was a problem.

Our family stayed 8 nights at Aimee’s cozy home. We were able to spread out and feel at home. The mattresses were exceptionally comfy, which was very nice considering our long stay. The location was excellent and Aimee was more than accommodating.

It was a great stay! The property was perfectly located and very clean.

Stayed here for a week with three kids and we were all very comfortable with plenty of space. The highlight for my kids was the orange tree in the backyard. Only downside is there is one set of dishes so you have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Also wish the kitchen was better stocked for home cooking, but we ended up eating out most nights since there were so many great restaurants close by. Aimee, the owner, was also very responsive, even when we had a mini emergency late in the evening. Would highly recommend.

We all slept so well on the comfy beds and the home was easy to navigate. Nice TV with access to movies and wifi provided. The kitchen and baths had all we needed and more. The backyard is beautiful, classic San Diego with the tropical plants. Lots of shopping and good eats nearby, all the major freeways are easily accessable. This is a great family home to enjoy!

Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. House is clean, spacious home and awesome back yard to relax in. BUT.. the mattresses in the beds were not comfortable at all. Everyone in the house had the same opinions. Definitely would stay again for one or two nights. But not for longer due to the beds.

What a great find! The house was well-maintained and clean, great location, the neighborhood was quiet/peaceful and Aimee was pleasant to work with.

The place was a wonderful place, it was close to MCRD and the beach, we really enjoyed coming back from our days out and relaxing on your back patio.

Aimee was a wonderfully communicative and responsive host. She was easily reachable, timely in getting back to me, and eager to be helpful, whether with house-related questions, or San Diego-area recommendations. For example, when we noticed some ants, Aimee addressed the issue promptly and effectively. The house is ideally situated, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and optimally located for taking advantage of San Diego's many offerings. I repeatedly found myself noting how well-located we were. Overall, we had a very favorable experience and thank Aimee for her hospitality!

I rented this home for my in-laws while they visited me. - Clean - Conveniently close to everything - Great communication and response time - Felt Safe in the house and neighborhood - CVS/gas station/grocery store/eateries all near by - Great backyard to sit and relax - Comfortable beds - stocked kitchen essential (even down to the zip lock bags) I will definitely be booking this home again for my friends and family when visiting.

Nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious house. Good sized , well stocked kitchen. Beautiful garden with covered sitting area and bbq. Beds were comfortable . Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Nice quiet neighbourhood within a short driving distance to all major attractions and beaches. Would definitely stay there again.

Our son is in the Navy and returned from deployment. The house is close to Coronado and a perfect meeting place for our family to gather together. Spacious and clean and centrally located. Aimee was quick to respond to our needs. House is equipped with everything and loved the coffee bar selection. My only complaint were the visiting ants in kitchen and main bathroom. Everything else was just wonderful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We booked this house for a multi family vacation. The house was clean, in a great central location and big enough for our group. The house was nicely updated through out and the backyard is a beautiful spot to just sit and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a central location in San Diego.

The only problem we had on the property was that for most of our stay we had ants visiting the kitchen.

Easy location for visiting family in the area, nearby shopping centers, beaches, and tourist attractions. Perfect layout for adults and kids. Comfortable and appealing, but nothing fancy enough that we had to stress about having two young children with us. Appreciated the provided coffee! Owner was helpful and timely in response to our questions when it came to check in time. Would stay there again when in the area!
