The house is in good condition, the furniture is of good quality, it has a good games room and the pool is very nice. We did not like that the temperature of the air conditioning cannot be moved, so it must be at the temperature that the host wants, which was not to our liking. The grill didn't work so we couldn't use it.

This house was spotless! This was the perfect place for our family reunion!! Everyone had their own private bedroom and bathroom and space to spread out. The garage was transformed into a full arcade and was a hit with kids. The upstairs has a pool table etc. every room had a tv. The house is decorated beautifully. The dining table seats 14 We were not sure what we would have to buy for kitchen use, but we’re so happy to see that it was fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, appliances, and full sets of dishes. There were lots of towels in each bathroom with additional in the bedrooms. There were even towels in the laundry room for pool and hot tub. Great place, great stay! The community has miniature golf, sand volleyball, basketball courts, a huge pool, lazy river, hot tub, bars, and a few slides. It was approximately 20 minutes from parks. Publix was less than 5 minute drive. We will definitely plan to be back!!

We had 8 adults and 5 children and there was lots of room for us. It was very clean and very beautiful home. Excellent place to stay.

Loved the 2nd full fridge in the garage. Loved the extra long dining table. Very nice decor and enjoyable rec rooms in loft and garage. Would update the bedroom descriptions- confusing because the flamingo room is a Mickey Mouse room and to clarify the bunk beds are full size. We were surprised the A/C was locked on 72°. That is hot and humid in FL. Highly recommend installing ceiling fans in each bedroom.

We had 7 families share this home with room to spare! The kids loved the lazy river and all the activities to do inside the home as well as the neighborhood! If we are ever back in the area again we will definitely be booking this house!!

Good - the house was very spacious and accommodating for our family. They had nice size pots and pans that allowed us to cook for our large group. The bad - limited parking (2 vehicles) for a house that sleeps 22 people. The house has seen better days. The carpet was dirty especially on the stairs, stains on the wall and one of the lights over the dining table was ajar and hanging. We had to contact the property management because the AC didn’t feel like it was working. The ugly - there was no alarm at the house. I am used to an alarm to at least notify that the back door to the pool had been opened. Because of that, I felt the need to keep an eye out on the door and our little kids going and coming. We couldn’t figure out how to lock the sliding glass door to the lanai. We felt exposed. Our internet was either lagging or completely not working. Upon arrival back to the house the evening of our last full day, the internet was not working. We had lots of sad children and adults. It was a long night.

House is beautiful and was perfect for our annual family gathering. However … spent 2 hours trying to get in the gated community due to property management not submitting our names to the gate for arrival ( apparently they are known for doing this…. we weren’t the first). While at the gate being delayed, property management informed us we had a broken bed in the house….I’m not sure why at 5 pm we were being told this as check in was at 4. Finally after a long day of travel and delays we learned at 11 pm that our patio door locks were broken and would have to settle for next day fix. Day two and three we had people in the house fixing issues while we were trying to enjoy our vacation. No main living air conditioning regardless of several fix attempts. Although we ended up having a great time and continue to make memories with many laughs, I will likely not vrbo with another Vasca associated property.

Upon check in, we were greeted by a house with no running water. Due to the time, and inability to connect with the local property manager, we did not have running water for over 12 hours after check in. The larger 3rd party group that this house used claimed they were unable to do anything without the local property manager - who did not contact us back for over 8 hours. Once the water was turned on, most of the trip became uneventful, and fine. Some of the rooms were cleaned poorly, as we frequently found hair in sinks, and a partially filled liquor bottles in a cupboard. Many pieces of furniture were damaged, included legs missing from a bed, and some chairs. I have reached out to the rental company that listed this through VRBO, and through 5 days, have still not heard back.

House not cleaned appropriately upon arrival. There was not enough linens for the bedrooms and not enough towels and wash clothes. Called multiple times and was told multiple times that someone would come to the house to correct the issues and no one ever showed up.

The house was perfect for our large family. Pool was not heated as requested in advance and took several phone calls to get it done. House was clean, housekeeper was a lovely, helpful lady. Phone customer service would rate a zero

I will rate this home on many levels. First, the house is really big and spacious. It has plenty of room and rooms for large groups. Its newly renovated and has a modern feel and well lighted. It was close to most things so we did not have to drive far to have fun or to shop. The reps in the clubhouse and security station were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, with all of that said there were several things that negatively impacted our trip (but did not ruin our trip). First, check-in was 4:00 pm. When my guest and I arrived they did not have any of the adults listed as guest (there was 7 adults). We stayed outside of the resort from 3:30 pm until after 6:30 pm going back and forth with the Vasca reps on the phone and the local team trying to get all of our names added. During this time we had to sit in our cars for 3 plus hours (this is after some of us had driven over 19 hours straight) until this issue was resolved. Eventually, we were all added and allowed in. Again, the home overall was really nice but when we got there we noticed some things we addressed immediately but took it management 3-4 days to fix. There was a hole in the ceiling in the kitchen where the light fixture was loose and appeared to be ready to fall at any time. We could not use the pool table during this time because it was extremely loose to the point that the balls rolled around the table if even slightly touched. There was only 1 towel in each bathroom although there were 16 guest staying in the house. The "daily" garbage pick-up was a joke. When we got to the property the garbage was half full and STAYED half full for the remainder of the trip. The local garbage team only takes a few bags off the top of the cans and the rest of the garbage sits in the can. We stayed 7 days and the garbage was NEVER completely emptied. With a large group of people that was a knight mare because we filled at least 1 bag a day if not more. Also, please note that the "Jacuzzi" is part of the pool so if you do not get the pool heated you will not have a heated Jacuzzi. We found this out at the time of arrival. We did not want a heated pool but we also did not know that the jacuzzi heat was part of the "heated" pool. Several chairs in the home was lose and/or broken. For a large home there were NO large cooking pots/pans. There was only a small sauce pan and 2 frying pans so if you plan with a large party it make it impossible to cook large meals. Please note there is no cooking supplies or cleaning supply and it takes management several days to get back to you so plan to bring items that you need or buy them at the local grocery store. The description of the property indicated that there was a baby crib which it was not. They did, however, have a pack and play which worked out for us. The Clubhouse was really nice and fun; your family will absolutely love it. Its a nice size with waterslides, a wave pool, a main pool, a water playground, a basketball court, miniature golf, a few bars, a free arcade and a grocery store. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Needless to say, with all the mishaps we did enjoy our stay and management did accommodate us with a free late check-out for the 3-hour inconvenience/lost of our check-in time.

The house accommodated large groups, and was very comfortable. Location worked out well for us.

This was the perfect home for a weekend trip with girlfriends. Ample space, very clean, and beautiful community amenities. We really enjoyed the community pool along with the lazy river. The gated community with 24 hour security made me feel safe. Vacasa management was very responsive with any questions during my stay. I was impressed by their attention to detail. I will definitely stay at another Vacasa rental in the future. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great property. Just wanted to let the p/m a few things that need attention. Bar stool, legs on dining room table loose, statue upstairs in cupboard broke, some drawers don't work, chair in master bedroom broken leg and some smoke alarms disabled (need batteries).

Entire group enjoyed the stay. Great place and community to stay in. Pinned location in post was not even close to actual location.

We were in town for a softball tournament - only played 2 games a day so we spent a lot of our time at the house. The Olympics were going on at that time and we couldn't watch them at all. Not to mention it was also Superbowl weekend and I had a lot of unhappy men wo couldn't watch any sports at the house. I called at least once DAILY about getting the tv situation fixed and the management company could not reach the owner to put in a repair request with the cable company. Since the owner was the only person listed on the cable account only owners could set up an appt for repairs. It took a couple of days for owners to even respond because "they didnt recognize the number trying to call them and didn't answer". Finally, mid-afternoon on Sunday we had television, however, we were leaving early the very next morning. Third, the television in the rec room on the 2nd floor never did work. I was told I would be contacted and we would be given a credit for all the inconvenience. I have not received one phone call and it's been 3 months. I will not rent through them again simply due to the lack of concern, response, care of their guests.

Villa has plenty space. Pool good, complex excellent. good quiet area, easy motoring connections .A great big supermarket (Publix) just up the road and other small shops also near supermarket. More development being done in Area. Loved it.
