We loved the studio and its surroundings. Host was very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our time on the porch and was able to grill up a couple of meals. The pool was such a nice relaxing area. Landscaping kept us tucked away in our own little area. Looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect for our needs. Spotless, cute, quiet, not far from downtown MD. Could have benefited from a better coffee maker (Keurig would be nice) and more kitchen conveniences generally. ie a toaster, sugar packets etc. But that's a minor qubble. The place was very nice.

The real Florida- very quiet View from the porch was a pine forest. Very restful

Sharon the host was a pleasure to work with. I asked her a number of suggestions on attractions and restaurants and always so prompt. The cottage was relaxing, great view from screened room, and very clean. Would stay again next time we come to the area.

Pretty property, just as advertised. Stayed by myself (simgle female) with my two small dogs. Felt safe and comfortable. 10-15 minute drive to Mount Dora. Off a country road and a few minutes drive away from stores. Would recommend.

My fiancé and I booked The Studio for a wedding I was in. Everything was great. During our first couple of days, my fiancé experienced an unexpected emergency surgery which unfortunately resulted in us not being able to fully use the property. Even though we weren’t able to fully use it, we would definitely book it again and would highly recommend it. Sharon, the property owner, was more than accommodating. She always responded fairly quickly to questions or concerns we had. We couldn’t of asked for anyone better to book our trip through.

We were happy, our dog was happy. Close to Emerald Cut so we could kayak. Lounging by the pool was such a bonus! Even though the accommodations were next to the main house, it was VERY private. Hosts were easy to get in contact with for advice on a place to go. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this property enough if you're a Floridian without a pool, who just needs a break from everyday life. Specific, I know, but it was exactly what we were looking for. We only traveled an hour and a half to get to the home, but it felt like we were in another world in the best possible way. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and very reminiscent of a luxury resort. There are four lounge chairs in the shallow end, which is only about a foot deep, and the rest of the gigantic pool is about four and a half feet deep. It's simply perfect for floating and lounging. There are umbrellas already set up so you can read in the shade or bask in the sun. We were told that there might be two other guests sharing the pool with us, but we never saw anyone. We had the entire pool to ourselves! Accommodations were stylish and modern, and very comfortable. The hosts thought of just nearly everything. There is a stove top, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a grill-- just about any cooking surface aside from a full-size oven. There are pots and pans, utensils, basic seasonings, and plenty of plates and glassware, and ice trays in the freezer. There was a percolator for coffee, which was provided as well. The bed is comfortable, and the sheets were clean and soft. The bathroom was modern, and overall the entire space was well curated and comfortable. We barely left the entire three nights we were there, it was just a lovely place to relax.

This property was amazing. The owner’s were lovey and accommodating. 1st time with Vrbo and this certainly did not disappoint. I loved the location. Traveled from NJ to visit family 7 minutes away so the location was perfect for us. I would not hesitate to book this property again. If you are Looking for peace and quiet, this is for you.

This was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed. We liked how it was set back off the road. It kinda of had the feel that you were in a cabin in the woods. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our first time using VRBO and we were not sure what to expect. The studio was just as promised in the ad. It was cozy and had everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay. It was very convenient to everything we planned to do. My favorite part of the day was enjoying breakfast and tea on the porch and listening to the birds sing. We look forward to staying here again.

This house is immaculate with everything you need. The location is perfect for walking to anything in town.

My husband and I enjoyed the nicely furnished studio. Any questions we had were answered quickly through texts with the owner. We were close to The Villages, Renniger’s Flea Market and a lovely nature park and downtown Eustis. Would definitely revisit

1st of all Sharon was gracious and accommodating...even phoned to me to provi'd directions and clear up a couple of booking issues. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had great ambiance. Not big but certainly not too small for 2 adults and a child, or a pet. We stayed 3 nights and it was like our home away from home. A++++.

The property is very well designed, equipped, and decorated. It was a great base for us for birdwatching, hiking, and kayaking in the area. It is not as isolated as some reviews had suggested; we heard road noise (from the county road a few hundred feet away?) when we went outside or had a door or window open. Other than that, though, it was perfect.

I contacted cabin owner and asked if cabin is in quiet area because my husband and I like to be far away from sounds of fireworks and firecrackers. She said it is in the country and very quiet. But it wasn’t! At least not that night. Otherwise we liked the cabin and would stay again at a quieter time. Cabin is a studio- small but quite comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The property was very clean and well maintained. The home had everything that we needed, and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
