We loved everything about our stay. These units are on the beach with full views of the gorgeous, private oceanfront beach from the 2 balconies. The location is right next to Carillon Beach, so you are far away from PCB, but only a 7 min. drive to Rosemary Beach shops and dining. Including the beach platform loungers and umbrella in the listing is definitely a positive. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. I appreciated the Hairdryers (w/diffuser) and iron/ironing board. Unit 21 was so clean and felt newly renovated. Each person had two towels/washcloths, so maybe pack a few extra so you don’t have to do laundry as much. The baths had hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The only thing we missed was having a full-length mirror. Julie (hostess) was an excellent hostess, and we will definitely book here again.

Julie and Jeff are amazing hosts! We had issues with a different condo day one into our trip, and Julie was quick to answer her phone when we called to inquire about a last-minute booking. They were able to get us in that afternoon! The condo was immaculate. Very clean, bright, and well stocked with TONS of blankets and all the kitchen essentials we needed. This place was perfect for a couple or a family, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beachfront condo!

This property exceeded my expectations. We were very comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were great. The balcony furniture was very nice for drinking coffee in the morning and watching dolphins pass by. I will be back!

This is the 2nd year I’ve stayed here. It’s such a lovely place, close to shopping (& The Donut Hole) but quiet if you want to get away & relax. Jeff & Julie stay in touch & respond quickly to questions or needs. I plan on returning next year!

Ramsgate Harbour 21 is beautiful with very nice furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were steps from the beautiful ocean. The furniture on the two balconies is very nice and sturdy. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The towels are very nice. It was a 5 star experience. We hope to go back! Julie was very friendly and answered all our questions in a very timely manner.

Condo is as described. Fantastic view! Great location. Beds are comfortable. Owners/management responded quickly and were pleasant to deal with!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Booked it because I wanted to check out the locations closer to PCB for activities for my kids and it was perfect. Loved the quiet, laid back atmosphere. The condo had everything we needed and loved that it was close to a grocery store. We’re hoping to visit again soon. It was nice to have separate bedroom areas from the living room and kitchen for the kids bed times. Anyone who has trouble with stairs may not like this tho. (I did see a baby gate provided in the hallway closet for those with toddlers!). Our whole trip felt like a little glimpse of heaven!

It was a longer walk from my vehicle to the condo than the condo to the beach. Our stay was phenomenal, one issue with the coded door lock going out on the second day and Jeff and Julie took had it taken care of the next morning. The condo is recently updated, relatively well stocked, and overall great for our crew of 4. The only complaint I had was the condo is on the 1st floor and if someone is staying above you, you will hear them walking, no big deal unless you're a light sleeper like me. The beach had very people on it, right up my alley. At the end of the day, I would highly recommend staying here.

Tv did not work call they had someone there on Monday and it was on the cable in not tv. The host Jeff and Julie was great to deal with. Will rent again from them.

Due to some construction, we had to be moved to a different unit. Our host, Julie, was fantastic in making this work and also very accommodating when we asked (earlier on) to move our trip to another available week. Will definitely look forward to staying here again (and hopefully, with the same hosts) in the future.

We had such a great time at this condo! Everything was exactly as described/pictured in the listing. Julie and Jeff were wonderful hosts and the communication was great and always very quick. We have been coming to Ramsgare Harbour for 4 years now and this was our first stay at this condo. We can’t wait to book again! The condo was very well stocked with everything that was needed. The daily chair and umbrella rental was a huge hit! We usually bring our own 4 beach chairs and didn’t even check the provided 4 beach chairs until later and wish we would right away. So comfy! And as always, you can’t beat the location. The beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all.

We had an issue with another unit in Ramsgate and Jeff and Julie were so quick with their reply and helped us get into their unit the same day. The unit was so clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, and also had beach chairs and sand toys. Our family was very comfortable here, and we would definitely recommend this unit to anyone and we would love to stay here again as well.

Weather was excellent and was a great week. Beds are comfy which is important to us when renting.

Very nice vacation week renting this Condo. Condo was clean and attractive. I was thankful for the spotless white beach, umbrella and chairs, and fewer crowds. I willrecommend this condo to my friends and family.

Ramsgate 21 is a perfect location for a family getaway. The beach access and ocean view is amazing! The unit is very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the future. The Ramsgate Harbour complex does not have elevators. If you struggle with stairs, I would not recommend this location.

Our rental was exactly as listed! As soon as you open the door, you can see the beautiful Gulf through patio doors! We appreciated the charging stations by the sofa and in the bedroom and the throw blankets added coziness! The beach chair/umbrella program started March 1, but prior to that, we had access to backpack beach chairs in the unit. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Look no more this place is fabulous! Spacious beach front condo with top notch furnishings with recent upgrades throughout. The moment you walk in you know you’ve made the right decision. Plenty of dishware and glasses. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. Nice daylight kitchen overlooking large dining area. Large all glass wall leading out to downstairs balcony with direct ocean front view. Beds in all rooms very comfortable with high end mattresses. Master suite has glass wall leading to upstairs balcony. You can hear the waves crashing very soothing. All bathrooms upgraded with high end cabinets and nicely tiled full size showers. Recessed lighting throughout. No crowds on beach with beautiful white sand and emerald colored waters. Plenty of grocery stores and fine restaurants just a few minutes away. Only about 2 miles east of Rosemary Beach. Owners very kind, communicative, and helpful. We definitely would like to come back to this gem of a place. The McIlhany’s from Atlanta, GA

This condo was beautiful! I also appreciated plenty of linens for the 6 of us and a well stocked kitchen!

My family of 5 have stayed at multiple locations in the area from Ft Walton, Destin, Miramar, Santa Rosa, and now here, and this has been our best condo yet. First, the location is perfect with the condo being “tucked away” but also in close proximity to 30a, grocery stores/shopping, and the main area of PCB, and parking was plentiful and convenient. Upon entering the condo the first two things you notice is the cleanliness and the view- both are second to none. The beach was also wonderful. With us having a small child it wasn’t an inconvenience for us to quickly go in and out of the room for them to rest throughout the day. It also was great being able to keep and eye on on our kids without having to worry about the crowds found at high rises. Lastly, Julie was quick to respond with any questions we had and made sure our stay went flawless. To say we were pleased with our experience would be an understatement….our search for the best location is definitely over!!

I loved the condo! It was so pretty & the top floor gave such a beautifully peaceful view of the ocean. Julie was quick to respond to any questions I had & remedied a difficulty I was having quickly and cordially. I look forward to renting from them again!

Perfect location for family. No crowds and beautiful beach setting. Condo was roomy and had super comfy beds. Loved the balcony and peacefulness of listening to waves.

The whole family absolutely adored this place. The location really can't be beat. Being able to walk out right out onto the beach was perfect. The beach wasn't crowded at all which was lovely. The kids found more shells than they have ever found at other locations. It is also close to grocery stores and a short drive away from some delicious restaurants. The inside worked so well for us. The kids enjoyed the main floor balcony while my husband & I had some quiet time on our own balcony. The bedrooms were a good size. Really no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this condo unit. It was well appointed and accurately described. The covered parking was great and the location can’t be beat. You won’t find a quieter part of PCB. Walking distance to groceries and since it’s not in a giant tower (or anywhere near one) the beach was never even close to crowded. I noticed a broken deck chair when we arrived and the owners had it repaired a couple days later and made sure to let me know when someone would be coming by, and that it would be OK with us. Overall we loved the unit and the location and wish we were still there!

Beautiful condo right on the beach with private access. It’s a great location with an amazing seafood restaurant right across the street. The condo was super clean and we will absolutely stay again! The owners made sure we had a 5 star experience and checked in with us through the week. Love!!

We enjoyed our stay SO MUCH! I had heard Ramsgate was the place to be in PCB to avoid the crowd and it 100% true! The beach was so quiet, with kids but not a lot of people. It’s a convenient walk out to the beach. The view of the beach from the condo is marvelous and the condo is absolutely beautiful too. Well stocked, clean, organized, Beautiful decor and communication with owner was great. We will be back to Ramsgate next year.

The condo was very nice and in a perfect location. No big crowds to deal with. Everyone was friendly as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting PCB.
