The unit was clean and as described. It’s an easy walk to the base and the condo is well stocked. It makes good use of space and can fit a crowd. We only had 4…8 would have been tight but very doable. Service was very responsive. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s supremely functional and in a good location.

We had a fantastic time in this apartment with my family for a week long. Rooms were very clean and neat. I'd like to thank Vacasa for they super services that they provided us during our trip. We will use them again for our next trip for sure!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With the fiasco of the pandemic and the resulting requirements by Pitkin County Colorado and the resulting rules implemented by the Aspen Ski help control the covid spread. The Turn Key property management Co. of this rental unit offered no refund at all or any flexibility to help me reduce my financial loss from the rental charges of $4300.00. When I rented from Turn Key, the first of Jan. this year I was aware that this unit came with a no refund policy. However as of Jan. 17th of 2021 Pitken Co and the Ski Corp. went into code red and they were enforcing a policy of no lodging unit could have any member of a ski group staying in the same unit with different home addresses. That took my group of 8 down to two. (it they wanted to come at all).On three calls to Turn Key I was informed that there was no refund of any kind.All three times they said that my claim would be reviewed by someone and I would be called back. All three times I was refused any refund. They had no idea what the restrictions were in Aspen and did not seem to care. When I said that two of my group would qualify and maybe come, they said that was not possible as I had to be there and no one else in my group could use it if I was not there. The Pandemic and all the problems that has caused seemed to be of no consideration for my sizable financial loss. I had other reservations for this same group elsewhere but as the my group dropped in size because of the Pandemic, I had to downsize to smaller units, the previous reservations from other rental cos. refunded my money with no problems, even though they were listed as non refundable. I have been taking groups skiing in Colorado for 45 years and have never encountered such callous and uncaring rental policies.These are very unusual times for all of us, but Turn Key rental management Co. seems to not care at all. At my age maybe you understand how I feel about Turn Key Property .

Unfortunately, the first day that we arrived, the house had not been cleaned from the prior renters. We had to do laundry ourselves to be able to sleep in the beds. Upon reaching out to TurnKey, they were very responsive and did send cleaners the very next morning. Apart from this rough start, the property was cozy and had good amenities.

This condo is in a great location as it is a short walk (even in ski boots) to the lifts. The property is managed by Turnkey and they do a great job and there is even a tablet in the room that provides access to local information and condo information. Three bedrooms are upstairs and one bedroom is located behind the kitchen. The property was clean and well maintained. The one negative is that the living room was tight for 7 adults.

IT WAS IDEAL BEING STEPS AWAY FROM THE SLOPES, HOT TUB AND HEATED POOL. THE KIDS LOVED HAVING ACCESS TO WIFI AND NETFLIX AFTER LONG DAYS OF SKIING. GREAT SPOT FOR SOME FAMILY TIME!

Did not receive parking passes and received conflicting info from property manager and rental company however this was not a problem due to high vacancy during rental period. We really enjoyed this condo! We had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub is literally steps from the condo. We walked everyday to the lifts which are just across the street. Our 5 and 6 year old kids easily made the walk across the street to ski school. We would rent here again!
