The property was as clean as can be, incredible amount of room, had every amenity we needed for a weekend stay. Highly recommend!

The pictures show the property as it is…beautiful! Spacious, inviting, view of the lake, everything you need. The house was very clean. Wish we had better weather to use the awesome fire pit. Can’t wait to come here again and bring friends. Just better than we imagined!

This is our servings year at this house. It's absolutely prefect for our Empty Nesters Weekend with our friends. Clean, stocked, comfortable. Love the addition of the fire pit. Plenty of room with a great kitchen and amenities.

The home had everything you could ask for: tidy; cleaning products; and safety. Great location - away from the hustle and bustle of town but only a few minutes away from restaurants, wineries and shopping.

Adorable home with beautiful views! I loved all the local decor around the house. Kitchen has everything you need. There’s even a corn hole set out on the deck! Has a lake view from the deck and of the beautiful countryside.

Very nice house. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, and there was plenty of space. It has living room, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and basement with 2 queen beds. Well equipped kitchen and dining area. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. 2 minors issues we had: we couldn't open the main lockbox but the backup lockbox worked fine. The basement is very cold even during summer and we had to turn on ac on heat there for the kids not to freeze. there is no A/C in the rooms, but it didn't feel hot (beginning of July).

We loved the house and location. We would stay again and would highly recommend.

The house was spotless upon arrival and totally ready for occupancy. Furnishings and beds were super comfortable. All was in good taste. The only drawback encountered was the odor of hydrogen sulfide in the water. Great location….convenient to everything we wanted to do. Spent a lovely 5 days here.

We loved our stay at this home. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. There was plenty of living space. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, and even a lot of extras like games and corn hole! It was very peaceful and quiet with spectacular views. We highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again.

This home has welcoming vibes from the moment you open the door! Keuka Lake decor abounds and I don’t believe we’ve ever stayed in a cleaner rental! The bathroom and two bedrooms on the main floor are spacious and the two queen beds in the basement have their own cozy nook and sitting area with a full bath on this level. Be aware, though, there are no tubs in the bathrooms, if that’s something essential to you. As our stay was this past October weekend, we had no need for AC and felt the pre-set heat setting was more than adequate. I agree with other comments on the sulphur water, but please don’t let that deter you. I highly recommend this home, conveniently situated between Watkins Glen and Hammondsport.

This house is freshly remodeled and spotless! The view out the front window and deck are beautiful- especially the sunsets! Beds were comfortable and house is conveniently localed for wineries and small town shopping. Definitely will be back!

Had a great relaxing weekend for a Mom's getaway. Convenient location to town, wineries, and other activities. Views from the front porch are relaxing and beautiful. Can't wait to go back!

Such a great place. We traveled to New York to visit Watkins Glen for the races. This was a perfect place to be away from the business but still be within reach. Very quiet area made it lovely to watch the sunsets on the porch. The water does have a very strong sulfur odor, so be prepared for that. Just buy some bottled water for brushing teeth and making coffee. Overall, would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This house definitely is very charming inside and out. We loved sitting on the front porch at night to see the beautiful view and watch the stars.We do recommend taking drinking water.

This charming home was relaxing the minute u walk in. Their view of the lake and hillside above it was just “we re here, now lets relax.” The house was very clean and nicely furnished. It felt as though we were in our own vacation home. We would love to visit again

Ruftop Ridge was cozy and clean! The drive into Penn Yan had great views of the lake and wineries the whole way. Our only issue with this property is the well. Not that it's on a well (we've all lived on different well supported properties over the years). The issue is an odor that should be addressed, and if not, advertised in the listing.

Newly constructed, very well kept bungalow home. The inside was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 day trip. Great views of the lake with quiet surroundings. Only suggestion would be to install a fire pit around the back of the home. Would recommend bringing your own water as the tap and shower water is hard with a sulfur smell, must be from a well. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

This home is beautiful, nicely furnished, well supplied and has a great view. We loved sitting on the deck with morning coffee, while it was shady, and also sitting on the deck at night. Also, Hammondsport is very convenient with several really nice places to eat. The only drawback was the soft water that wouldn't let us rinse clean. Normally it wouldn't have been an issue, but we were going to a wedding and the water left our hair frizzy. But really, if you're in the area to explore and hang out, this place is really nice.

We had a restful and enjoyable stay at this attractive and well appointed. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was included.

The house is clean and tastefully decorated and is equipped with everything you can need from towels to a washer/dryer to small kitchen appliances. The views from the deck are stunning and we can wait to plan a trip back to Rufftop Ridge!
