The loft was lovely! Clean and well-appointed. It was nice to have an ice-maker in the fridge and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, too. Even dishwasher tabs! We have stayed at a lot of places that have oils and spices in the kitchen cupboards to use for cooking, but this place seems new to VRBO, so it was sparkly clean, but know there is only salt and pepper--which is FINE! There are TONS of places to eat and drink (or order from!) within walking distance (~20 minutes and you won't find a more picturesque walk). The beds were comfortable and we slept soundly every night. It was very quiet, but ear plugs were provided in each bedroom. The roof-top hangout was never busy! Night one, we contacted the rental agency to ask if our daughter could park a second car in the parking lot, as it was not full, and Riley got back to me within MINUTES--even on a Friday afternoon. The apartment was a good size nice size bedrooms.The host was very quick to respond to answer questions. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!

Very clean property. Everything seemed brand new. No complaints at all about our stay. I’d recommend. Close to downtown traverse city with shops and restaurants. Walkable too.

Everything was great! Clean, well stocked, and spacious.

Condo was clean and nice. A few suggestions: The trash can outside the building g to the right was overflowing upon our arrival and was never emptied during our stay. Same thing for the trash upstairs on the rooftop deck. Also there was trash on the ground on the rooftop deck and tables were dirty. The carpet on the stairs should be cleaned as well. Whoever was on the first floor, first unit on right and hallway was loud and partying well into the early am hours which woke me up.Unfortunately it seems not everyone is respecting quiet hours. For what we paid I expected better on some of the items mentioned above. Brought this to property managers attention and received polite apology and that it wouldn’t happen again. That doesn’t really help me though.

The property was super clean, dog friendly, and easy access to downtown (walkable distance or drive). The management group was super responsive and helpful. It was a great home base to explore TC and surrounding areas. We would stay here again.

This is the second stay I've had at Cityside Lofts. Super clean, pet friendly, exceptionally responsive property manager, convenient to walk to downtown and walk within the neighborhood.

Just note, there is no elevator in the building so if you have issues with stairs don't stay on the third floor.

The property was very clean and check in and check out could not have been easier! I am most impressed with the cleanness and location was perfect. I love that they supplied a Keurig with pods, sweetener and creamers! I don't know why more places don't do this. It might seem minor but makes a difference for this family! Thanks you for the pleasant stay.

We stayed at City Lofts while in town for a bike race and it was excellent. Very clean, new appliances (the washer and dryer were great), comfortable beds, responsive renter. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the town.

This was a very clean unit: master bedroom mattress was comfortable, spare room had a huge dip in the center. Overall, 5 stars for the property. Only complaint is the parking area is small and difficult to navigate a larger vehicle. Would stay here again.

A small group of girlfriends had a wonderful stay! Perfect spot for touring wineries and downtown TC. Would stay again. Parking is a tad tight for large vehicles, but nice to have a spot included.

Great location, clean accommodations & loved that I could bring my Corgi with me! Wished there would have been a better supply of Keurig pods for coffee in the morning, lol.

We went with another family - 4 adults and 2 kids. The pull out couch was actually quite comfortable too! The property manager got back quickly whenever we had questions and the book about the property and the area was very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food. It was a quick walk to downtown and we would definitely stay here again!

Property was extremely clean with perfect layout to accommodate our party of 4 adults. Great location close to downtown TC.

Great space. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Roof top seating. Very clean and ready to use. Close enough to walk downtown to the restaurants with out having to drive. Very easy to check in and out with out having to do anything but to punch in the code to the condo door.

Great location and clean, it was just a bit noisy. We knew that this was going to be noisy when we walked in and saw earplugs on the nightstand in each bedroom.
