Property description was spot on. Received clear communication about parking. The special treat of coffee cups was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our stay in Lead. Shower was enjoyable. Enjoyed the atmosphere of Lead.

Outside is plain but the inside is surprisingly well appointed
The bathroom and kitchen are beautiful and ultra modern
Location is great. Walk to breakfast, dinner locations and bars. 6 min to Deadwood !

The stay at the Miner’s Getaway was AWESOME!!! The host communicated very well with us making the trip really easy,the house was stocked with all the essentials you need. The house was exceptionally clean. The house decor was delightful. I loved the kitchen cabinets and
the concrete counters and my favorite part was the shower, which we fell in love with. There is a grocery store right down the road and a laundromat within walking distance to do the laundry. Lead is a beautiful little city with everything you need. Deadwood is not a far drive from the house. We will definitely be coming back here to stay again!! I would give the Miner’s Getaway 5 *****!!

I was immediately impressed with the incredible photos of this property and then soooo so excited that the dates we were going to be in Lead were available! Dale’s property is even more charming in person; as well as tidy, clean and welcoming. Thank you!

Beautiful one bedroom with all the amenities! Parking is a challenge but other then that it’s a nice place and would recommend it.

This property was very comfy for our party of four. Had a nice kitchen and amazing bathroom. Very clean! Would definitely stay again next time in Lead/Deadwood! Hosts were so great and accommodating!

I loved the artwork on the walls, crystal decorations and unique remodeling of this cozy home.
The bathroom was lovely after 3days of camping with plush towels and fancy fixtures. Free Netflix a plus. Would stay here again.

Had a great time going to the Badlands for the day and super fishing in beautiful Spearfish Canyon. Accommodations in Lead were very comfortable, clean and

Enjoyed this cute miners cabin with the rustic looking kitchen cabinets and counters. Our favorite was the amazing stonework shower!
We stayed several days and were very comfortable. Enjoyed nearby antique shops and a beautiful day at nearby Spearfish Canyon Scenic drive. Great hiking in the area plus nearby shopping and dining in the historic town of Lead and Deadwood.
The house is on a hill and parking is tight. Owners are accommodating and are working to make parking easier. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Dale!

This is a very old home that has been immaculately updated. Everything was impressively clean with additional items including soap towels and linens if you need them. The driveway was a bit of a challenge but once you got the hang of it, it wasn’t that bad. It’s just what you get when you live in a mountain town. Hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. PS check out the shower!

We enjoyed this unique home very much! Cleanliness was exceptional, location was convenient, it had everything we needed, and Dale was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We recommend this home to anyone staying in the Lead area.

Loved our stay here! The owner was very communicative, helpful and the property itself was great. They’ve done a fantastic remodel on the place, and take pride in their property. The fact that it was walking distance to downtown and the local breweries was an added bonus!

The Perfect Place
Miner’s Getaway was the perfect spot for our quick trip. The house is unique, nicely updated, and in a great location. Close to everything, and the beautiful drives/attractions that the Black Hills have to offer. The owners are attentive and provide a seamless process from start to finish. We will definitely be back!
