We were in town 4 nights to attend the fiesta bowl. The condo was very clean. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. The Beds were exceptionally comfortable & that says a lot. Very quiet and beautiful condo. Would highly recommend.. if I’m ever in the Phoenix area again I’m most definitely will reach out to stay here again.

Traveled from VT to AZ to drop our son off at school and stayed for the week so he could get used to his surroundings. Place was just as advertised and very clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The apartment was just as described. I would only add a few things to make it even better. 1) A t.v. in the 2nd (guest) bedroom so people can watch tv in bed. 2)A night-light in each bathroom so you don't have to turn on the extra bright bathroom light in the middle of the night ruining your slumber. 3)A manual that stays in the unit with checkout instructions and recommendations would be amazing. Other than that our stay was great. I would stay here again.

Condo and grounds were very nicely kept. Great location for our needs. Host kept in touch and would have been attentive if we needed anything, but we didn’t. The condo was well stocked, clean , and furnished just right for our group of three adults. We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area

The condo is exceptionally clean, organized and well appointed. After the mandated phone interview and persistent requests for a 5 star rating within minutes of checking out, I will say the property management company is exceptionally organized, responsive, and communicative, but also made me feel a bit uncomfortable if I'm being honest. The only significant criticism is the shades in the guest bedroom. There are blinds on the rectangular window, but there is a good sized, quarter moon window above with no shades / blinds. By 5am, it's broad daylight, in the room, so if you need it even partially darkened to sleep, ain't happening. There are a few things that were less than ideal, but I must admit, I'm being nitpicky: - One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towel for the kitchen! Seriously!? - The incredibly long check out list, which I sort of understand, but wasn't sure what the cleaning fee and people would do after I completed it. Last thing, totally on me but worth mentioning - this location is 25 minutes or more to the Peoria and Surprise baseball facilities, if you're thinking of this place for baseball tournaments - don't let the "distance from" in VRBO fool ya! Most games start at 7am, so that extra drive matters.

Was just as described, very clean. Everything you need is there. Centrally located and convenient. Host was very easy to talk to. Smooth check in and out process. Would definitely stay again.

We were visiting Arizona for a wedding this past weekend and decided to stay a couple extra days to vacation. The condo itself is fantastic, exactly like the pictures, and the host was amazing at answering my questions and checking in on us throughout the trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Very easy to arrange a stay, Easy instructions to get in and to use Pool and Hot Tub, Relaxing chairs outside by pool, that can make you Fall asleep. Everything Was so Beautiful I wanted to own this Unit. I will Stay here again and Will tell Everyone that it is one of the Best Pluto Stay when Visiting or Vacationing.. Thank you for letting us Stay here.. 5 Stars on Everything!

Extremely happy with our stay - start to finish I would recommend it to anyone

We were so pleased with our stay here. The owners were fantastic at responding to any questions before and during our stay. The condo was clean and really cute. It's in a great neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The condo was exactly like the pictures. The grounds were pretty and pool was nice. The neighbors at the pool were friendly. The location was good, but a little distance to Phoenix and Scottsdale, but we knew that. Excellent location for White Sox spring training and football stadium. Will recommend and be back. We loved it.

Had a great family spring break getaway to Phoenix and the condo was perfect. Very clean, modern and well set up condo that was in a good location. Unfortunately we hit some unseasonably cool weather, but the heated pool was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Perfect layout for two couples. The condo was stocked with the things we needed. Groceries and restaurants were within a few miles. The owner checked on us during our stay which was nice. We would definitely stay here again

Our stay at Millie's condo was picture perfect. It is everything the listing says it is and more. She and her staff were accessible and helpful. We loved our trip and our stay here was certainly a huge part of it!!

We were close to stadium for the Super Bowl and the property was clean and exactly as stated. My 2 issues were minor but here they are to make the property even better... The show door was missing the plastic wedge so the water would gather outside of the shower. And 2nd, the lights were ultra bright florescent color, which makes it like a shopping mall than a warm home. But these are minor issue, the property was excellent but the price was high because of the Super Bowl.

The condo was just as described. Really nice updated condo. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Pool and hot tub were great! Very friendly gated community. Only warning would be there isn’t really anything within walking distance. You need to drive for any restaurants or shopping.

My family and I arrived for a baseball tournament. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Spent the evenings in the heated pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The gated community was peaceful and quiet at night. Would stay here again.

This property was in a great location! Absolutely immaculate unit and beautiful complex! The property owners were great to work with and we had the best communication we have ever experienced! They even supplied some items in the unit such as toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels which was great! I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay! We are already looking forward to renting again!

Nice, quiet property. Very clean and modern unit with plenty of flat screen TVs to watch games and movies in comfort. Love being on the 2nd floor and sitting on the covered balcony overlooking the pool. Will definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotlessly clean which is very important to us. Comfy beds, lots of options to watch tv and the showers were very nice one with a waterfall shower head. The whole place felt very much like a hotel. Anything you could want or need in the kitchen was provided. It’s in a lovely gated community that felt safe and secure. Even the neighbors were friendly and kind to us. Will definitely stay again in the future.
