Cleanliness, working air conditioner, quiet place, parking available, walking distance from downtown.
Night staff, my husband asked for coffee and was told that the morning staff was who makes it.

Hotel was nice. The court yard and patio were pretty.
Would've been nice to have a fridge and drinking water. Beds weren't that comfortable.

Easy to find and a few blocks from the plaza, rooms are spacious and clean.

The courtyard was very pretty and we did spend some time at the tables.
The ad stated that there was coffee, however when we walked over to get coffee the first morning we were instructed to boil water with an electric kettle and make coffee with instant coffee.
The toilet and sink leaked and the bathroom floor was always wet. The bathroom sink was cracked and falling off the wall. The floors in the bedroom area were dirty and we always wore our shoes so that our feet wouldn’t get dirty. The pillows were hard like rocks. However, housekeeping did switch out our pillows. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything your neighbors were doing.

This was a small, classic Mexican hotel with rooms based around a courtyard. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Hot water was available both in the morning and at night. There was free private parking a block away but parking was also possible in the street. The hotel was located in a quieter area of Tequila.
The room was rather dark. Better lighting options would have helped. Breakfast was no longer served in the hotel but several restaurants, cafes were just a short walk away.

There was nothing special about it, we couldn’t get the wifi to work and the room windows were a bit weird.

As indicated old hotel which was okay. Need thicket comforter & better towels. Parki g wasn’t on-site.

Beautiful and peaceful garden. It was quiet but only a 7 minute walk to the main plaza.

Good staff, front desk were very helpful.
Rooms need renovation and upgrade, bathroom door getting locked inadvertently.
A small caddy or shelf in shower, rails & hooks in bathroom will be much helpful. Ok

They said the hotel had TV and Internet and they didn’t provide either!! No water in the room and no coffee provided!!

the facilities are great, very colonial and keep the essence of the town.
The staff, not friendly at all, one would except exceptional treat as the one you receive at most places at town. But I didn't like the way the hostess answered to some questions I had and also I had to wait about 30 min to check out.
The parking is about 300 mts away from the hotel and if you arrive late after 10pm is closed, the parking around the hotel is almost impossible. I would normally understand this because is a old hotel, and would take half star but my most complain is about the staff attitude.

The price was good, even though there is no fridge in the room.
The prioperty looks lovely, presumably in a traditional design and is located close to the main streets and bus stop but far away enough to be quiet
I liked that my room had a balcony, even though it was generally too hot to sit on it.
I knew the hotel didn't have a fridge in the room, but chose to stay anyway.
The hotel does let guests use a communal bar fridge in the reception area.
I found it unhygienic that my food was in a communal fridge during a pandemic and also inconvenient to have to get dressed and masked whenever I needed my food.
On each of the days I was there, this fridge was full.
This indicates that a lot of people want to use a fridge and perhaps the hotel should consider putting one in at least a few rooms.

This is a nice, older hotel, however it needs some improvement as it is a little worn. I suggest management invest a little time and money.
Our closet had 1 plastic hanger and 1 broken hanger. It was broken completely in half but left in closet as though it hadn't been noticed.
Wifi was extremely weak....I gave up.
