We rented 2 units as one. The owner was extremely responsive all during and before our stay. Everything in condo is nice. The kitchen stuff including the coffee maker were of good quality along with my king bed and especially the tvs! I gave a 4 on cleanliness not due to how clean the condo was because it was in great shape but as one would expect in rental properties there were something like beverage stains on some of the furniture to the point they probably should be changed in the living room. That was only thing and trust me that was of no issue as i could tell furniture was clean just stained.

We loved staying here! We could walk to all the restaurants and shopping downtown. Property managers were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 8 and we rented both units together. Great location to Front street and the beach, both are just a short walk. New construction townhomes with awesome roof top balconies. They were clean & comfortable!All though the having to go outside to get to each others place was a little inconvenient we knew that prior to booking. Would totally stay here again!

It honestly is a nice place because of its location and convenience along with the garage parking. However, the A/C does not travel well up stairs. Fortunately they do have fans in the rooms to counter act that. The beds were okay, and the pillows were meh. Luckily we didn’t spend too much time in the Vrbo otherwise my review would probably be more like 4 stars. To each their own though, I would still stay here again but potentially better spots in the area.

Great location - walkable to downtown shopping and restaurants, as well as the waterfront. Hosts are easy to communicate with and respond quickly. Great weekend with family!

7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids) spread across side by side townhouses worked great! Very comfortable and location could not be better! It is a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and two minutes to the beach! Property was very clean and the hosts, Archie and Vince, were extremely helpful and responsive. If you’re looking to stay downtown Traverse City, this is a really great option!

This property was in a great location to all the fun things happening in Traverse City. Myself and eight friends stayed for a weekend away and the place was comfortable and cozy. Loved having the two kitchenettes and ample space. Everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Communication with Archie & Vince was constant and easy. 10/10 experience!!

The units were exactly as described in the listing. These are new units, and are in great shape. A lot of stairs and the living room area is a bit small for our 5 person family. The only other thing I would say, the garage only allows for one vehicle and my BMW X5 was very tight and hard to maneuver into the space. The units are very close to each other.

We had a great 4 day stay at MI Lake Getaway. Perfect location in Traverse City, everything is walkable! New construction, attached garage for parking, nice large TVs in each room and a beautiful rooftop sitting area. 5 stars.

Our stay at the condo was amazing. The location is perfect. We were so close to the restaurants, trails, and beach. Our daughter enjoyed the splash pad that was a 10 min walk from the condo. The unit itself was very clean. The WiFi access helped with streaming for our daughter, and we were able to do zoom calls when needed. The water views from the rooftop deck were great, and was relaxing at night.

Coming to Traverse City and choosing this property with no status initially worried me. For over 20 years, I have stayed with one hotel chain and valued the quality of rooms based on my level. However, the brilliant communication, care for detail, impeccable cleanliness, and absolute ease with this property made me feel like I had been a VRBO customer for over 20 years. I would recommend this property 100%.

Amazing stay!!!
We had an amazing experience at this property! Beautiful interior, all new fixtures and appliances. The owner's are very responsive. Everything was above and beyond including chocolates and a treat basket for my kids. Walking distance to downtown makes it easy to make the most of the stay. Highly recommend!
