Enjoyed staying in this unit which was clean and very nice. Only issue is parking. I drive an F150 and had a hard time maneuvering into spot. only had an inch to spare. Had to backout last day because I could not make the turn due to another car parked at the stand alone unit at end of driveway. Even though I had this issue I would still stay again.

We had a great time. Space is large and right at the beach. Beaching was pretty private. Retirement community though, only a few places to eat and to stores on the island. If you are looking to relax, this is a great place!!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The location is wonderful and right on the beach. We spent a lot of our time on the porch overlooking the gulf, and that was super relaxing! Beach was private and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

Upon arrival,parking was fine didnt have an issue with it, we were in a Pacifica with roof rack for reference.It did take a minute but very doable.Upon entering the condo had an odd smell, dirty towel was left in laundry and 2 clean towels in dryer.The tile was cracked in kitchen. One seat at bar had vinyl peeled off. Kids sat on couch and noticed dust "poofed" off of it,like it hadnt been cleaned in vacuumed in a long time.The refrigerator has a vlock of wood screwed to the ice & water dispenser, there was no ice until we turned it on and a trashcan was inside to catch the ice.The microwave had spray glue holding the handle on.Upon entering the room where the kids were staying, walls were dirty looking, outlet covering the plug ins one was completly off & the other was hanging loose, not giod for the kids room.We had to put an air mattress down for a little one,so we moved one of the beds over and noticed that.We had 6 people and only had 6 bath towels,so I did a towel load everyday.The headboard in the Master was barely attached.The sheer curtain in bathroom is not good for nighttime.I tried to run the dishwasher 3 different times and the washer would say clean and the dishes never were.With 6 people and cooking that's not what I signed up for.I notified the day before we left & they sent a person out who said, no this definitely isnt working.So I got to handwash with no sponge only a brush for days on my vacation.This place could be much better w/a little updates.

This property is very spacious. We were 8 ranging from 5 to 52 years old and we were very comfortable Bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are spacious. Living room easily seats 5-6 people, and dining seating is ample with a table inside and on the balcony as well as counter. The kitchen is large and has all the basic tools you would need to cook basic meals. The apartment provided several beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment making it easy to refresh the towels for the next day. Access to the unit is great. Depending on the unit you are assigned, the elevator opens up to your actual apartment, making the move in/out process very easy. Access to the beach is simple. The property is on the beach so it is a direct walk from the building to the water, which takes no more than 2 - 3 minutes. There are hoses and showers on the path so you can get the sand and salt off before going back to the apartment. The beach itself is very quiet (at least in August). All the properties in the area are private residents or BnB guests and there is no public parking in the area so access to the masses is very limited. The sand is white comprised of typical sand and ground up seashells. Soft to walk on. The area is great with restaurants, bars and a Circle K mini-mart. There is also a Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Our host (Andrew) was fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly Recommend!

Words cannot describe how amazing this trip was. We booked it spontaneously just 2 days before heading over. Andrew was more than amazing to us with all of the accommodations that he made! First of all, the location cannot be beat. You literally walk off the property and you’re on the sand already. Prior to our arrival, Andrew upgraded our stay bc of a booking error, and made it so memorable, there weren’t any inconveniences aside from the fact that my family and I couldn’t stay for longer than a weekend! The kitchen was stocked up, there were towels, etc. Andrew even let us check out late on our last day with no extra charge. Definitely going to be coming back here, thank you so much Andrew!!

Great location and very nice unit. Lots of space for the family to spread out. Steps to the beach, convenient washdowns, very quiet. Elevators open directly into units with proper code, which makes hauling up a lot of gear much easier. Every room has a great view of the water and main living area has a nice view of treetops; birds galore. The only drawback is parking. 1 vehicle max and anything larger than a large sedan will take patience. Our short bed f150 fit, but needed a spotter to get out of space. If somebody parks a large vehicle at turnaround in the back, it can be impossible to get by and into narrow alley. I found it easier to back all the way out rather than try to make the turn. Overall a great stay and lovely spot.

We were very pleased with the property! Communication was great! The location, being right on the beach with its own boardwalk, was so amazing. We spent so much time on the beach, and sitting outside on the balcony with that AMAZING view! The condo is very spacious and spread out, plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Thank you!😃

Condo was roomy and good view of gulf. Beach access was very short and easy with boardwalk. Host was top notch and very responsive to inquiries. Good spot for beach and within walking distance of Key's business district.

We loved it here. Gulf views, private walk directly from the building to the beach. Quiet area great for relaxing. Beach was amazing, not crowded at all. Short walk to stores and restaurants. Condo is in great shape, the 2 full bathrooms and laundry is a great plus for multi-kid families. Perfect layout for a family of 5.

We loved, everything spectacular, very clean, lots of privacy and tranquility.

Overall great experience! Property manager was responsive and quick to reply to any questions prior to and during our stay. Property and unit was clean and appeared well maintained.

It’s perfect and beautiful

My husband and I had a great time with my 91 year old mom on our Labor Day Weekend getaway. Happy that she was able to make it up the stairs. Maintenance staff came by on our first evening and we were then able to access the elevator.

I would have to say you can tell the property WAS nice at one time, but now it is neglected... weeds overgrown on whole property, fire sprinkler system pipes broken and hanging in parking area, ac unit didn’t work when we first got there (they did come and fix it), two smoke detectors had dead batteries so they were chirping, worn and torn chairs, severe traffic marks in master carpet.... the place could be nice again if someone just made an effort... I took pics.

We had a great stay!! The condo was very clean. The views were great. The only issue was the elevator was not working. Plenty of room for 3 couples and great entertaining place with large patio. E are already talking about our next stay

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very close to the beach, nice view, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and most of all, the elevator to the apartment feature was a hit for our family since my 90 year old grandma cannot walk long distances or walk up the stairs. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a very confortable stay. I suggest to the owner to include more bed sheets and blankets in the property as well as towels to shower. There were not enough for 6 guests. Also, the coffeemaker machine and toaster are not working properly. Other than that, the property was amazing and we had a very confortable stay. Totally recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. As others have stated, parking is extremely tight and there are not too many places to walk your dog other than the beach. That said… the condo has everything you need including a great view!

We had a wonderful time and the place was perfect. We had everything we needed. The parking was a little tight, but everything else made up for that. It's a great location and the kids had a blast. We will be back.

The condo layout is very nice...however extremely dated worn furniture. Parking is extremely difficult and tight we cut our trip after one night as my elderly parents wouldn't have been able to negotiate the one spot that was allotted. Also pet friendly....? Until you need to walk dog no place close with sufficient grass and if you need to walk pet at night bring a flashlight there's no lights once you get off elevator. Location is beautiful but definitely crowded every space is utilized for maximum Realestate....This would be fantastic for young couples not having any elderly family members. I have been a owner of properties with VRBO for over 20 years and it's important for property owners to be extremely honest and clear about property details. All in all an overpriced condo for the inconveniences. I did ask for a partial return on payment but I received no response from owners. We left the place cleaner then when we arrived as there was leftovers in refrigerator and freezer that we cleaned and soiled towels in guest bathroom. Be very clear on expectations before booking with ppets or seniors

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo as so spacious and perfect for us. We wanted to be right on the beach. We had three balconies and the best was the private elevator! It made carrying our belonging in and our so convenient. We saw the cleaning ladies several times while we were in the parking lot and they were so sweet. This was perfect for a family with kids needing space for them to play indoors if it rains.

The process was easy, the unit is pet allowed but property is not pet friendly. No great area to take your dog out. Unit was nice but some of the pictures must be older. No fan on the lani as pictured. Overall we enjoyed our stay

We spent 3 nights here and it was beautiful. Walk out to the beach, views from all rooms. A beautiful balcony to enjoy the breeze and eat. Spacious bathrooms. Plenty of sitting areas. And the beach is gorgeous and clear

Beautiful property, very clean with most comfortable master bed that we have ever slept in. Master bathroom had the most incredible shower, we are thinking of renovating our own shower now. Parking was a little tight and you only get one designated parking space per unit but we got used to it on day two. Only negative to our stay was on our last night we returned from dinner and someone from another unit parked in our space so we parked in another space that we had not seen anyone use while we were there.

The property was nice and as described (minus a grill). Thoroughly enjoyed the covered deck, gulf view and access to the beach. Relaxation was accomplished. The downfall was the there was no response when I contacted Andrew on a couple issues. Very disappointing.

We loved staying at the condo, spacious living room, multiple balconies with gulf view, nice master bedroom with roomy bathroom, very close to the ocean. Several things we weren't happy about: 1. Shared Elevator leads directly to the condo and it is very loud, also you can cleIarly hear other people talking in it. 2. Ancient TVs. It would be much better to get rid of Sat boxes and install new Smart TVs. 3. Grill wasn't working. Since it's listed in Amenities either remove it or get it fixed. 4. Same thing here - there were no beach chairs.

Easiest check in from a VRBO. Andrew responded quickly. Unit as advertised. Actually views on line doesn't do it justice. Great unit.

The condo was everything we wanted and more. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and spacious. We liked to cook some meals and it had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the views from all the balconies were spectacular!!! We sat out on the balcony off the living room often watching the beach goers and enjoying the the view of the water.. and at night the sunset! The condo was close to all the restaurants. We liked that the beach in our backyard was not crowded at all. We will definately be returning! Thank you!

This condo is AMAZING! It is clean, spacious yet cozy, and has a beautiful balcony with great ocean views! There is a short boardwalk that leads directly to the sand where you can drop your chairs and towels and bask in the sun on the stunning private beach! I have stayed in several different condos along Manasota Key and this is by far the best! We will definitely be back next year!!!
