House was lovely, nice neighborhood! Stocked very well! Girls getaway weekend!

It was a peaceful area and the house was very nice.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay in this home. Laura is a very attentive host and quickly addressed the few minor issues that popped up. The place, including the hot tub was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed, which we appreciated since we like to cook often when we stay in a VRBO. The living space and beds were comfortable. The location is very well suited for trips to St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota. It's also a 10 minute drive from the Manatee Viewing Center, which is a fun visit during cooler months and which also has some good walking trails. We recommend a stay in this place!

Traveled with the family. We've stayed at lots of VRBO's, so it's not as good as several others we've stayed at, but it's a good/solid place. Neighborhood appears safe. Cleanliness is important to us and this place was clean. Check-in process wasn't as good as other places. I don't think we've every stayed at a place where we had to meet the owner (to get a key) in person to get into the house. All others have been keyless entry, or a key was left in a lock box of some sort. Also, some shower supplies would be nice to have (little shampoos, conditioners, soap, etc). There was none of that, only left overs from what appeared to be past guests, which is strange to us. Bed in master bedroom needs a new mattress, in our opinion, and upgrade to a king size.

The house is located by the canal. It is very comfortable and beautiful. We had a very relaxing stay.

Outstanding property. We'll stocked home ready for incoming family. We arrive with our boat (easy launching and docking). The house is a short putt putt out to main channel out to the bay. We enjoyed a cruise to Egmont Key one day. Great Fishing the next. Hot tub gave us a relaxing evening. Will definitely look at renting here again in the near future. We loved staying in the canal home. The house is very beautiful and Ms. Laura provided all of the necessities for us to feel at home. She was the sweetest and amazing to work with! Our favorite parts about the house were the large screened in patio, and the water view with the dock. We loved fishing there!! It was a great home away from home while we took our kitty for a specialized treatment. Thank you!

Amazing Waterfront house

Laura’s house was impeccably clean and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the canal house. The house is nicely furnished, providing a peaceful place to relax and unwind. The host is very easy to communicate with and provided a well stocked and organized home. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Laura was an excellent host. She met my family at the property when they arrived to give them a tour and give general suggestions for the area. She came once during our week-long stay to attend to the spa and gave 24+ hr notice of her needing to stop by which was appreciated and very considerate. Her communications were quick and informative. As for the house, it is in a mostly quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, and a manatee viewing center. Personally I thought the photos did not do it justice. The place is updated and very spacious, especially the kitchen, and the outdoor area is wonderful for relaxing. We spent countless hours lounging outside on the chairs, enjoying the air and lack of bugs thanks to the screening. Our goal was to get away from frigid temps and enjoy some sunshine, and Laura's place provided exactly that. I would highly recommend, and I look forward to coming back!

Very, very clean home with all of the accessories needed in the kitchen ! Hot tub and views were great. Would for certain stay there again !

It was a fair price for a beachfront condo while we wait for our cruise to depart.

Everything you need is here with a very nice view of the water. The host was very responsive and had helpful tips for the area. I’d recommend this property to anyone.
