The property itself was in a great location. The condo was nice and updated. As long as you don’t need to contact the manager for anything it should be fine. If you do, expect them to be effectively useless. Vacasa is a terrible management company. If I were the owners of this unit I would find a new manager. Parking passes were missing and never provided. Fob for hot tub and pool didn’t work. Trying to get info from Vacasa for additional parking was nearly impossible. Had to contact them over and over before getting a response. Nice place to stay, management was awful.

We had a good time in Snowmass! Only stayed here a couple of nights but everything was clean & just as was posted online! Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient to shuttle and a nice view. However very run down, broken chairs, closet doors inoperable, not enough flatware or glasses and worn out threadbare rug curling at the edges. Very poorly maintained for the price point.

The condo itself was fine, but about ten minutes after we got there, a smoke detector started chirping. I called the help number. The agent said he would call the maintenance people and have them call me. I asked home how long that would take and got him to agree to ten minutes. 19 HOURS LATER AFTER A TERRIBLE NIGHT, they called me! Hope to get a condo without issues or caveat emptor.

Comfortable and plenty of room for 5. All the amenities we needed. Quiet. Amazing views. Close to the shuttle so very convenient!

Very close to Snowmass Resort and convenient to a bus stop to get to the other resorts in Aspen. A far lower price than places on the mountain because it’s across Brush Creek Road. We fit eight adults in comfortably. Loved using the hot tub after a day on the slopes.

Our family of four loved this large home in Snowmass. The main level has 2 bedrooms with king beds, the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, large vanity with lots of counter space and single sink. There is a second bathroom on main floor with shower that is used by the second main-floor bedroom. This end unit has great views of snowmass from the front and side of unit. Comfortable couches and modern big screen TV with Xfinity cable and loads of channels. Well stocked kitchen with a pantry that was very useful. Second level has a kid's den with trundle bed, beanbag chairs, TV . Kids loved to hang out here and the den is open for kids to look down to the main level. There is a large kids bedroom on 2nd level with lots of closet space, 2 twin beds that can be combined into a king bed - which is how our 11 yo wanted it, There is a 3rd bathroom on the second floor which is good size with shower. Another great thing about this upper level unit is that you don't have to climb a ton of stairs to get to it. There is a little up and down to get to the front door - about 7 stairs up, 7 down. Great stay.
